We loved this house! It was a short drive to Parris Island. Great restaurants nearby. Convenient to Walgreens, Publix, and other shopping areas. Beds were comfy. Some places in the house are starting to show some age. The rental company was very responsive and helpful. There were 8 in our party.

We absolutely loved this adorable house. It is perfectly located to everything we wanted to do. It is a block from the boat landing. The waterfront park is an easy 3/4 mile walk. Conveniently located to Publix, restaurants, parks, etc. We had a wonderful, relaxing weekend. This house is definitely on my list to stay at the next time we go to Beaufort. The only drawback is the downstairs bathroom doesn't have a shower, so the people staying downstairs still need to go upstairs for bathing. But that did not create a problem for us.

This property was absolutely perfect for our large group of family in town formour sons graduation on Parris Island! Close to base, beautiful and well taken care of property. I would highly recommend!

The location was great. 5 minutes across the bridge to historical Beaufort. Fantastic, screen in deck had everything we needed.

Easy check in, place was really nice, clean, big bonus was downstairs Carolina/ sunroom with twin beds. They had everything you would need to have a great Beaufort vacation, Bay Street shopping & restaurants 1 mile over bridge! So convenient, then opposite direction,publix grocery, dollare tree, drug store & more! Only suggestion I would make is to put in a full length mirror, we were all getting ready to go to a family wedding, but no long mirror to make sure we looked good ha! Rent this you will not be disappointed!

I would have given it a 10 for location!!! We stay in Beaufort at-least once a month because we have family there. This was by far the best place we have stayed in last several years. It was close to everything and our family’s place out at Eddigings Point. We will be back for sure.

We stayed two nights while visiting Parris Island for our son's Marine Corps graduation. Easy check-in and out. The house was very nice. The rooms were clean and well furnished with plenty of room for all 10 of us. There were plenty of clean linens and towels. We made use of the park (just a few streets down from the house) to stretch our legs after a long car ride. There were quiet neighbors so we could sleep at night. All in all, it's a sweet property. This was our first vrbo rental, and it was a wonderful experience.

This home is just across the bridge from historic Beaufort. The house is exactly as described on VRBO. It was easy to book the property and check in/out was very simple. The house seemed very clean until we were checking under beds and furniture to make sure we didn’t leave anything. There were some items under the bed that didn’t belong to us and dust and dirt. Overall the place was great and we would not hesitate to book it again. It was very close to many restaurants and interesting places but out of the way. It’s located in a very quiet neighborhood. The twin beds upstairs are very firm but sleepable.

Just one mile over the bridge to downtown, about 20 minutes (depending on the never ending traffic) to the beach, grocery & Walmart. Plenty of room with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, Kitchen is well equipped although the stove & micro need an update if you plan to cook a lot of meals. We stayed for a month so eating out every day was not an option. If you have more that 4 people in your family ask for an alternate dining table which now only seats 4. Outdoor BBQ would be possible but only a small kettle charcoal option was provided. No table or chairs for outdoor dining located in front of the back garage (locked storage area) on a concrete pad. Fully fenced in backyard was definitely not hospitable for any recreation & be careful at night with the resident racoons. A mystery critter gained access to the attic during our stay and decided to be a poltergeist at night. No worries, it left after two nights but the owner might want to check for a nest in the attic. This home is managed by a real estate office, the owner is not in contact with the renters.

Excellent experience! The house is beautiful. Location is outstanding. We enjoyed our stay & would recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.

Stayed for my sons Marine Graduation and the home was amazing!! Wished I could have booked for longer! Great distance from base and other shopping stores which makes it great! A lot of room and space for everyone. Thank you for allowing my family to feel right at home!! 🥰💕

We all were absolutely amazed the moment we walked into this place. We had come down to see my daughter graduate from Paris Island as a marine. And we fell in love with the area. Once my children graduate from high school we are considering moving this area.

Property is in great location close to downtown and attractions in safe, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay. House felt clean, but could use some general repairs- there were several light bulbs throughout the house that were burnt out or didn't work. Lamp shades looked like they seen better days. Bathroom tile moves and needs replaced. It looks like they have done some updates and just have not got to the bathrooms yet.

Great place with easy access to all of Beaufort. Rode bikes downtown, and felt safe the entire time

Super clean house with room for everyone to spread out. Great screened back porch, front porch, lots of beds. Location is perfect to get to the downtown Beaufort shops and waterfront.

