Ce condo au troisième étage n'a pas de vue sur le fleuve, mais il dispose de toutes les commodités luxueuses que vous attendez, y compris l'utilisation du quai de jour et de la salle de sport. Ce condo contemporain de 2 chambres récemment meublé peut accueillir 6 personnes. Lit king dans la chambre principale avec un matelas Casper, lit queen dans la 2e chambre avec un nouveau matelas Posturepedic et un canapé-lit queen avec un matelas en mousse à mémoire de haute qualité dans le salon. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous aurez besoin. La laveuse et la sécheuse sont situées dans le condo pour votre personnel et pour votre commodité. Les salles de bains sont également équipées d'articles de toilette, d'un sèche-cheveux et de serviettes moelleuses. Meubles en teck sur le balcon avec un nouveau gril au propane. Le salon dispose d'un foyer au gaz et de baies vitrées coulissantes du sol au plafond, avec des stores enroulés.

Trois téléviseurs à écran plat sur câble / sports premium avec son surround équipé de Bluetooth et d'Internet haut débit. Condo entièrement équipé avec 5 peignoirs éponge spa, jeux de société, livres, DVD, fer à repasser et avec tout le confort de la maison, vous ne voudrez plus partir. Séjour minimum de 3 nuits.
Situé dans le développement Riverstone, il se trouve à quelques pas de Starbucks, de cinémas, de boutiques et de nombreux restaurants. En outre, le sentier de vélo / promenade de 24 miles Idaho Centennial est à quelques pas. Le centre-ville de CDA se trouve à 5 minutes en voiture, où vous trouverez le CDA Resort, la location de vélos / bateaux, la marina, la plage, les restaurants, les magasins et bien plus encore. Situé à 3 minutes de l'autoroute I-90. Quatre vélos et casques sont également fournis pour votre usage. Deux des vélos sont adaptés aux enfants.
Des bordereaux de bateau pour la nuit sont disponibles à la location au Boardwalk Marina situé au complexe CDA. Les quais de jour au condo sur la rivière sont gratuits.

We were here for a long weekend. The property is well located and within a short drive to everywhere we wanted to visit. The property was extremely clean and probably the most well kept of any Vrbo I’ve stayed at. We had a little difficulty getting in but not because of the instructions. It was more due to our very late arrival. Arriving in the day would have been easier! Beautiful condo.

The condo is clean, maintained, and located in Riverstone allowing for walking to restaurants, coffee, and trails. The location is close to freeway access and central to the city.

Fantastic location. Near everthing. Quiet. Bike path convenient. Great storage locker for paddle boards. The condo is super comfortbale with everything needed for cooking. We will for sure stay again!

It was a beautiful property with a beautiful view. Walking the boardwalk right outside at sunset was my favorite part of this whole trip! Thank you for the easiness and quick response that made my vacation very relaxing.

Coeur d’Alene was our last stop on our tour of Idaho, and it didn’t disappoint. We loved the city, and Larry and Rosanne’s condo was the perfect home base. This is a beautifully decorated, spacious, comfortable condo stocked with everything we needed. The location is great, with the boardwalk right there and good restaurants in walking distance. We highly recommend both the condo and CDA!

This is a beautiful and comfortable home to make your own for a time. The furnishings and amenities are clean and modern and the home is airy and well stocked. The only "issue" I can name is that "Le Peep Cafe" is two floors below you and if the crowds waiting to get in aren't enough of a distraction, the SMELL of yumminess wafting in to your temporary home will make you rethink any breakfast or lunch fixings you may have purchased and head downstairs to get into the queue!! Very responsive and friendly owners and a beautiful and easy building/home to make your own while adventuring!

Coeur D'Alene is a wonderful lakeside town with friendly residents, great dining opportunities, and captivating natural beauty. We rented this unit for two weeks and loved our time here in this well appointed and comfortable condo. Would highly recommend!

In typical VRBO marketing, the picture shows condo on waterfront, but mine had parking lot view. Owner very grouchy about giving us entry instructions, and 3:00 check in is too late if you have early morning arrival

This place was amazing. It looked nice on-line, but was even better in person. Such a well kept property in such a great location. We came to check out the town and ride bikes. My eight year old twins lived it and want to come back. Thank you for sharing this place.

