Old Town Area: Convenient, modern, clean, attractive home on Empire and 10th.
Cette belle maison double lot spacieuse est idéalement située dans la vieille ville de Park City sur Empire. La maison dispose d'un parking privé et peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes (y compris les enfants). Limite de 8 adultes de plus de 18 ans. Notre maison est à deux pâtés de maisons de la rue Main, de la base de Park City Mountain et de l'ascenseur de la ville. (@ 0. 25 miles dans les deux sens). La propriété est sur Empire Ave près de la 10e rue. Il est également proche de la bibliothèque, qui est un lieu de Sundance et s'arrête pour le bus de la ville gratuit.
La maison dispose de quatre chambres aux dimensions généreuses et de quatre salles de bains. Trois des chambres ont leur propre salle de bain privée complète. La quatrième chambre avec lits superposés partage sa salle de bain complète avec l'espace de vie principal. La chambre avec lits superposés possède également son propre lit double. Un tout nouveau Aerobed queen size est également disponible.
Les fenêtres de la maison sont bien placées dans toute la maison offrant un éclairage naturel partout pour compléter les luminaires modernes. La maison dispose d'un plancher chauffant et d'un bain à remous.
L'allée et le trottoir ont un système de fonte des neiges et à l'intérieur du garage, nous avons un endroit pour sécher en toute sécurité vos bottes et vos gants avec une source de chaleur. L'allée et le garage peuvent contenir un total de quatre voitures (deux à l'intérieur, deux à l'extérieur). Les locations de VUS extra-larges ne rentreront pas dans le garage.
L'une des chambres est très grande avec sa propre salle de bain et un lit / canapé pliant; il dispose d'un téléviseur avec une unité de jeu XBOX, qui peut être utilisé pour des jeux ou regarder des films en ligne netflix ou blockbuster. C'est un endroit parfait pour que les enfants traînent et soient loin des adultes au niveau principal. Une autre chambre a un lit superposé, un canapé-lit et un lit double. De plus, nous pouvons offrir à nos clients un siège et un siège rehausseur (pour manger) de haute qualité pour un prix de location minime.
La maison est légèrement louée plusieurs fois par an. Il vient d'être rénové avec de nouveaux meubles, moquette et une nouvelle cuisine. Nous aurons une abondance d'articles de cuisine agréables au-delà des bases, y compris une mijoteuse, un cuiseur à riz de grande taille, un four grille-pain pleine grandeur, un Cuisinart et un gaufrier.
La salle à manger principale peut accueillir 10 personnes confortablement sur trois espaces adjacents. Il y a une salle à manger principale (illustrée sur les photos) qui peut facilement accueillir 6 personnes. Il y a des sièges pour 3 à l'îlot de cuisine et la table du petit déjeuner près de la porte d'entrée peut accueillir 4-6.

This was a perfect house for a group ski vacation. It’s perfectly located between town Lyft and base mountain. The owner is incredibly helpful. She helped with the planning help streamline the trip. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

This house was perfect for our family ski trip to Park City! We had 8 adults fit comfortably - the split levels between bedrooms offered privacy, the kitchen was well equipped, pantry stocked with essentials, comfortable furniture in bedrooms/living room. We enjoyed the new hot tub daily after coming off the mountain from skiing. Excellent location with a short walk down the hill to the PCMR base and ability to walk into town. The property owner, Anna, was very communicative and invested in making sure we had a wonderful stay! She was in contact with me prior to our arrival providing restaurant recommendations, nearby grocery store info, and activities in Park City. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in PC! Made even better by the hospitality provided by Anna. The house was very well-appointed with everything we needed. Lots of little touches that go above and beyond what is typical with a vacation rental. Would highly recommend.

What you see is what you get so what you get is a great experience. The house top to bottom was everything we needed and more. The property owner couldn't be more helpful and gracious in making sure that our group had a wonderful trip and that everything would be ready for our arrival. This was a great property for us. Walkable to the slopes and into town. Plenty of parking, lots of space, comfortable bedrooms, well-stocked kitchen. Good communication and the labeling was much appreciated!

We were a larger group (10 total including 3 kids) there for a ski trip and loved it. The house had enough space for everyone with an interesting layout built into the hill. Very clean and comfortable, updated furniture and modern amenities. The location could not be better, an easy walk to both the mountain base and the town center. The host and property manager were very responsive to requests and invested in making it a great trip. Would definitely recommend to others and stay there again ourselves.