Very convenient to USMC Parris Island. If you have time for a beach day the Hunting Island State Park Beach is a short drive.

Super nice house and great location.

This was a really nice property in a great location! There were nice waterfront restaurants close by (within walking distance), pharmacy, gas stations and entertainment. We encountered just a few minor issues. We had a little bit of trouble with the toilet flapper in the half bath but was able to fix it temporarily. The water in the showers did not stay warm for very long. The heating unit on the main floor did not maintain a temperature in the back room that was ever comfortable enough for us.

Good location. Lot of room. Reasonably clean. Great yard for our dog. Responsive and friendly rental agent. Friendly rental company with good local knowledge. Kitchen appliances could be improved if planning a lot of in-home cooking.

Tina was great and extremely responsive when we encounted a problem upon arrival. What you are paying for is the location of the house and the size as it does sleep a lot of people. The inside of the house doesn't appear to have been maintained much if any since it was built 20 years ago. Many things needing repair or missing or just old and in bad shape. It was clean but does have a bug problem. You expect a fair amount of bugs inside in the south, but we had to remove several large cock roaches from inside the house and that is not expected or acceptable. There were obvious water intrusion issues that haven't been properly dealt with as there are still stains on the ceiling, spackle repair areas that were never finished and patches of different colored paint on the ceiling. Most of the furniture (especially upstairs) is a collection of non matching, thrift store furniture. The linens are all very old, what most people would consider dog towels. Washed 1000s of times, stains, frayed, etc...the pillows badly stained under the pillow cases. I would consider the inside of the home equivalent to a 2 star hotel. For over $800 for 3 nights we should not have been required to strip the bed, start a load of laundry and take out the trash. I own a company that restores homes and we have some vacation rentals as well. We would never consider renting a home in this condition, but again the location is good.

House needs some tlc. It was not very clean when arriving. Had a problem with couple of cockroaches. Tile broken in bathroom. Kitchen not greatly furnished. Two single beds hard as a rock.

We enjoyed our time there.

The lighting in some rooms was very dim, but otherwise everything was great! It was close to everything we wanted to do in town. Plenty of room for everyone we traveled with. The neighborhood was nice and the house was very easy to find. Thanks so much for the wonderful stay!

The house was fine enough. But the room that had the two beds in a sun room wasn't actually a room,.... no door on it. That would've been good to know as the two adults that were in that room had zero privacy for changing their clothes. The tiles on the bathroom floor on the main level were very cracked and loose. The tiles on the bathroom floor in the master were loose. The door stop in the master bathroom had pushed a big hole in the door. The kitchen stove warming drawer door was loose. Their were large dents and smudges and cracks in a bunch of the walls. The plastic mattress cover in the bedroom upstairs (that had two beds) crinkled and made noise all night. The shower curtains in both upstairs bathrooms had mold on them. The stove top was warped. The master bathroom drawers had their veneer peeling off badly. The red couch that was pictured wasn't there, instead there were two gray couches that seated fewer people (so we couldn't all sit together). There was packing tape and pushpins all over the living room to kitchen door jam (I assume for banners). Would've been good to know that there wasn't going to be dishwasher soap or sponges or garbage bags or clothing hangers. Also, we couldn't figure out why there are band aids all over the ceiling fan in the main level bedroom and the upstairs two bed bedrooms. I would give a 4 out of 5 for convenience (for a large group), 3 out of 5 for closeness to Parris Island, but only a 2 out of 5 for updates and cleanliness. All of this is fine I guess, but it would have been good to know.

The whole house was dirty. I'm not talking just dusty and sticky but Cobb webs on the stairs going up to the bedrooms. Had wear flip flops in the house all the time because the floors were gritty. The rugs were old and seemed ratty. The bathroom didn't have toilet paper bars for the holders. The master bathroom had cracked drawers and Formica. The coffee pot does not make hot coffee and the tea pot on the stove is disgusting. The whole house needs some TLC. Pictures on the website should be updated to reflect the current condition of the house. I don't remember the bedroom off the kitchen being described without a door on it. We were a little miffed at that one. It almost seemed the house hadn't been rented in awhile. We were disappointed in the house all around.

Very great place to stay! Very "at home" vibe. Love that it came with AC, Wi-Fi, a grill and so many extra linens! Very good distance from Parris Island and downtown Beaufort. Overall beautiful home very well taken care of and owners have thought of everything for our stay!
