The house was very nice and well stocked with everything we needed. The layout with the two master suites downstairs and two rooms up worked perfectly for our group. Host was very quick to respond to any questions. We had a great time and look forward to booking again next year.

Staying in a luxury house is my idea of roughing it. Easy to drive from the house to our favorite hunting spots.

We loved our stay in South Fork at this home! The beautiful, well-made deck on the river was the most wonderful part! We spent every day on the deck listening to the river sounds, watching the wildlife, reading a good book and playing guitar. Fabulous, relaxing time! The home was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. The 2 master bedrooms on the first floor were perfect for our group of travellers. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great place to base camp.

We had a great time in Southfork! The location was ideal for what we wanted and the house was well stocked. We were not able to use the trash bin provided as it was already full when we arrived and didn’t get picked up until the day we left. We were prepared from reading previous reviews that we may need to take it to the grocery store. That was the only hiccup we encountered. Beaver Creek Reservoir was amazing and we spent quite a bit of time there kayaking and paddle boarding. All in all it was a great stay. Thank you.

Great host..great place.. and great fishing

This is a great property for families wanting to be next to the South Fork of the Rio Grande, and quick access to the Lincoln National Forest. The downstairs bedrooms are very nice as are the bathrooms and showers. The kitchen is modern and well kept up. We had just come from our child’s wedding and we’re exhausted. This was a great place for R & R and enjoying the local outdoors.

Great times in great location had by us all!! But not one fish was caught

We had three families staying in the house (6 adults and 6 kids) and there was plenty of space for everyone! Having the river so close was wonderful as we could watch the deer come in the evening. The house was well stocked and clean. Only issues we had were that the upstairs bedrooms stayed pretty warm and we couldn’t get the dishwasher to work very well. Would definitely come again!

The house was very accommodating for my family and friends

It was great except the furniture in the living room was very uncomfortable. We brought in chairs from porch. The TV was about a foot too high

Everything about our experience with our vacation was excellent! The house was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for three families to spend a week in Colorado! South Fork was a perfect spot for us and the home was surrounded by beautiful scenery and wildlife. We had access to hiking, fishing and UTV trails, all within minutes from the house. The host was very friendly, professional and accommodating. Communication was quick and easy! We highly recommend staying here! We will definitely be back to South Fork and would absolutely stay in this location again! Five stars!!

Beautiful house. Plenty of parking room for two pickups and trailers with Side X Sides. The only thing that we ran short on was toilet paper. Taking the trash to Rainbow grocery and paying a dollar a bag was no big deal but you might tell people up front about that. Will deffinitly stay stay again.

Location was great to get to the trails with our Rangers. Plenty of room in the house for the family.

This was the perfect getaway for our family. Not only was the home nice and perfectly located to everything. But the furniture was nice and the beds were comfortable. We could not have had a better experience.

Great experience. Ten of us stayed here, all ages. The cabin had everything we needed and then some (although we did have to buy a little extra toilet paper). Great location—it’s at the end of the street and quiet, we caught some fish in the river right below the house (although it’s not super easy access for the kiddos—had to get IN the river to fish right here. But there’s plenty of places with easier access for the kids a quick drive away). We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.

Our entire family of 12 stayed in this house ages from 10-76 we had an amazing time! We brought our toys so we drove into creede for an off road ride one day. Otherwise we stayed at the house, fished, played cornhole and other games. Loved that this house was at the end of the cul de sac plenty of parking and room.

Super easy, great communication

this is a great cabin to rent for a large group. we had six adults , four children with plenty of room. they should add photos of the kitchen because it is large and beautiful, too bad it isn't really shown. my only critique is that this is more like a hotel than other cabins. in some places, you feel like you are borrowing their 2nd house with everything still in place, including games, kickbacks, etc. This cabin didn't really have that feel - it felt more like a hotel. it had everything you needed but nothing else. its up to you if that is a plus or negative, and either way, it is a small consideration. this is a great place to rent.

We had a great time at the house - it is very well equipped and set up well for a group. We had a small maintenance issue but was handled well. We would certainly love to return again