My husband and I loved our stay at this property. It was spacious and comfortable as we were able to visit with friends, relax on the deck, and enjoy close proximity to bike paths and eateries. We found the parking garage to be easy to access and the bikes "ready to ride" were a wonderful resource for us to explore. Highly recommend this property, as we take priceless memories from our stay at this Coeur d'Alene property.

The condo is in a nice area, right on the river. There are restaurants and a movie theater within walking distance. The condo was clean and well-organized. There is a cute deck/patio but it rained during most of our visit so we didn't get to sit out there.

Great property! Well appointed and conveniently located for shopping and walking. Two couples (brothers and wives) stayed and two additional couples (brothers and wives) joined us. We played cards, prepared and shared meals and a million laughs!

This is a beautifully appointed condo in a great location in Coeur d Alene. The owners thought of every detail in the way of niceties. The condo is very quiet and the beds are very comfortable. We stayed off season in the winter, which was actually quite pleasant. Easy to walk the city as there was no snow on the ground but plenty in the nearby mountains for skiing. Coeur d Alene has developed into a major destination spot without the ultra high costs of other destination areas and this condo is located in the heart of the action.

The Belle Rive is a very secure condo with underground parking on the water. Really enjoyed walking on the boardwalk on the water side and easy walk to Centennial trail. The condo was 2 bedroom, 2 bath, nice kitchen with all the kitchen basics. All appliances worked, easy to cook our simple meals. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Owner very responsive.

I have stayed in at least 6 different condos in this community and I can say this is one of the best in all regards. Great communications. Very clean. Well appointed and comfortable. Very well supplied on disposable items. This is the only condo I have used in this community that had two parking spots which is a big deal there if two parties are coming in for a stay. Street parking is not available and you have to pay for parking across the street. Several good restaurants in the building located right on the river.

Perfect open space square footage, quality furnishings, full on kitchen appliances, good interior lighting….nice outdoor deck. The location has access to many restaurants, small shops, walking paths! A huge plus is the security of the interior garage. Do not hesitate to book this condo….you will not be disappointed 😊

Larry and Rosanne are wonderful for sharing they’re condo! The check-in and check-out processes were thorough and seamless. We felt at home in the condo while hanging out resting and cooking/grilling. Enjoyed our morning and evening walks on the boardwalk along the river taking in the beauty of Coeur d’ Alene. We highly recommend the condo and would definitely stay again if the opportunity presented itself!

This is the perfect condo and a great location. Very clean and comfortable. The host was very hospitable and even had toiletries there at the property, which was very helpful after a long flight as I didn’t have time to stop the first day… We will definitely stay here again:) can’t wait to come back….

Great space for our family to sprawl out, two full bathrooms, lots of privacy, full kitchen, gas grill on deck (bought steaks at Costco and grilled our final night), washer and dryer, modern atmosphere and most importantly AC!
Only complaint: little more clarity upon arrival where to park while retrieving keys to get into building, the unit, grabbing remote for underground parking, and then bring family and belongings up from garage. Surprised to see elevator behind a door. Wasn’t sure the elevator bad behind it, requires the key. Great security measures!
Also, for those who need tv entertainment at night or in morning, cable tv was great, but lots of steps to try connecting your own phone or device. No “airplay” which could make things simpler. The flat screens are older and probably could use upgrading. Wi-Fi was great!

This was a great place to stay. The check in and check out instructions were spot on and easy to follow. The home was clean and the beds were the most comfortable we have stayed in away from our own home. The location of the home was very close to everything that we wanted to visit and do in town. The hosts were very communicative and responded quickly to any questions or concerns that we had on our trip. I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity!

We have stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this one is a winner! The entire process from renting, moving in, and checkout was super easy and well communicated. The property was spotless and well supplied with a lot of nice touches, beautiful rooms. You definitely feel like you are on vacation. Loved being on the water and sitting down on the dock with a cold beer and watching the boats go by. Having the bikes available was also a plus. Thanks for the great communication. We’ll definitely be back!

Very clean, very comfortable stay for 2 couples. Owners provided coffee and a bottle of wine! We loved the proximity to everything we had planned. Beautiful walk along the river in the morning/evening stroll. Peaceful quiet location. Will definitely stay here again.

Our family absolutely enjoyed the wonderful condo! Such a beautifully appointed condo with everything you will need. The location is absolutely perfect for walking to several restaurants and great little shops. This Condo was perfect for our family and when we return for our next vacation to CDA, we will most definitely book this condo again.
