This ground floor condo was so wonderful to stay at. The location as perfect to access everything that you need. It is stocked with all the perfect amenities. Nice close parking and the grills are right outside the door! It was super clean and comfortable. Highly recommended and will be staying here again for sure!

Wonderful location, spacious, clean and very comfortable condo at Las Palomas. Check in was smooth, staff were so very helpful. We needed maintenance to address an hvac saturation issue but they were quick to respond and repair the issue. Traveled with four kiddos, they loved the space as well. Close to the lazy river and pool in phase two and very close to the beach. Lots of kitchen cabinets for storage, bathrooms were great. We plan to reserve again in the future!

I took my wife and mom to Las Palomas for the first time and staying at Jaime Largest 2 Bedroom Plan, Ground Floor Direct Patio Access To Pool And Beach was the perfect place to stay. This condo was amazing it was beautiful luxurious spacious well decorated. The views are amazing from everywhere, the spacious patio gave us opportunities to enjoy the sunrise and sunset, from the patio, you have easy access to all the amenities the resort offers. Overall this condo was fabulous we would love to rent it again for many years to come.

Absolutely a beautiful, beautiful condominium. This condominium is located on the ground floor of the resort. You simply walked down the steps and you were at the pools and a few steps away from a beautiful ocean! On the same level is also a coffee shop which has wonderful coffee. We love this place. It is not the first time we’ve been here. We plan on coming back many many more times.

Went with friends & family to celebrate a graduation. The unit was great, location on the ground floor right out to the pool & beaches was a great asset. Our room ended up being home base for everyone there, made it super convenient. Everything we could have possibly needed was there. The only issue was the sliding doors got harder and harder to open/close, even with maintenance coming to adjust. Otherwise fantastic. Definitely planning on staying again & possibly trying to get more ground units all together.

Immediately upon arrival, discovered the Master toilet was plugged up. When trying to fix it, the rotten wood handle broke on the plunger. Television in the Master didn't work. Maintenance replaced the old remote which had a missing part. Slow drain in Master shower. Broken bedside table lamp. Remote control in living room missing battery cover. Broken table lamp. Curtains in living room coming off of hooks dragging on floor. The men had a difficult time opening the 2 sliding glass doors. The women could not open. The dishwasher missing the silverware basket. The dishwasher missing the rollers on the bottom rack, so it sat on the washer rotating water disburser, could not be used. The stove surface lights from the above microwave were burnt out, dark area. Screens torn. Hairdryer in second bedroom didn't work. We have stayed at Las Palomas, several times, and this is absolutely the worst rental we have ever had. Considering the above issues we feel the rent for our 3 nights was too high. We have spoken to the owner, manager two times, concerning the above and haven't had a response.

My husband and I brought our son and his friend down for 3 nights over Spring Break. Our son is a student at UoA and of course had lots of friends going down as well. I was able to get questions answered from the host in a very timely manner which was nice since I booked it the day prior to going. The unit was so nice and clean, beautiful views, and very comfortable accommodations. The patio was big and perfect for enjoying as well as its convenient location to the pool, beach and coffee shop. We loved our stay and will be back!

This condo was perfect for me, my husband, our daughter and her 3 friends. The girls had the two bedrooms and their own bath while hubby and I had the room with the en-suite. The rooms were far enough apart that we didn’t hear them late at night. Kitchen and eating area was spacious for all 6 of us. Loved being able to pop out to pool and beach directly from the patio. The patio was the best hang out spot for all the young adults. Will stay here again!

This home was perfect. The only negative, the actual property was under construction of the pool, tile around the pool and painting of the resort, which left limited pool chairs. We stayed in phase II. Phase I resort was under construction as well, which left their pool out of order. We were uninformed about all the noise and restrictions. Other than that, it was a good vacation.

We had a nice getaway at this property. It has a wonderful patio that opens up to the swimming pool area. The unit unit self is oversized, which is somewhat unique in my experience and these types of units. Everything was clean, especially the bedding and towels, we had some very minor maintenance items that were taken care of within minutes, I would stay here again thank you

We thoroughly enjoyed the resort and the condo. It was a beautiful location. We were greatly entertained by the dolphins. It would be an awesome stay with children as you could enjoy the patio and keep an eye on them.

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment was just as listed. Plenty of room, comfortable, and an amazing location. The room is half a level up from the pool area so you still have great views of the water and you can walk right from the patio to the pools and beach.

Perfectly situated on the ground floor near pools on one side and elevator and parking on the other. Nicely appointed 3 bedroom 2 bath. Plenty of seating and storage. Kitchen had equipment for cooking which was helpful. Also loved the coffee shop just around the corner. Would stay here again.

This place was even better than expected, as I don’t think the pictures online do it justice. We had 6 adults stay for a week and there was plenty of space for all of us, and room for everyone to spread out. The bunk beds are in what was probably a closet or something, but it worked great and even had a small tv mounted in there. The ceilings are high. The kitchen had all the dishes and pots and pans we needed. The ground floor location was awesome and made beach and pool access very easy. It also has a huge balcony with 2 tables that can easily accommodate large groups and we are all of our meals out there. Housekeeping also stops by each day to tidy up. I was nervous about driving down across the border, but crossing the border was no big deal. We felt perfectly safe at the resort and even driving into town, going to the grocery store and restaurants. It was the perfect vacation spot for our family and I look forward to staying here again!

Amazing views and beautiful resort. Our condo had some issues so I will be messaging the resort owner to inform them. Nothing major but certainly things they needed addressing. I would definitely recommend this resort. We had a great time with our extended families and would love to go back again some day.

We loved staying here. It was the perfect size for our family. The bunk bed provided the extra beds that we needed. The kitchen was well stock and the living space was huge. The ground floor patio made it an easy walk to the beach and pools. We will stay here again for sure!!

Las Palomas is the Spring Break place to be! My sons and their friends (all adults) stayed in this unit as it has always been one of our favorites! First floor, walk right out to the pool or beach, grills out the front door and no waiting for the elevator!! Las Palomas has ALL the amenities!!

The condo was clean, spacious, and had a wonderful view. The kitchen was well equipped. We would stay there again. Although the large patio had ample chairs and a table, a couple of lounge chairs on which to recline and soak up the sun would have been welcomed.
