We have stayed at this home for 2 years. It is a beautiful home. The owners are very quick to respond to any questions we have had. The beach is wonderful with a dock and a mooring for our boat. My family has made some wonderful memories there. We look forward to spending more time there.

This house was perfect for our getaway. It is on a quiet street with a lovely lake. The house was very clean and large. The kids loved the pool table and fire pit. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Wonderful hidden gem. Just a few minutes away from the main road filled with retail businesses. House is spacious and has everything you could possibly want. Property manager is very responsive to any questions you may have.

Our family of 10 (age range 7 to 78) spent a week at the house, and it was a great success. The house is spacious, comfortable, attractive, modern, and right across from a wonderful beach with easy access to the lake. It's also just about a mile from supermarkets and a Walmart, so anything we had forgotten was easily obtained. Although you're sharing the beach, there was hardly anyone else there, so I didn't have to worry when the grandchildren were shrieking loudly. The house has several kayaks, which we all enjoyed. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that I was told by my daughter's family that the beds in the bunkbed room were uncomfortably hard, and people had difficulty sleeping. With a few minor additions (e.g., some lamps in the first floor bedroom) this would definitely be a 5-star review. Even with these few problems, we want to return next year!

The most relaxing place to vacation. The home had everything needed for a great time. It was close to the small town for grocery shopping and eating out. It was also easy to travel to local areas such as Freeport and Portland for sightseeing and shopping. Owners were very responsive to emails. We will be back!

Beach great for kids and adults alike. Easy to launch kayaks from. Surrounding basin lovely. Bunk room great for young teens and preteens. Owner dealt with home maintenance issues quickly.

We stayed here because we were in town for a family wedding. Location was beautiful - great view of the lake. House had plenty of room for 2 families. Came fully stocked with everything you would need including kayaks. Had a fire pit that we didn't get to use but was there. Bonus is that even though you are staying on a quiet lake road- you have stores/restaurants only a couple of miles away. That made it very easy to stock up on food, etc. I would highly recommend this property.

Our family had a great time, and the house was beautiful. We had 8-10 adults there on any given night. I would honestly say it comfortably sleeps 7 adults. The bunk beds in the upstairs bedroom and the pull-out sleeper in the game room are really better for smaller children. Beautiful views of the lake, lots to enjoy, and close to shopping and restaurants. Loved our stay!!!!

Property is on a private road-very secluded waterfront neighborhood yet very close to groceries, restaurants, big box stores, etc.

Great location and property

This property was perfect for our family reunion. The beach/lake was amazing. The house had a great layout for all the adults and cousins to sleep and hang out. The city was of Portland was fun to explore.

We rented this house as lodging for our bridal party. The space was absolutely beautiful- everything was clean and ready for use upon our arrival. The owner responded quickly to questions before we arrived. Price was great, location is very close to the beach. Great fire pit outside that we didn't have a chance to use; pool table in the game room was a huge hit! Will absolutely rent this place again if we have cause to.

Had a great time at this property. The house is large and has plenty of activities and room for our three couples and kids. The beach across the not-very busy street is large and the water is sandy and clean. The boat has to be stored on a mooring which was okay and there is a day dock to do the loading and unloading. Overall we had a great time!

All good be back next year. Couple of small things but the owner answers the phone and had a solution for both questions.

We had a great time and felt very comfortable. There was plenty of room, the kitchen was well stocked, the beach was steps away from the front door and the sunsets were spectacular. We enjoyed the fire pit every night.

Thank you for keeping such a gorgeous property. The house itself was newly renovated and clean and comfortable. The property is on a pristine portion of Sebago Lake basin. Sunsets were gorgeous and the beach was perfect for our family to enjoy comfortably. Easy to access all the stores and restaurants in town and short drives to parks and marinas. Wonderful.

This property was lovely, clean, updated and a great location. We came up to see my son play baseball with his college team and to have Easter It was lovely. We’d love to come back for a week in the summer!

We really loved this property. Beautiful, excellent location. Loaded with everything you need for a relaxing, wonderful vacation!! Beautiful lake, beautiful beach! Good for small kids as well as adults!! We had a short stay and two of those days were cold - but we tried to enjoy as much as we can!! Hope to come back another time and spend more time at the beach!!

The house was lovely and the host was easy to get in touch with re: any questions we had while booking. Very centrally located so all of our destinations were only a short drive including Portland.

Our family was looking for a quick get away where we could unwind and enjoy each others company. This house was perfect... comfortable, beautiful view, pool table and a warm fire. Only wish we had more time to stay.

We were very happy with the property. Lake Sebago was beautiful.

We made a very last minute reservation and were impressed with the quick turnaround. The house was just as pictured with lovely, clean furnishings. Nestled into a little community of homes along the water, it was a pretty setting in the winter and I’d imagine even more beautiful in the summer. I was thankful to have an SUV with snow tires to navigate the icy and snowy road. Supermarkets and other retail stores are just around the corner so it was easy to buy firewood, wine and groceries. The kids loved playing pool. We had more than enough space to spread out as we were only a family of 4. I’d highly recommend it as a great spot for a family gathering or group of friends.

We so enjoyed our snowy weekend away. The fire and gorgeous lake view were a beautiful and restful way to relax and renew. Ken was amazing in helping us by bringing fire wood, helping us build the perfect fire and swinging by with a bottle of prosecco!