Amazing house, amazing host
The location is solid gold, just a few blocks from the main Park City lodge and lifts. The house itself was very tastefully decorated and appointed. The modern kitchen has all the appliances you need, the pantry more well stocked than any VRBO I've been in, multiple tables for handling large parties, big TVs in both the living room and the bedrooms, a great split-level layout, fast wifi, ski boot heaters... I could go on, but suffice to say it's all strongly positive.
Even better, though, are the host and property managers. The host sent invaluable tips before the visit: not just where to get good food and where to store our skis at the mountain, but even detailed suggestions for our ski days: suggestions for where to ski, how to explore the mountains, and more. My entire group felt well prepared and supported before the trip, and this continued throughout the visit whenever we had a question.
There was an issue with the city electricity during our visit (having nothing to do with the house), and both the host and property manager were on top of it, including an after hours visit to the house to understand what was happening and give us support and visibility into the city's repairs out on the street.
In short, the property was perfect and the support we received from the host and the property manager was astounding. If we ever come back to the area, I can't imagine wanting to stay anywhere else.

Excellent Experience All Around!
From the beginning, Anna was very helpful. Gave us lots of advise on what to do, where to rent, which restaurants to eat at, how to get the best deals, etc. Felt very comfortable renting from her. Even before we got to the place, we were in touch. She even checked in while we were there. The house was great. It was very clean. Very spacious for our 2 families. Walking distance from the slopes as advertised. We did have a challenge with a slow drain. Spoke with the property manager and it was fixed the very next morning! It snowed alot while we were there so we got to see the property manager alot (clearing the snow for us). We would definitely rent this property again!

Park City jewel
A group of my buddies stayed here for an extended weekend of skiing and snowmobiling. The local was perfect - about halfway between the main lifts and Main Street. We didn't need a rental car - everything that we wanted to do and see was within walking distance. The house is as advertised on the website - clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. The owner and property manager were friendly, gracious and very attentive to our needs. Highly recommended spot!

We had a lovely stay at this house. The location was great! Close to the slopes, we could walk, and could also walk to Main Street. Perfect rental for families!! Anna, the property manager, was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend to anyone!

A beautiful home in the perfect location; a short walk to Park City Resort or Main Street. Anna and Jim's house is clean, in great condition, well maintained and appointed. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and all of our questions answered. We highly recommend this property.

Perfect home for family retreat - walk to mountain and town
My family and friends recently had the opportunity to stay at this lovely Old Town home. The house is in great shape and was very clean on arrival. The kitchen is well above average as advertised and is equipped with everything you need. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious with good bedding including two bedrooms that have heated mattress pads, good for chilly nights. This house has such a cozy feeling yet is very spacious. We also found the home super convenient, perfectly centered between the shops in town and the PCMR base. Dealing with the hosts Anna and JIm and their property manager were a breeze. We had one minor unexpected bad luck issue due to extreme cold weather during our stay. The home owners when alerted were immediately on top of the issue and within 24 hours the problem was fixed.
We would highly recommend this home to others looking to stay close to BOTH base and town. You can see the ski resort parking lot from their home.
The owners are absolutely wonderful hosts! They are very welcoming and helpful and throughout the process will make sure you have an exceptional experience.
We will definitely enjoy staying here again in the future!

What an awesome place for our vacation.
We really enjoyed this home. It was so conveniently located to both the slopes and to historic downtown Park City. Made our joint family trip so much fun. Great accommodations, wonderfully appointed kitchen, great place for families. Really enjoyed it.

Extraordinary Property/Service
We just returned from a 10 day trip to Park City, UT. We rented 1024 Empire and LOVED it. The location is perfect - in the heart of Old Town a few blocks from the town lift. At the end of the ski day you can get about 1 block away from a residential access run - then it's a downhill walk to the house.
The coordination with the owner was flawless. We especially liked the keypad door lock that had our own code activated prior to arrival - this made our 'check-in' painless.
The house is gorgeous - with multiple bedrooms on different levels of the house. The master suite on the lowest level has a large bathroom, enormous walk-in closet, etc.
Having stayed in several homes in the Old Town area, this property provided unusually panoramic views of the surrounding mountains/town. The double garage and wide driveway is also unusual for this area of town where homes tend to have single, cramped garage spaces.
One small thing that was unexpectedly popular was the boot dryer located in the garage - a nice touch - that could handle about 10 pairs of boots.
I would highly recommend this home for rental!!

A wonderful experience
This property is a 10/10, spacious, lovely accommodation. The location is within walking distance to Main Street--even in treacherous weather, we were able to walk down to the main drag in ten minutes. Additionally, the kitchen, bathrooms, and beds are all top notch with a spacious common area to boot. With any luck, we'll be staying here again next year.

