Excellent property. Perfect for our group of 8 (4 adults, four children). Loved it.

This house is close to everything in a quiet residential neighborhood. It was super clean and the first thing i encountered upon check in was how good it smelled! The owners left me a handwritten welcome note and 2 bottles of wine which really made me feel welcomed. The vrooms we spacious and the backyard was beautiful and sat right at the waterfront where we can seat large boats docking up. This backyard was amazing for pictures and i highly recommend this property.

This house could not be in a better location. The house was clean and stocked with everything needed and then some. We had a fantastic experience from check in to check out. We were greeted when we arrived and shown everything about the house and golf cart (rented separately) . Communication with the owners was always prompt. We had issues with cancelled flights home and they were able to assist us with arranging to stay an additional nigh at the house, even offering to let us stay at another rental unit they have if it was necessary. Over all experience was 5+ stars.

Our group had an amazing time at this location, with a short walk to Las Olas Beach and quick Uber to Las Olas Boulevard. The home was beyond cozy with a perfect pool to enjoy during the day. Great local recommendations provided and enough accommodations for your travel. Definitely recommend this location to any big group planning a trip to Fort Lauderdale. Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed this house for the week which was exactly as shown in the pictures. Short walk to the Fort Lauderdale beach and close enough to the main strip of Las Olas where there are plenty of restaurants and shopping to enjoy. The food recommendations were perfect and Louie Bossis was our favorite. The kids rarely left the pool while us parents enjoyed entertaining ourselves on the back patio each night. We will be back to enjoy it again soon. The owner was quick to respond to texts and messages, which was really helpful! He’s very kind.

We had an amazing week at this property. The weather was good the first and last day of our visit but the heated pool gave the kids a great place to spend their days even if temperatures weren’t perfect. Per my title, there were pool toys and other things that made having children here very easy. Lance was a great host. I’d suggest getting the golf cart to make travels to and from the beach a fun adventure as well.

Great location in the Fort Lauderdale area. Walk to the beach or short Uber ride. There is a spiral staircase to get to the 4th bedroom with bunk beds that was a bit difficult to get our large suitcase up but otherwise nice size bedroom and bathrooms.

The house was in an ideal location to walk to the beach or take a quick uber downtown or to las Olas. I grew up hanging at friends houses in the very neighborhood that the house is located. It was like being back home. The house was clean and had everything needed for a weekend stay. The pool was great and the patio is perfect for getting out of the sun

A big group of cousins spent the weekend here at this home. Leo gave us a warm welcome and introduced us into this great home. We enjoyed the pool and scenery in the backyard more than anything. Good location in walking distance to the beach as well as bars and restaurants. We ll keep this house in mind next time the family gets together again we really enjoyed it .

Great experience, great room, was able to check in early. Would highly recommend this to bigger groups. Everything was clean, checkin was easy. Would stay again. Felt safe in the neighborhood. Property was beautiful. Had a blast ! Thanks again!

I had booked this VRBO planning a small bachelorette trip for 8 girls. This house WORKED! With all the bed and bathrooms, everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and a bathroom to easily accommodate this many girls. The pool area was so much fun with outdoor speakers, grills, and mini fridge. The master bedroom had a beautiful balcony that we hungout on every night! They host has a wet bar and closet where you can purchase small items if you forgot them or booze, it was the cutest touch for travelers that came across so many state lines. Lastly, Lance out did himself. He was never hard to get ahold of and went above and beyond to help me track a package I had shipped to the house before our stay, he even went to the post office forme! Even though the package arrived after we had left he is still helping ship it back for me. Lance, thank you a million. Your family home is delightful and I will keep it saved for my next trip back to Ft. Lauderdale. Only con: I could not get the dishwash to work and there were no soap or sponges to handwash dishes. I felt bad leaving dishes before that were dirty but I didn't have time to go to the store for those times.

A fabulous property in a quiet location, central to all great activities. Lance was a fabulous host and very response to all questions leading into our stay and during. Highly recommend and well done!

This home is BEAUTIFUL. The check-in and check out process was as easy as can be. Access to the intercostal and the beach, local eating was perfect. Every detail was thought of for our stay, down to qtips. I felt the love of this beautiful home as if I was staying with Family. We will be back again. We created some of the best family memories on our trip. We loved this home as if it were our own. Thank you for sharing it with us.

The pictures don’t really do this home justice. We had three couples staying at the property and everyone got their own bed and bathroom. The backyard was perfect for spending the day by the pool. We even tried the paddle boards! Great stay in a beautiful home. It was a bit of a walk to the beach but that kept us tucked away from the spring break crowds!

I went for a long weekend with 3 other couples at this house. The house is a great size, with 3 great bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms! We were able to walk to the main strip very easily. We spent our days at the house outback by the pool, which was perfect. Uber was very easy to obtain. One thing we did was order food/drinks from Publix and they delivered. This turned out to be perfect and allowed us to eat breakfast/lunch at the house. Would highly recommend this house, the property manager is very accessible and easy to work with. All of our questions were answered. House was very clean and location was great. Highly recommend!!!

Lance's home is excellent and very well maintained. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our week at the home from lounging by the pool, dining outside, and the quick ride to many destinations by boat from the convenient dock space. Lance was very hospitable; hope to return!

