Emplacement parfait à seulement 1 mile du centre-ville historique de Beaufort, à 8 km de l'île Parris et à 1/4 mile du parc au bord de l'eau avec jetée, débarcadère, Dockside Seafood Restaurant au bord de l'eau et taverne au bord de l'eau de la station de remplissage.
Le premier étage comprend un salon, une salle à manger et une cuisine ouverts et lumineux, un porche ouvert, une demi-salle de bain et une buanderie, un porche arrière avec moustiquaire et un grand patio dans une cour clôturée avec barbecue au charbon et sièges extérieurs. La chambre Carolina au premier étage est meublée avec 2 lits jumeaux et 2 canapés-lits de 6 pieds, parfaits pour les enfants ou les petits adultes. Property was great but some members of my family said the beds were not comfortable. This was the upstairs bedroom with two single beds. The beds would be fine for children, just not adults. No internet provided, which I thought was strange. The house and property are beautiful.

This was our 2nd stay here. We love it. It is perfect for friends and family. The location is the BEST! We brought the boat and the landing is just up the street. Also perfect for our dog. We love the back porch and the fenced in yard. Great neighborhood for walking the dog. Super convenient to the bayfront also.

This beautiful house is a great place to stay! It was clean, the property manager was very responsive and it was in a great location for what we needed. We definitely enjoyed our stay and recommend this spot.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic and perfectly suited to our needs, especially for attending the Marine Corps Graduation at Parris Island. Located just a short 10-minute drive from Parris Island, this rental provided an ideal home base for our family during this momentous occasion.
From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with a sense of warmth and comfort. The house was spacious and well-appointed, offering ample room for our family to relax and celebrate together. With comfortable furnishings and all the necessary amenities, it truly felt like a home away from home.
The close proximity to Parris Island was a huge plus, allowing us to easily attend the graduation ceremony without any hassle. It was incredibly convenient, especially considering the excitement and emotions surrounding such an important event for our family.
Additionally, the location also provided easy access to Beaufort, allowing us to explore the charming town and enjoy its many attractions. Whether we were strolling through historic streets or dining at local restaurants, there was always something new and exciting to discover just a short drive away.
Overall, our experience was great and we highly recommend this property.

Beaufort is a great destination and close to a lot of the places we wanted to see. Lots of history, great restaurants, and kayaking. There is a beautiful little park almost across the street. Fenced area for our dog.

We loved this house! It was a short drive to Parris Island. Great restaurants nearby. Convenient to Walgreens, Publix, and other shopping areas. Beds were comfy. Some places in the house are starting to show some age. The rental company was very responsive and helpful. There were 8 in our party.

We absolutely loved this adorable house. It is perfectly located to everything we wanted to do. It is a block from the boat landing. The waterfront park is an easy 3/4 mile walk. The only drawback is the downstairs bathroom doesn't have a shower, so the people staying downstairs still need to go upstairs for bathing. But that did not create a problem for us.

Easy check in, place was really nice, clean, big bonus was downstairs Carolina/ sunroom with twin beds. They had everything you would need to have a great Beaufort vacation, Bay Street shopping & restaurants 1 mile over bridge! So convenient, then opposite direction,publix grocery, dollare tree, drug store & more! Only suggestion I would make is to put in a full length mirror, we were all getting ready to go to a family wedding, but no long mirror to make sure we looked good ha! Rent this you will not be disappointed!

I would have given it a 10 for location!!! We stay in Beaufort at-least once a month because we have family there. This was by far the best place we have stayed in last several years. It was close to everything and our family’s place out at Eddigings Point. We will be back for sure.

We stayed two nights while visiting Parris Island for our son's Marine Corps graduation. Easy check-in and out. The house was very nice. The rooms were clean and well furnished with plenty of room for all 10 of us. There were plenty of clean linens and towels. We made use of the park (just a few streets down from the house) to stretch our legs after a long car ride. There were quiet neighbors so we could sleep at night. All in all, it's a sweet property. This was our first vrbo rental, and it was a wonderful experience.

This home is just across the bridge from historic Beaufort. The house is exactly as described on VRBO. It was easy to book the property and check in/out was very simple. The house seemed very clean until we were checking under beds and furniture to make sure we didn’t leave anything. There were some items under the bed that didn’t belong to us and dust and dirt. Overall the place was great and we would not hesitate to book it again. It was very close to many restaurants and interesting places but out of the way. It’s located in a very quiet neighborhood. The twin beds upstairs are very firm but sleepable.

Just one mile over the bridge to downtown, about 20 minutes (depending on the never ending traffic) to the beach, grocery & Walmart.
Plenty of room with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, Kitchen is well equipped although the stove & micro need an update if you plan to cook a lot of meals. We stayed for a month so eating out every day was not an option. If you have more that 4 people in your family ask for an alternate dining table which now only seats 4.
Outdoor BBQ would be possible but only a small kettle charcoal option was provided. No table or chairs for outdoor dining located in front of the back garage (locked storage area) on a concrete pad. Fully fenced in backyard was definitely not hospitable for any recreation & be careful at night with the resident racoons. A mystery critter gained access to the attic during our stay and decided to be a poltergeist at night. No worries, it left after two nights but the owner might want to check for a nest in the attic.
This home is managed by a real estate office, the owner is not in contact with the renters.

We all were absolutely amazed the moment we walked into this place. We had come down to see my daughter graduate from Paris Island as a marine. And we fell in love with the area. Once my children graduate from high school we are considering moving this area.

This was a really nice property in a great location! There were nice waterfront restaurants close by (within walking distance), pharmacy, gas stations and entertainment.
We encountered just a few minor issues. We had a little bit of trouble with the toilet flapper in the half bath but was able to fix it temporarily. The water in the showers did not stay warm for very long. The heating unit on the main floor did not maintain a temperature in the back room that was ever comfortable enough for us.
