This property is in a great location on a beautiful stretch of beaches in Napili. Jeff is an extremely accommodating and gracious host, and his place is beautiful. We will stay here again. Five stars!!

Great experience! We had 7 adults and were comfortable. The place has everything you need--chairs, umbrellas, snorkels, spices, stocked kitchen etc. We felt very comfortable--clean and well maintained. The complex is quiet. A number of great beaches and snorkeling spots within a close walk. The owner is VERY responsive.

This is our second year staying at this property. It was just as great as the stay that made us want to come back! Everything was made very easy. The house was stocked with the essentials. I always appreciate this touch because you don’t want to go to the store immediately after arriving to a vacation. The location is excellent. Our family loves Napili Bay which is a short walk across the road. We enjoyed everything about our stay.

What an absolutely gorgeous location and property. The property was very clean and exactly as described. There were a few maintenance issues, which I brought to the owner's attention and they are working on them. Amazing lanai, perfect for a morning cup of coffee. Beds were all comfortable. AC was great. Bathrooms and showers were great. Kitchen was smallish, but who is going to cook on vacation?!?! Kitchen had everything needed. It was great to have an ice maker and cold water at all times coming from the fridge. The area was amazing - right across the street from a great beach and right down the street from another great beach. Lots of local businesses to support in the area as well.

The condo is very well appointed, and comfortably slept 6 adults. Location is superb. The unit is in walking distance to beaches, hotels. Garage parking spot was very convenient. Jeff is an excellent host and was very communicative during our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had 7 people and plenty of room. Plenty of amenities in the home. Only 2 minor complaints was that there were not any washcloths with the bath towels and the first 2 days the parking lot across the street was closed for construction- so beach access was a little more difficult and had to walk up the hill (which was a challenge for my elderly Mother). Luckily they took down the construction barrier later in the week.
The garage was fully stocked with plenty of beach supplies- which was very helpful.
We would definitely stay there again!

Works perfectly for a family
The condo was very comfortable for our family. We were on island for a renewal of vows ceremony. We used the lanai one day to make lei for the ceremony. A musician in our group performed across the street at Napili Kai Resort. Walked to the restaurant at Montage for a wedding renewal dinner. So location was perfect! Mahalo!

Perfect for our family
My large family needed a home for our Visit to Hawaii. This home met every need of our family. Between two levels, a garage, and the back porch, we had plenty of space to spread out. But, we didn’t spend a lot of time at the house because this house is only across the street and through Napili Kai resort to our favorite Hawaiian beach. Napili Bay is family friendly, the waves are gentle, and it’s not crowded. Back to the house, it was fully stocked with plenty of the essentials like paper towels and TP, had a hose in the front and back so we could wash off from the ocean, and a fully stocked garage of beach toys and gear. Jeff, the home owner, was always easy to work with, offered to bring us more fuel for the BBQ, and left us to enjoy the house undisturbed. We hope to visit this same house again!

Nice condo in central location on north Maui. Beaches close are rocky but great sunsets and decent snorkeling. Short drive north are better surf beaches. Lotsa of restaurants close by. Jeff was super helpful.

BEST Maui vacation ever
This townhome has a great location near the beach, just a couple of blocks to our favorite snorkeling spots. We truly appreciate the thoughtful consideration of the amenities provided to renters: beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, ice chests; well-appointed kitchen and laundry with cleaning supplies; efficient wireless WiFi (our two adult children and friend worked remotely); to name a few features. The patio is very nice with its comfortable outdoor furniture and high privacy fence. We especially appreciate homeowner Jeff's prompt responses to few maintenance concerns. Overall, we had the BEST time, thanks to Jeff and our wonderful accommodations!

Perfect for families
We are a family of 5 and were so pleased with our stay at this townhome in Napili Gardens! It is a small, attractive complex; gated and quiet. There was room for us to spread out yet still feel like we were always together as a family. The garage was well stocked (and extremely well organized!) with beach gear and laundry facilities. The interior of the home as well as the lanai in back were modern and very comfortable. The appliances are all updated which was very nice. The host was very responsive, checked in proactively, and gave great local recommendations. Access to the beach was a cinch as well. We had a marvelous time and wouldn’t hesitate to book this property again on a future stay. Mahalo!!

Great family getaway
This property was in a fantastic location and was so close to the one of the best beaches in Maui. Our family of 5 had plenty of room and great accommodations. Property manager was so friendly and accessible, checking to make sure we had everything we needed. It was great to have all of the beach equipment to use. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Amazing house and wonderful host!
This house has everything you want for a Hawaii dream vacation. The host (Jeff) did a great job with the property, it is super clean, beautifully decorated and it has all the necessities for staying in for dinner and for hitting the beach! Jeff was super helpful and responsive with any question I had. I would 100% stay here again! In fact, I sent 3 of my friends the property listing while we were staying there.