The house worked very well for our needs. It was a last minute trip for us . We booked it the week before our trip.We had 2 teenage grandkids & our mini aussie dog we brought. It was very close to a lot of activities you could do. Loved the Las Olas area. There are few things in house that could use some repair & TLC but overall good stay & most amenities available for your needs.

Lance the owner was tremendous to deal with and was always available to answer any questions.The property is spot on to beach and restaurants. The property was extremely well kept. We had 3 couples and it was perfect. Everyone had own bedroom and bathroom. The outside by the pool is so peaceful. We all chose to spend New Years Eve by the pool because there is no reason to leave. My recommendation is do a Costco run and you will not want to leave. There is also fishing and golf nearby. Again kudos to Lance and property manager Leo.

We had the absolute best time at Lance’s home over a long weekend. Being from Ft Lauderdale, we were thrilled to be able to stay on the water way in such a cozy home. The house was better in person!! Very spacious, clean, comfortable and safe! We are already planning our next trip down!

We really enjoyed the house which was great for two adults and 6 kids. Very clean but comfortable and family friendly. The kids really enjoyed walking over the bridge to the beach...took us about 15 to 20 minutes at normal pace. They also loved the pool. Kitchen had what we needed but also still cabinet storage for food. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. We had a nice dinner at the Quarterdeck by the beach with some live music. 3 full bathrooms came on handy with the 6 girls we had with us! I attended a work conference in Hollywood, and was an easy 30 min drive. The kids want me to note the wifi was great, too! A really nice place to stay.

We visited this home over Easter weekend with 2 other couples. We all had a fantastic time. Lance's house was maintained and kept in great order. The location was perfect for walking to the beach and restaurants. Lance was kind and courteous. Every piece of info was laid out in great detail. I would highly recommend for anyone interested!

This home absolutely met all of our vacation needs. Before we even arrived Lance was very helpful and communicated very well with us regarding all procedures. The home was very nice and clean. It is the perfect home if you are looking to be able to spend a lot of time at the house. We spent most of our vacation at the pool. The only minor complaint we would have is that the houses are all very close together so you are very close to the neighbors. But other than that everything was wonderful and Lance is the best homeowner ever to work with! He truly did want to make it a great vacation for us. Thanks for a great vacation. I would highly recommend!

This was a great spot for a couples weekend. There were 3 couples and each had their own bedroom and bathroom! Beds were super comfy and the house was spotless. When we ventured out, Las Olas was a short 5 minute ride, and the beach was only 2! The house have all the top amenities, including a great heated pool and hot tub! Lance was easy to talk to and quick to respond, although we had no problems! I would highly recommend this house for a vacation spot! Would love to take the kids next time too!

The home was rented vs. hotel for a business trip purpose and was a wonderful home. The owner was great to work with and answer all of our questions very promptly. Would certainly stay here again in the future.

We had a girls getaway to celebrate a bachelorette party. There were 8 total. This property was amazing (beautiful inside, upscale neighborhood, etc.) and in a perfect location! It is walking distance to beach, short uber ride to all of the must eat at restaurants, and has a nice pool... we spent a day by the pool. The owner was very easy to work with and provides all of the 'must visit' locations in Ft. Lauderdale. I would absolutely recommend this property!

We had a girls getaway and this home was perfect. Ideal location, tucked away yet still easily walkable to grab a coffee or lounge on the beach. The pool on the waterway was beautiful, peaceful and serene. The photos don't do it justice. Would definitely recommend!

The property owners were so accommodating the entire weekend! From letting us check in earlier due to early flights to dropping off extra bed. Lance was always just a text away if we needed anything. There were 10 girls visiting for a bachelorette party, and we fit perfectly with the extra beds. The home was fully stocked with everything you need. Do note that there is a keurig not a coffee machine - I am sure it was noted somewhere but we missed it. We used the grill with no issues, and even utilized the dock to get picked up for a day on the water. We appreciated the helpful information written on the wall such as delivery services, cabs (although we used Uber), and wifi passwords. The house is lovely, clean, and has everything you will need for an enjoyable vacation. Thanks again for everything! Lisa

This home is absolutely stunning inside. It's beautifully furnished with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. It could be in a crate and barrel catalog. We also spent a chunk of time in the backyard lying by the canal enjoying peace and quiet. The beach is about a 10-15 minute walk from the house. It's about the same distance to get to the more lively part of las olas, as this is a quiet section. The owner is super friendly and left really easy instructions for everything, some great local recommendations (we loved Rocco's tacos and the oyster bar), and was quick to respond when I had a concern. A pleasure to deal with. My one and only con for this house is that it's not RIGHT on the beach or RIGHT in the heart of las olas, so walking/ubering was req'd more than I hoped. All in all, a great weekend with friends and sun.

We stayed in this lovely home for 2 months and had a very nice time. It feels like you're staying in your own home, not a rental! Beds are comfy, bathrooms are all redone and in great shape, and the location can't be beat....so close to everything, including the beach, Las Olas Blvd with GREAT restaurants, shopping, etc. The house is right on the canal with boats passing by from time to time. The dock is a great place to enjoy the sunset and a cocktail! We practically lived outside the entire two months we were there...eating at the outside large table and grilling out almost every night. Of course, a few things did go wrong while we were there for two months (pool vacuum didn't always work quite right and the internet went out a couple of times), but Lance was only a text message away to make sure everything got fixed as quickly as possible. We would definitely rent this home again...and hope to in the near future!
