Incredible views. Condo was spotless. Furniture was so comfortable (I've stayed in places with cheap and horrible furniture!) Beds soft. Like sleeping on cloud. BUT if you are not a foam pillow person, you might want to bring your own pillow. As an older person, getting in and out of shower/tub in guest room difficult so I used the walk-in shower in master bath. LOVED that shower.
Kitchen fully stocked. Full-sized washer/dryer.
This was used for a writers' retreat. We were there for a week. Loved it. Hope to return for another retreat

This was a perfect location. It allowed us to be on the lake. My husband was able to walk down the steps and cast his rod. He even had several bites. My girls and I enjoyed the views we were able to walk down to the pier area and watch a spectacular fireworks display. The condo was clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. The towels and blankets were very lush and comfy. Thank you for a great stay

There was an emergency situation that caused us to leave early. The property owners were EXCELLENT in addressing the matter and taking corrective measures. I would NOT hesitate to stay at this location in the future. The problem was beyond the control of the property owners.

This rental was clean and the view was great. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony throughout the day. The Landing was quiet and felt safe for our group of ladies in our 20’s. Convenient location with plenty to do nearby. Everything was as described and pictured. Checking in and out was easy. A great experience overall!

This property is everything and more.than the listing shows. The view is spectacular, calm, and relaxing, The host check-in and check-out was a breeze. Shawn and Danny couldn't have been nicer. The condo is spacious and everything you could need is included. I look forward to returning and enjoying the serene daybreaks and colorful sunsets. If this property is available you won't find a more affordable and convenient property. Thanks Shawn for sharing this restful and gorgeous accommodation with us.

This trip was to watch the eclipse. The condo was so nice! Everything was clean and the decor was wonderful.
The extra touches were nice (kitchen extras and miscellaneous bedding), and the view was amazing.
We loved it so much we’re staying there again in two weeks!

What a beautiful condo with the BEST view of Lake Hamilton! Close enough to Hot Springs and hiking! The condo is beautiful, comfortable and very clean. Sitting on the patio drinking morning coffee was a dream. I can’t wait to come back!

Lots of positives - Condo was clean and everything working. Amenities were perfect for our family of 4. Balcony view was fantastic over the lake. Furnishings and linens were all great. Washer/dryer very handy. The boat slip for this unit is superb with extra bumpers on entry which is necessary with the big lake behind you and lots of traffic creating chop. Convenient to everything. The exterior of the buildings at this property had been badly beaten up by recent hail storms (no one's fault, and obviously abnormal - we just caught it at a bad time, but did not affect our stay at all). Only thing I would like to see is there is a step leading to the condo that needs repair (3rd one down from top landing I believe).

All I can say is Wow, wow, wow!! What a wonderful condo, with the best view of Hamilton Lake. We totally enjoyed our stay. We came for some Rest and Relaxation and this condo did not disappoint. Drinking coffee on the balcony was my favorite. Something about looking at the water is just so calming to me. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail in this condo. It's our favorite that we stayed in. The view is everything. Also, the decor is fabulous!! We give it 5 stars!!

Wow! We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Beautiful view of lake and close to all things Hot Springs. Everything was clean, comfortable and beautiful! We had everything we needed and would definitely stay here again. Our 7 year old traveled with us and loved the second bedroom with a TV .

Property was neat and cozy. Had the best view from balcony. We could see fall colors (even near the end of november). It was a very quiet place with most stores very close. The apartment itself was clean and spacious for six people. Furniture and Kitchen vessels were all great. Check in and communication were really easy. Owner was prompt in response. Five stars from me.
