No table, crappy a/c, upstairs b/r is a death trap. Bed area is raised BUT step DOWN into closet??? Step down next to bed to exterior windows with windows that do not open. Pay attention or a fall Is probable.
A/C units in the room, not thru a wall, IN THE ROOM. Do not remember seeing that in pics or description.
Instructions for unit were outdated in some areas. WiFi was wrong, no idea how to watch TV although NetFlix and Amazon were ok. A note about recycling would have been nice, only found what was recyclable when we threw out garbage.
Beach chairs, towels and boogie boards was good.
Beach shown in pictures is public beach, not on property.
All in all, Hawaii, great, condo, not so much.
Downstairs bathroom tub was difficult to enter with no bar for aid.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s perfectly located within 20 minutes from the airport in a quieter part of the island yet close enough to drive to many neighboring areas and enjoy the attractions and restaurants. Perfect balance of a peaceful and engaging active getaway!

The condo has A/C in both bedrooms and in the living area which was a blessing. It was only a 15 minute drive to the airport and a 15-30 minute drive up the West coast of Maui to many wonderful beaches. We were also located less than a mile from the harbor where daily snorkel tours depart. We visited the Kihei Food Truck park several times and had great food. But if you are looking for a condo with upscale restaurants nearby this isn't it. We would have had to drive to a neighboring town for that. It was a really great stay and we thank the owners for making this condo rental available.

The layout of the unit was excellent and it was well equipped for beach activities. The kitchen was one of the best equipped rental units we have ever stayed in. The unit was very clean. Living room chairs were very tired but beds were comfy and bathrooms nice.Great view from balcony/lanai to the beach. Our only surprise was there was a public camp ground directly beside the unit and at one point a bouncy castle was erected almost under our lanai as it is right on the property line. Hawaiians are free to camp on any public beach however we found it to be a bit of an eye sore as it did take away from beach view.

Small development & Peaceful location with good beach vie
Everything I could have asked for. The small condo development is adjacent to a 2 mile undeveloped beach. The condo's amenities were B+. It was a pleasure watching the local families use the adjacent county park.

Really nice property!
This is one of the nicest condos that we have rented in Hawaii. We really like to cook when we are in a condo and this one was very well appointed. Had everything we needed and everything was in good condition. The view was beautiful the property was very well-maintained and the beach was lovely. We will definitely be back. The only two downsides were the fact that the stairs to the master bedroom are fairly narrow and steep so could present an issue if anybody has mobility issues. The other was the laundry room. Very old machines requiring an app for payments that did not work very well. Otherwise an awesome location!

Everything was great. The listing is exactly as described. Would definitely stay here again. Loved the swimmable beach, ease of parking and checking in. It was a beautiful property and felt clean.

Check-in process was super easy with a code box. All instructions were clear and easy to follow. All electronics in the unit worked and easy to use. We loved the decoration and style of the place as well as how the location was ideal with ocean views and literally steps from the sand on a great beach and a great neighborhood. We also enjoyed using the pool with ocean views. I would stay here again any time.

My husband and I stayed with two friends at this place and enjoyed our time here! Was nice to walk to a beach right nearby. Quiet condo and beach
Loved staying here, but would have appreciated a better description of the upstairs area. Stairs are steep and very narrow, with several changes in elevation to get to bathroom, closet and windows. As someone who has a mild disability, stairs are not usually a big deal, but the uneven floor levels and the narrowness of the stairs presented a problem every time I used them. Otherwise would recommend this for other friends.

PANORAMIC VIEWS
Panoramic views. Condo was user friendly and had everything we needed. We visited during whale season and were able to see them everyday, even through our gorgeous full height bedroom window. Central to all locations. We had a portable air conditioner in the upstairs master and could have used one in the downstairs bedroom. We would most definitely stay here again! Mahalo!

Great Condo with a great location.
We enjoyed the condo, it is nice and well equipped. I would stay there again without hesitation. I don't care for direct sunlight so I would prefer the lanai didn't face East, once the sun moves by mid-day its great. I am sure others would find this to be a great asset.

Amazing Stay
The location is perfectly on the beach, which is not overly crowded. The condo is beautiful and clean with plenty of amenities. Owners were very accommodating and provided great recommendations for local restaurants and sites. Due to location being more secluded and not busy with resorts and crowded beaches, recommend renting a car, as ride sharing apps were less available. Location is still perfect because the farthest commute we needed was only 15-20 minutes.

Maalaea
My trip changed last minute from a Girls trip to a trip with my 12 and 20 year olds. There was plenty of room and the house is well stocked. I liked that the condo is located so close to a swimmable beach as well as had a pool to swim in.
Had the trip been a couples trip, I think the upstairs bedroom not having an actual door (the floor plan is unique for sure!) may have been a little weird, but as a family it posed no issues.
The upstairs shower has 2 heads which seemed fun, but one heads’ support was stripped so it would not stay in place during the shower. My 20 year old daughter used the bath downstairs and said it did not get enough hot water to take a “good” soak, and the jets stopped working shortly after that. The hot water might have been due to timing-we got home late. But she was bummed the jets didn’t work properly for a jacuzzi tub.
Other than that, the upstairs bathroom electrical will short if you use the hairdryer. No big deal really but good to note.
All in all the house was a great place to stay. If I were to take the kids back to Maui I think we’d see if this house is available. It really is pretty and the location is awesome. Very close to the aquarium too.

Property is well kept and lush with palms, flowering trees and shrubs. Beach front is beautiful Hawaiian blue water looking out at Haliakala mountain. Everything you need was available, well equipped kitchen, beach chairs and towels etc. Would love to come back.
