This home did not disappoint. Exactly as described, and more. It has everything you need for the perfect getaway. Its clearly well maintained, and the perfect location to walk everywhere. The owner was incredibly responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a lovely time! THANK YOU so much!

Andrea’s place was BETTER than described! I’ve stayed in a lot of rentals and hers was in my top 3, for sure. The location, cleanliness, spaciousness, and equipment were all impeccable. Has everything (and more) you need for your stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our stay at Andrea’s home surpassed our expectations! From start to finish, Andrea was easy to communicate with. The house was beautiful appointed. We cooked Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas dinner in the well-stocked kitchen. We hope to stay at Andrea’s again in the near future!

We had a wonderful visit to Stowe and enjoyed this property very much! It was perfectly located near downtown, and we could walk to many good restaurants and places to shop. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed for ourselves and our two young children. The yard around the house was perfect for playing in the snow! The house also had toys, books, games and puzzles as well for those who wish to stay in. We will definitely book again if we are ever in Stowe!

This house was in an awesome location in Stowe and within walking distance to everything downtown. The house had everything we needed with a huge yard, nice amenities, and plenty of room for families. We would definitely rent again on another visit to Stowe.

You know you made the right choice when upon entry you feel right at home. Property was as described in the VRBO listing and extremely convenient for access to the event we were in town to attend as well as centrally located to Mountain Road and Main Street stores and eateries.

This was the best VRBO rental we have had. The house is conveniently located to the recreational path, along with lots of restaurants and shops, everything within walking distance. The house itself is beautifully maintained, super clean, and very well stocked. The beds were so comfortable, that most mornings I didn't want to get up. The property is a nice size and has a great backyard with seating, a grill, and a fire pit. Perfect for the cool Vermont nights. Andrea, the host, was in contact with us the moment we booked, and made sure to touch base during our trip, and if we had any questions, she replied almost instantly. Overall, it was an amazing experience from beginning to end, and we will definitely be staying here again!

Andrea’s house was amazing. Communication prior to check in was great, the house was extremely clean and in an amazing location. The set up was great for our family and we would absolutely recommend it to Anyone headed to Stowe.

The house was lovely, clean, well stocked with everything we needed as well as plenty of games. The house itself was comfortable, spacious and cool as well in the summer heat. Andrea, the host was incredibly quick to respond to any questions and was a pleasure to book with. The location was excellent - the Stowe Recreational Path, downtown Stowe and excellent coffee/restaurants were all within walking distance. The outdoor area was lovely for relaxing and enjoying the area. We very much enjoyed our stay!

We had the best time at Andrea’s house. It was stocked with everything we could have needed and the house was incredibly clean. The location was so confident and easy and we walked to dinner and lunches. It was quite and beautiful and we throughly enjoyed our time here. Andrea was kind and responsive to any questions that came up. We plan on staying here in the future!

Our first visit to Stowe! Spent a full week with our two kids ages 9 and 13 (on March break from school) and our Jack Russell Terrier. The home was clean, comfortable and a perfect fit for our needs. Centrally located in Stowe Village we were able to walk to many amenities - including the adjacent plaza daily for yummy breakfast items, coffee and crepes! We even went to a movie one night at the Stowe cinema next door. Easy drive up Mountain Rd to the slopes where we enjoyed several days of spring skiing. Mid week so mountain traffic and crowds were much lighter than a typical weekend or primary school vacation week. In all it was a wonderful week and we’ll definitely be back to Stowe in the future to explore more!

This property was the perfect winter getaway! It is open, clean, comfortable, and ideally located. We felt at home right away, as did our friends who visited. Andrea was quick to reply to questions and was great to work with; she seems to have thought of everything (some toys/games in the kids' room closet, spices and things you need in the kitchen, etc.) You are tucked away in a quiet spot, and also a quick ride to the mountain or walk to town - so it is ideal on many levels. Would definitely recommend!

