Penthouse loft in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City
L'emplacement, les fenêtres et la décoration en disent long sur ce loft au milieu du centre-ville de Salt Lake City. Ce dernier étage, 1100 pieds carrés spacieux une chambre est le joyau de la couronne du bâtiment. D'énormes fenêtres cintrées, une cheminée d'époque et une cuisinière à gaz professionnelle de niveau 6 sont idéales pour recevoir ou pour un dîner relaxant à la maison. Ce condo est situé au coeur du centre-ville de Salt Lake City, littéralement proche de tout! Vous êtes à seulement 1-2 pâtés de maisons de Gateway, City Creek, Temple Square, Vivint Arena, Capitol Theatre, l'Utah Symphony, ainsi que de nombreux restaurants et bars tous accessibles à pied. Et à seulement trois à cinq minutes à pied du centre de conventions Salt Palace (à seulement un pâté de maisons). L'aéroport international SLC est à seulement 8 minutes et est accessible, si nécessaire, par le Trax de l'UTA situé de l'autre côté de la rue. Si vous voyagez en voiture, il y a un parking fermé à côté du bâtiment avec une place de parking couverte dédiée pour la durée de votre séjour.

We travel to Utah 10 plus times a year to watch our son play football at the University of Utah. We normally stay in hotels but wanted to try something different. We feel very fortunate to have found this location. Once you walk inside you're met with an awesome view of downtown. The ceiling is high so the place feels really open. The furniture is very comfortable along with the bed. The convenience of having a washing machine and dryer was really nice. Having secure parking is a huge plus in downtown SLC. It's a super short walk to the Gateway with bars and places to eat and Chile Tepin right next door. We run our own rental vacation home so we know the value of communication. The owner does an outstanding job. Don't hesitate to book. We look forward to future stays.

This was a very cool, quirky warehouse conversion that was great fun to stay in. Neat downtown neighborhood with great restaurants within walking distance along with Temple Square and other local sites. There was plenty of construction going on in the street, but that's life in the big city. Loved all the high-end appliances, cabinetry, etc.

We booked this for an extended weekend and concert and enjoyed it! The location is downtown, so going into the weekend it was definitely loud with traffic and people, but to be expected. Unfortunately in the bedroom we could hear full conversations and even the opening of drink cans coming from the people next door. It ranged from 6am to midnight which made it hard to sleep in a relaxing environment. This is not the fault of the property owners, but still should be mentioned. Otherwise we had a great stay.

We have stayed in a few condos all over the west coast and this condo is by far one of the best. It has a beautiful view of DT, it’s cute and just the right size. It’s a quick walk over to the Delta center (main reason for our trip to SLC) we highly recommend this unit for your future trips to SLC, I know we will be back!

The pictures of the Penthouse loft are accurate. We spent a week at the loft. The loft is comfortable, and well stocked. Nice having a washer and dryer. We did not have any problem with noise from neighbors. The counter is high and hard to reach dishes.
The bakery across the street is a must try as is the restaurant next door.
We enjoyed Salt Lake City, the loft is in a good location for walking, with gated parking we felt safe.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was great except there needs to be some more soundproofing in the bedroom. We could clearly hear the conversations of the folks next door ((who admittedly were talking loudly)

Very much enjoyed our stay. Property was close to restaurants and a great bakery right across the street. Downtown and all Salt Lake City was within walking distance for us. The kitchen counter and vanity were indeed high as others noted, but it was very well appointed. Property owner quickly responded to our needs.

I absolutely love this place, it’s super cute, clean, very convenient, I needed to travel to and from the University Hospital. Hosts are very friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond to questions! There is a nice big bathtub to relax in after a stressful day! I will always check if this place is available when I need to travel to the U for work!

The apartment was lovely and the host was communicative throughout the process. We loved the area and it was very walkable. We stayed on a weekend so there was outside noise during the night but we were happy with our choice and would stay again.

We had a lovely time at this apartment. The only detractor was the absence of an elevator which was boarded up and we were on the fourth/top floor. The counters are all very tall, which I loved, but a bit too high for my husband. Lol. It’s very close to all things downtown and easy to gets out/in town. I’d recommend…if the elevator is working!

City Vaca
The condo was very neat and clean. It had a lot of character to it. It was right in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City and very close to all sorts of restaurants and entertainment. The owners were fantastic and very responsive whenever we had a question. The elevator was broken and they offered to reimburse us 100% for our stay, but we chose to go anyway and we are very thankful that we did. They did give us a 10% discount for the inconvenience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is traveling into the Salt Lake City area. If I go back to Utah I will definitely stay again.

Classy downtown condo
We were in SLC for our daughter’s graduation from the U. Wanted to stay somewhere old and charming, and close to great restaurants and shops. We were not disappointed. Very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped.

Really nice place and location
I loved my stay here it’s beautiful part of town and a good distance to walk around to things. The place was really clean. You can hear in the bedroom the neighbors next door there is like a crack where the two walls meet so we could hear every tv show and conversations but overall a very nice place.

Beautiful space with well stocked kitchen. You have the materials to cook in the space and easy access to some amazing restaurants. Parking out back was great. Spaces are a little snug for larger vehicles but no problems.

Great stay in Salt Lake!
A spacious, light filled loft space in an old warehouse building. The neighborhood was wonderful, easy walking to excellent restaurants, bakeries, coffeeshops, perfect for foodies like us.
We have been visiting Salt Lake to ski for years but this was our first time staying downtown and it was great to be able to drive to the ski areas during the day and enjoy the neighborhood on foot in the evening. We will be back!
