We had an amazing stay! We wanted to bring the couch home with us - sooo comfortable after a day along the Bourbon Trail. The hosts contacted us multiple times to see if we needed anything. Overall an outstanding place to stay for our Bourbon Trail experience.

I want to start with the good. My wife and I have a special connection to this property. It’s the first place we stayed when we started dating and recently made it the place we stayed our wedding night before leaving for our honeymoon. It’s a beautiful property in the heart of a town I call home. It has everything you could really ask for in a place to stay. The master bedroom is especially nice. I hate beds that aren’t mine, but the master bed is incredible. I love this place in most ways.
Now, the bad. The management was not communicative at all. They sent questions asking about check in time, what brought us to town, etc. when I responded asking for an early check in, I got no response. In fact, I wouldn’t get any other response from them until they were asking me if I wanted to pay 1/4 of the nightly rate nearly for a late check out. They also wanted to make it clear that there would be a fee for them to return anything left in the loft after checkout. In other words, there are no courtesies with the owners. There is no hospitality. This place holds a special place in mine and my wife’s heart, but the ownership makes this an unlikely rental for us in the future.

We enjoyed our stay in Shelbyville. The loft is beautiful and just like the photos. The beds were super comfortable and everything was very clean. The town felt safe and there were walkable shops around.
We had 2 adults and 2 teens. There was ple ty of room for everyone.
We would definitely stay at this property again if we return to the area.

Loft was nice. The city is small and quite, most of the time not much was open. Location was good for the bourbon trail and overall is was nice.

We had a great stay at the beautiful Le Coop loft, it was conveniently located next to The Gatsby where our daughter’s wedding was held. It was very clean and accommodated all of us very comfortably.

50th Birthday Celebration
Perfect for a birthday celebration along the bourbon trail. Home was clean, refreshing and beautiful. Perfect central location to distilleries, wineries and breweries. 30-minute drive to Louisville. Awesome small town. Great restaurants within walking distance. Ben and Melinda are very responsive. Would highly recommend this property to travelers. Perfect for 4-5 guests.

Amazing stay
This property is beautiful, charming, comfortable, and in a great location. The beds were the most comfortable beds I've slept in at a rental property hands down. The town of Shelbyville is cute and was in a perfect location to drive around to different distilleries in the Louisville area. My husband, myself, my infant, and my parents stayed here. It was plenty of space for all of us! We will definitely be staying here when we visit Louisville again!

Phenomenal Loft!
We rented this for our wedding celebration weekend - a girls’ night for the bridesmaids on night one and my husband and I might two. The loft is gorgeous, a perfect backdrop for photos, very conveniently located within walking distance of all the great things Shelbyville has to offer, and overall cozy and comfortable. I highly recommend Le Coop to anyone traveling to the area, especially for bourbon tours or if having an event at The Gatsby on Main!

Awesome Weekend!!
Wow!!! That sums it up for this gorgeous loft!! We absolutely loved it! We were in town for a family wedding and decided to stay here instead of a hotel and couldn't be happier about our decision. Plenty of room and cool staying downtown! We enjoyed the shops and restaurants and even enjoyed live music on the street! I'd highly recommend staying here for any event! The hosts were very responsive and made sure we had a great weekend!

Perfect for Derby and Bourbon Trail stays
Outstanding decor and view of the downtown main drag. Furniture was comfortable and cozy. Wasn't prepared for the steep narrow steps to reach the loft. Overall, a high-end loft and suited our Bourbon Trail needs well.

Fantastic Loft
We had a great stay at this location right in downtown Shelbyville. The loft was fantastic and the owners were very responsive. The only issue we had was with the WiFi, which never really got corrected, even though we tried to connect to their other property next door, it was very spotty and never really worked. Other than that the place was great! Highly recommend the Bell House for dinner if you come here, the food is excellent!

Chic and trendy
This place is fantastic! The swanky interiors fully compliment this perfectly located loft! We found ourselves centrally located for our bourbon trail visit which allowed us to visit many distilleries during our stay. We had a lot of fun during the day but always looked forward to returning to this amazing place every night!

Beautiful, comfy loft
My in-laws had such a great time staying here for my wedding. They were so impressed with the loft and absolutely loved it. There was a bit of confusion with VRBO having the wrong check in/out times, but we contacted Melinda and she responded immediately. Such a gorgeous place to stay in Shelbyville!

Absolutely perfect for three of us from North Carolina to meet the grandparents from PA to spend the week for the KY State Fair World Championship Horse Show in Louisville. Very spacious and comfortable for the 5 of us. Beautifully done and a delight to stay and enjoy Shelbyville's great restaurants and shops with a very easy trip to Louisville for the show each day. Melinda and Ben have done an AMAZING job with Le Coop. It is beautiful, spacious, and so peaceful. The close proximity to all of the downtown attractions and restaurants made this a perfect place to call home for a few days.

Relaxing Historic Main Street Experience
Perfect base for our Bourbon Discovery Trek in Kentucky. Well appointed luxury loft with a blend of historic bones of the building itself and the comforts of modern well appointed furnishings. The Lofts Kitchen and Dining Areas accommodated our dine in plan during COVID 2020 and the tasty variety of available Take Out and Curbside nearby were enjoyed by all.- Definitely Recommend !

Holiday visit to Shelbyville
Unit presents like the pictures- very open loft feel that captures the history of the building with huge windows overlooking Historic Main Street of this cute town. Owners live on site so communication was very easy. They checked in on us several times and were very helpful. It is worth noting that to access unit you will have to navigate a narrow and steep staircase. Overall- I would recommend this unit for anyone planning a visit to Shelbyville.

Gorgeous accommodations...perfect spot for Bourbon Trail adventure!
Not only are Ben and Melinda warm and welcoming, this loft is absolutely stunning! Very comfortable living quarters in the perfect half way spot in the Bourbon Trail. There were 4 of us traveling together. Ben and Melinda setup our driver for Bourbon Trail adventures for the Saturday we stayed there...it was all so easy and fun! The loft was well appointed, super clean and cozy. We had a slight issue with our wifi not working that was remedied almost immediately. Great places to walk, shop and dine right in town. We will most certainly be back! Thank you Ben & Melinda for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic property - Close to Bourbon Trail
We rented LeCoop along with the much larger adjacent property for our Team offsite (10 people) and it was perfect. More than enough space between the 2 properties. The property was beautiful, well decorated and immaculate. The property owners were very friendly and helpful.