We have just returned from a week in Stowe staying at this property. The location is fantastic. You can walk to everything yet it still feels secluded and peaceful. The house was very clean and has everything you could possibly need. Andrea was lovely to communicate with and very thorough. We look forward to staying here again

Very clean and well supplied for your needs while on a vacation. Beds very comfortable, nice kitchen to cook in if you wish, and moderate size lawn for playing with our lab. A short walk through adjacent parking lot to the Rec path and easy walk to many restaurants and shops. A great place for family to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s house. We like being walkable distance to activities and town, so it was perfect for our family. The recreation path is behind the house, there were restaurants and a natural food store in close walking distance, and many hiking trails just a short drive away. The pictures of the house were accurate, and all the bedrooms are a decent size. We live in an urban neighborhood so it was also nice for the boys (11 and 4) to have a sizable yard to run around. And bonus to have puzzles and magna-tiles for easy entertainment in the house. Our only negative was that there was a mustiness to the house, and the smell lingered on our clothes, but it could have been the air conditioner during a hot week?

We had the loveliest time in Stowe and staying in this absolutely wonderful home in summer, which was perfect for our family gathering of two grandparents, two parents, and two school-aged children. (It would also be great for two families of four.) Andrea’s home was impeccably clean with new carpeting and very comfortable with easy living space, a nice kitchen, cozy beds, and a sweet garden with beautiful hydrangeas in August that was such a nice retreat for curling up with a book and coffee in the morning and outdoor family dining in the evenings. Andrea herself was extremely kind and so communicative, providing good instructions ahead of our stay and checking in with us frequently via VRBO email during the visit to ensure that we did not have questions. We had initially worried that the house would be noisy given its proximity to shops and restaurants right in town, but it was not at all and was truly the best of both worlds. The location was great for hopping right onto the trail for running or cycling each day, and our children had marvelous adventures skipping rocks in the stream there. It was so easy to rent bikes at AJs (both children/recreational and adult/serious gravel biking), and we loved the proximity to great restaurants in Stowe and adjacent Waterbury. Favorites included Tres Amigos, Sushi Yoshi, the Bench, and Cold Hollow Cider and Thai Smile (for takeaway) in Waterbury. We also enjoyed the proximity to hikes at Mount Mansfield, Moss Glen, and Lake Elmore and water sports at the Waterbury Reservoir. Grocery shopping in Stowe is a bit limited at the Shaw’s in town, so it is good to shop at larger places en route to Stowe if you plan to cook a lot during your stay. We found the kitchen very nicely appointed for a rental and enjoyed cooking together many days here. One tip is that there is no coffee grinder, so either bring your own or pre-grind your beans/purchase ground coffee if you are as coffee-addicted as our family is! We were also so delighted to have such organised composting, recycling, etc capabilities at the house, a no shoe policy inside, and a great vacuum to clean up the inevitable summer gravel and hiking dust at the entrance. This home was truly one of the best rentals in which we have ever stayed. Kudos to Andrea and her family - we absolutely will be back!

The best thing about this house in my opinion is the location. We were able to walk to the village, the rec path, and many shops, restaurants and bars easily from the house. It is also on the shuttle route for skiing. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend this house for a visit to Stowe!

This house is in a PERFECT location - easy access to village and Rec Path, close to restaurants and bars. House is set off the Mountain Road, so it's plenty quiet. I did not cook Thanksgiving dinner there, but could have. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need if you are a cook. Beds were very comfy!

This was the perfect house and location for a quick 4-day weekend getaway! We walked to dinner twice and enjoyed the walking trail just steps from the backyard. Andrea was very helpful, kind, and responsive and the home had everything we needed! We look forward to returning in the future. Cheers!!

Andrea's house is pretty much perfect for a Stowe getaway. Super clean and beautifully decorated, it is steps away from the Rec path, the quiet path and shopping. Andrea was great to deal with and we look forward to coming back :-).

We had a great time in this wonderful home. It's well designed and appointed. The layout worked really well for our family. The location is top rate, we walked to restaurants and rode bikes on the adjacent rec path to get coffee in the mornings. Andrea was really great, very available for any questions and helpful with recommendations. Highly suggest staying here!

The house is very comfortable with 4 large bedrooms, two on the first floor, and two full baths, one on the first floor. There are two King beds, one Queen and one set of bunkbeds. The living room is large and comfortable and the kitchen is up to date with many extras, like spices. The house has a furnished patio with gas grill and a nice fire pit with chairs in the yard. The location was fine for us but there is no view. You look through trees at the Stowe Cinema. The owner of the property, Andrea, is super nice to work with. She could not have been more responsive. We would rent this house again.