Perfect vacation home base!
The property was perfect for our group of 6! The location was our favorite part. It was only a short walk to a beautiful beach where we saw turtles and whales breaching on the horizon. The condo/backyard/kitchen were well furnished for hanging out and cooking. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Maui!

Lovely stay!
We loved our stay at this property. Jeff was incredibly welcoming and very fast to respond to all our questions. The house is lovely - very well maintained, good quality decor and finishings. The outdoor patio is lovely & we had dinner there every night. There is no swimming pool on the property (which we knew, based on the listing) but the access to beach is unbeatable - it’s a 5 min walk! We are a family that loves to walk to places so one caveat is that there isn’t much within walking distance (there is no dedicated sidewalk along the way) but many things, including a grocery store, are a 5 min drive. Another thing I want to point out is that Jeff’s house is incredibly family-friendly: he has lots of beach gear (including snorkeling equipment, beach toys and chairs), and some toys and baby pack and play for our younger one, making it a great place for families to stay. Thanks Jeff for your warm hospitality.

Perfect place
The stay was amazing! The unit had everything from pots and pans, towels, all daily essentials and of all things... even a rice cooker! We contacted Jeff with a few questions and he was quick to respond. The distance to the beach was literally less than a 5 minute walk and we walked there every day. Napili beach is beautiful. People were nice and friendly. The neighbors who were staying in the next unit even joined our kids in making a Tik Tok video! 😁� We highly recommend Jeff’s place and would stay there again!

Our second home
This was our third year of staying at the townhouse and as previous year's we thoroughly enjoyed it. Jeff continues to update where needed, new appliances, the deck at the back has just been replaced, beach towels, sheets, it is a very high standard that makes it so easy to enjoy. We do not hesitate to recommend this for families or couples. We had a spectacular 10,000 step walk every morning that has to be the most scenic anywhere. It just couldn't be better. We wouldn't change a thing. Just book it, you won't regret it.

One month in paradise.
Thank you Jeff for the ease we experienced in every aspect of of renting your property. The home was equipped with everything we needed. The home was very clean and there were many perks. The kitchen had spices, oils, plenty of kitchen appliances, pans, dishes, etc.etc. The garage had a giant size washer and dryer, 10 beach towels, a wagon, chairs, boogie boards, snorkel stuff- you name it. There is great baby gear, pack and play, high chair, bouncer, gates., toys and books. It exceeded our expectations!

Christmas in Paradise
All I can say about this property is WOW. The beach is right across the street and Jeff provides everything you need to take such as towels, chairs, snorkel gear and more. My favorite part of the area was the Kapalua Coastal Trail which we walked each day. The location is convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, etc. without being in the crazy crowds. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. This townhouse has everything to make your stay a vacation in paradise. Thank you Jeff for sharing this property with us and making Christmas 2019 so memorable.

Awesome place-awesome beach!
We had a wonderful stay! The condo was perfect for 6 adults and a toddler. I do wish we had made better use of the well-equipped kitchen. Napili Bay is a great beach for big and little kids! The Sea House Restaurant was a perfect place to enjoy Happy Hour with the best view--they served great beer and great milkshakes so everyone can join in.

Such a convenient beautiful location!
This was our first Airbnb stay, and let me just say Jeff’s place was everything and more! He was out of our hair the whole time but if I had any questions he was quick to answer. This place had everything you could think of needing. Also 2 beaches just a walk across the street made this stay that more better. I noticed how busy the beaches get and parking is hard to find but we didn’t have to do that here which is so convenient! Napili Market is just down the road so if we wanted to stay in and bbq, that was nice having it close by so we didn’t have to drive out far. Super clean and relaxed atmosphere. Loved the patio area for cookouts as well! Highly recommend

Great location, clean condo with plenty of space for our family of five. Short walk to the beach with several beachfront dining options. All we expected and more
This was a delightful property. Exactly as advertised. It made the perfect comfortable base for our Maui adventure. The kitchen had most everything we needed. It is our tendency to cook in rather than go out to eat so a few more bowls and things for preparation would have been welcomed but there still was sufficient to do the trick. The beach is right across the street and in fact there are two fantastic sandy beaches both very, very close by. A couple of minutes walk! You don’t get that everywhere! The location was perfect, the condo was fantastic and Jeff the owner was even better. He stayed out of our hair but was always there when we needed him and was super to work with. We use VRBO and HomeAway a lot around the world and this property read like a five star rental and its owner and the property itself delivered a five star experience.
