Super endroit pour une grande famille ou deux familles à partager. Il s'agit d'une maison de ville de luxe entièrement équipée de quatre chambres en face de la base de la station de ski de Winter Park. Assez grand pour accueillir dix personnes dans les chambres et 13 personnes dans la salle à manger. Deux des chambres sont des suites parentales, chacune avec lits king-size et salles de bain complètes.
En plus de fournir une vue de carte postale sur le domaine skiable, l'unité dispose également d'un jacuzzi, d'un garage chauffé pour une voiture, d'un service Internet sans fil, du chauffage par le sol par rayonnement, d'une laveuse, d'une sécheuse et de 3 téléviseurs.
Deux autres chambres et une salle de bain complète se trouvent au dernier étage de la maison de ville. Une chambre a une literie de style lit superposé. Cette chambre abrite un jumeau sur un plein. La quatrième chambre contient un lit double avec un gigogne gigogne. Il y a aussi un petit coin salon à ce niveau supérieur qui peut être utilisé comme bureau.

This is a wonderful townhouse. Very clean with lots of kitchen items. There were condiments left from previous renters, which was nice. It is close to everything! The only drawback is that the bedroom windows do not open. The locks are all broken. In july, that made for a warm, stuffy night's sleep. Please fix the window casings so they can be opened, to let that wonderful cool and crisp air inside at night. Management can fix this easily. Besides that, it is a great place to stay!!!

Great location, less than 5 minutes to Winterpark parking lots. Nice place for families or families traveling together.

The two master bedrooms were nice and very spacious. We loved the great room feel of the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The hot tub was also lovely and easy to access.

Great location and view of Winter Park slopes. Plenty of room for our family. Kitchen well stocked. Has room to park two vehicles which was a plus.

Cozy townhouse with plenty of room for 7 adults. Well stocked kitchen. Very close and convenient to Winter Park ski resort. Have to walk down to the end of the street to catch the bus line. But we decided to utilize the G Lot which is free and less than 5 minutes away with a bus that takes you right to the base. Overall great stay.

Excellent location, amazing views, hot tub was great, everything about this property was amazing, the VRBO pictures do not do it justice. Only complaint is large cleaning fee and the property manager leaves a huge list that basically makes you clean the place yourself, so they should wave the cleaning fee or get rid of the list.

My husband, 3 adult children and significant others- amazing space. Loved hot tub, appreciated condiments and spices in kitchen. Very hot showers, comfy king sized beds

The house was large enough for all of us and we enjoyed it. Hot Tub was extra fun as was wonderful stereo attached to the TV. Kitchen easy and large enough for all of us and plenty of dishes, pots and pans and spices, etc. that made cooking easier.
We probably would have appreciated a little more information about the place. Like the front door felt like it was locked even though it wasn't and the thermostats were tricky. There was room for four cars all on driveway and we weren't told about that. The buses ran less frequently than we realized.
But all in we'd happily come back for another family reunion there.

Very warm and cozy. kitchen perfect size for us to do family meals in morning and evening. Plenty of room for all. Enjoyed the hot tub and view of the mountains. Garage fit our extended bed truck. We enjoyed so much we are Planning on returning for annual family ski trip.

We had 8 adults (3 couples + 2 singles) and this place worked perfectly. Convenient location and good view of the ski hill. Radiant floors and private hot tub are really nice.
One feature that I don’t remember seeing on the listing but is important: the garage height can accommodate an SUV with a rooftop carrier. 👍🏻
If we have a chance, we’ll go back!

We had two families of four each (two adults and two teenagers per family). This house was absolutely perfect for our group!

The location and warmth of this location are great - loved the space and ammennities and location.
There's some issues though ...
* Gobs of dust on evertything: - ceiling fans, picture frames, etc.
* The linens (threadbare) and matresses (lumpy + body dents) are all pretty beat.
* The couches probably need to be replaced soon (or now) too.
There was a tip enevelope for the the cleaning crew, but we paid *a lot* for cleaning, so we didn't add anything. We sincerely hope VRBO / owner are taking care of these people - the fee is entirely too big for them not to be doing so.

Great location and plenty room for 10 people which included 6 adults 4 kids. Everything you could need was furnished. Fast communication with owner. The only reason I’m giving an overall rating of 4 is because LR furniture was old and uncomfortable. Beds were comfortable. The whole unit could use a little updating but otherwise a great place to stay I would stay here again.

We had a great stay. It could have been better if temperature control in the house met the needs given the hot weather. It was tough walking into a house at 78 degrees and trying to sleep in that; especially on the 3rd floor. Other than this we were incredibly happy with our stay and will look for this spot again for future visits.

Please fix the windows! Sticky notes threatening fines if you open the windows become more annoying as we tossed and turned all night because we were hot. We thought there were more beds but we made it work. It was nicer then we thought it would be. If there was some way to cool the unit it would have been great.

We had 2 families stay. Both families of 4. Parents had their own master suites and kids had their own rooms upstairs! It was perfect for us. The hot tub was a hit with the kids and the view of the ski resort was beautiful! Perfect for us!