Lovely home in terrific location
My family very much enjoyed our recent stay. We had 11 people including 4 young children and fit comfortably. The home was very clean upon arrival and was exactly as pictured/described, and everything we wanted/needed was provided. The owners are extremely kind and very much interested in ensuring their guests have a successful and enjoyable stay. They even asked us ahead of our trip if we had any recommendations or requests for the baby crib and booster seat they were planning to buy as they knew we would have a baby with us. Perhaps most importantly, the location cannot be beat for those looking to access Park City mountain as well as Main Street - both are definitely walking distance.
My entire family would absolutely recommend this home for anyone looking for a very nice, cozy and well-furnished home in a fantastic location in PC.

Beautiful Home in Park City in a Great Location
We are a very experienced skiing family who have been to the Park City/Deer Valley area many times and have rented homes in the area each time. This home was one of our best yet. We booked Anna and Jim's Home and were not disappointed. The Bedrooms and Bathrooms were great and fit our family of 10 quite well. We loved the well appointed kitchen and dining areas. Loved the garage setup and especially the boot drying system. Anna could not have been more helpful in telling us about the house and making sure that we would have whatever we needed when we arrived. She even has a person who can shop for you before you arrive and we took great advantage of that. If you have older people who have trouble with steps, this may not be the house for you,, otherwise, we had a great experience and loved the location which was close to the Park City lift areas. We highly recommend Anna and Jim's house if you want to have a very comfortable ski trip experience.

Beautiful, well appointed, spacious home in the perfect location!
Two families of four spent an extended Presidents Day Weekend at Anna and Jim's beautiful home! The house is laid out perfectly and allowed generous space for everyone to hang out and also enjoy some quiet time, if they wanted to. Three king sized beds and a bunk room, all with the most comfortable beds ever! We all slept great! Anna was so easy to work with and provided all the information we needed to make the most of our stay. The house had all the comforts of home and everything was in great shape. There were also garbage bags, ziplocs, tin foil, laundry pods, etc. there so we didn't have to buy every single thing for our day-to-day living needs. And although we didn't have time to use the waffle maker and slow cooker, it's pretty rare to find that stuff at a rental. Being able to walk to both the lift at the base of the mountain and also to main street in a matter of minutes made it so much easier for us too. We couldn't have found a better house in a better location and look forward to coming back again soon! You can tell they really take pride in their home and want you to enjoy it as much as they do.

Perfect for Sundance!
I booked Anna + Jim's home for my boss' trip to Sundance with her family - and it was perfect! Quaint with plenty of space, the kids had a great time there, and enjoyed it's supreme location to get to and from screenings with ease. Anna was also very thorough in providing us with every ounce of information prior to their stay. Great hosts and wonderful home.

Wonderful, multi-generational (or family) ski home!
My husband, daughter, son-in-law, and I all thoroughly enjoyed our stay from December 26, 2015 to January 2, 2016. The home is very conveniently located for those who ski (everyone else in my family) and those who don't (me). The skiers walked to the slopes, while I walked to Main Street (and beyond). The home is immaculate and modern (i.e., up-to-date) and ideal for multi-generational families (or multiple families). The main living area is wonderful for gathering (and family meals), while the several levels afford privacy (and quiet, for families with children). My daughter and I both love to cook, and the kitchen is the best equipped one we've ever rented, complete with a food processor, slow cooker, and even a crepe maker. What we found truly remarkable is how warm the property was even during record breaking cold (below zero) temperatures, at least in part because the floors are heated. The master also has a dual control heated mattress pad which I loved so much that I have ordered one. Most important to us, this is a true vrbo - we dealt directly with owners Anna and Jim - who could not have been more accommodating, responsive, or generous. (Unlike other properties we have rented, where we fumbled around for days or had to call the property manager, there is a "how to" manual which covers and explains everything.) My family and I have been coming to Park City almost annually since the late 1990's, and we all agree, this is our lodging of choice. We will be back, and we most highly recommend this property!

Great location and house!
Great location with easy walking access to Main St. I've toured this house and worked with the owners discussing rental opportunities. Brand new premium appliances and exceptionally clean home. My wife is a stickler for cleanliness and we found this house would more than meet our expectations. Also, the owners are great to work with and were incredibly helpful in offering suggestions and advice about exploring Park City. This house is definitely on my list for future visits!

I was a guest of the owners. My stay at this home was just wonderful. The house has all the amenities anyone could ask for, especially in the kitchen if you are interested in cooking. The location is perfect for access to town and mountains. The photos on this site do not do the house justice. It really is spectacular.
