Beautifully Renovated 4BR/3BA Oasis with Heated Gunite Pool, Hot Tub & Fire Pit
La nouvelle piscine et le nouveau patio superbes, le confort moderne et le charme de Cape Cod convergent dans ce cottage à quatre pentes et trois salles de bains magnifiquement mis à jour et convivial de la famille des années 1930, dans les "Avenues" de West Hyannisport.
en 2018, nous avons complètement modernisé la cour arrière avec une toute nouvelle piscine chauffée en quartzite, avec un bain à remous attenant, sur un nouveau patio en travertin avec un magnifique foyer à gaz en pierre. L'autre côté de la cour est une pelouse irriguée avec une douche extérieure et une nouvelle clôture entoure la cour arrière. Il y a aussi un vaste porche filtré du niveau principal.
Le quartier est dans une situation très pratique de Cape Cod niché entre Hyannisport sur un côté et Centerville sur l'autre, et la maison a cédé les droits à une petite plage de la communauté / parc et kayak lancement endroit privé (Seaside Park) à moins d'un demi-mile de distance . Craigville Beach, Plage de Covell et la Barnacle Clam Shack sont également à distance de marche ou de courte distance en voiture (environ 1. 3 miles) et la maison est équipée d'un parking passe de la plage location transférable qui peut être utilisé dans l'un des magnifiques plages du comté de Barnstable . I, who never get sick, got sick on Monday and remained sick until Thursday, but I soldiered on b/c this trip had been planned for so long. The ocean was fantastic. We had rain Tuesday, Wednesday and most of Thursday but VRBO has nothing to do with that. We loved Hyannis, Martha’s Vineyard, Sandwich and Chatham. My family had a great time.

This house was perfect for our family of 5 and another couple. Just a short drive to Craigville Beach, which was wonderful! The included beach pass was a plus! We absolutely loved the backyard! Used the pool, hot tub and fire pit every day! Perfect location to explore all that Cape Cod has to offer!! Highly recommend!

The house and property were as shown on the web site. Very nice neighborhood. It was newly rennervated and the pool was a gem. We had a very enjoyable stay.

It makes me very sad that we must write this review but want to be honest. We did not find this property suitable for our family’s yearly vacation. Although it is clear that the owner put a lot of work into bathroom and kitchen renovations, we were not satisfied with the overall cleanliness of this home. We rented this house the last week of June (which is relatively early in the season), and it was clear that there was little preparation/maintenance for the summer rental season. There were food/dirt/crusty spots on every fabric surface in the dining and living room areas. There were dirty socks and covid masks scattered in places, not one empty cabinet for renters’ food, uncleaned spills in refrigerator, freezer, and microwave, missing or burnt-out light bulbs and cobwebs everywhere. No shade or curtain in the bathroom facing the neighbor’s house. The smoke alarms and CO detector were beeping and even after replacing batteries were not operational. Outdoor shower did not work, pollen/mold all over patio, firepit chairs unraveling (owner said new chairs are on order). They are in the process of updating the grill, but grill brushes and accessories were disgusting.
The outside area is the star of this rental. The fire pit, pool and hot tub were great, and we thoroughly enjoyed spending time outside after we removed debris from the patio and wiped down the outside furniture. The pool was unusable for the first 2 days as the heater was never turned on and the vaccum was not working.
I will say the owner was very responsive and nice to deal with. She responded in a timely manner when we emailed her and provided her pictures of the issues. She told us she was going to look for a new cleaning service and offered us a refund of our cleaning fee. We very much appreciate the gesture, but we would much rather get what we paid from the start. We hope there is preparation in the future for the rental season, so guests don’t have to do the work after a long day of travelling and unpacking. It’s just not a great way to start a vacation that you look forward to for so long. We hope she can find a cleaning service to manage her property in the manner it deserves.

Family vacation
Another great rental at this property. Our family gets together a week each summer. The pool is perfect as grandchildren have a love for the water. The upgrades to the residence makes this property more enjoyable to stay. The large kitchen island made it easy for us to spread out.

Nice location! Great outdoor space
This house was perfectly located near beaches and other attractions. We loved the outdoor space and the pool was amazing. The house nicely accommodated our two families with plenty of space. When we arrived it was evident the floors had not been cleaned and after communicating with Elisabeth, the cleaning person returned to take care of it. The overall cleanliness of the house needs some improvement and organization, but all in all a nice spot for a Cape getaway with friends.

An Outdoor Getaway
While the house itself is comfortable and updated, the true gem of this property is the outdoor space. Whether relaxing and reading (during the kiddo’s nap time) by the gas fire pit or playing in the wonderful hit tub or heated pool, there was something for everyone in the outdoor space. The owner takes pool safety incredibly seriously and the house and pool are equipped with multiple layers of protection to allow enjoyment of a private pool without any stress. The biggest critique of the property and outdoor space is the dated grill that had not appeared to have been cleaned in quite some time. The food debris under the grates created a significant amount of smoke which made us uncomfortable with its use.

By far the best Vrbo we have staid in. We used this house two years ago and couldn’t wait to return. The whole family from our 1 y.o. To the adults loved the pool. House very clean. Perfect Summer Getaway
Everything about our stay was perfect. The house is spacious and clean. Plenty of room for our family of 5 although we spent most of our time outside enjoying the pool and taking walks to the private beach. All of the restaurant recommendations were helpful when we didn't feel like cooking at home. The owner was extremely responsive to questions. All in all a wonderful escape!

Perfect vacation week
Wonderful stay. One of the best weeks we have had in forever. Elisabeth is an amazing host. House was great for two families with little kiddos - we hardly left the pool. Proximity to beaches and town is excellent. We hope to return!!!

Wonderful get away
My family of five had a wonderful week! The house was nicely laid out and plenty of sleeping options. The outdoor space and the pool were such a bonus! The neighborhood is darling and close to any essentials you need. We would definitely return! Elisabeth was fast to reply and very easy to work with, overall just the week we needed.

Charming Cape Cod Getaway
We really enjoyed our stay here! The house was cute, charming and close to both Hyannis, Craigsville Beach and the highway! Very convenient location. The house was well maintained and we loved the grill, open area living room and back porch! The house was for the most part very clean, but it the upstairs seemed a bit outdated compared to the rest of the house. The owners were very responsive to all of our questions. We hope to be back someday!

Walking distance to the beach and all amenities within driving distance. Clean and updated home with a great screened-in porch, beautiful kitchen, plenty of beds, BBQ, outdoor shower, and lawn space for games. Quiet, nice neighborhood. Downtown Hyannis is cute with plenty of food and shopping options.

Loved it!
So cool- we played mookly in the back yard and walked to the special neighborhood beach. I had breakfast out back and dinners in the huge back borch, which happened to be covered and free of bugs! Loved it - very social and hospitable ;))

Close to everything
I stayed here with a bunch of friends and we had a great time. Plenty of beds, super close to Hyannis and Craigville Beach. Loved the screened-in porch, what a nice place to hang out or chow down a few lobsters! There is a beautiful little private beach just a short walk away withan amazing view of the Hyannisport Club. Just far enough from the main road to be quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay, clean, cozy, and charming.

Spacious beach cottage
The home is large with an open floor plan. The ample space can easily accommodate 8-10 people. Bedrooms were very spacious. A favorite part of the home was the large screened-in back porch which was the gathering place for the family. The location was perfect for walking to the neighborhood beach. I would recommend this home for families of all ages. This was a cute beach cottage.

Beach vacation
The best part about the location was the private beach/dock area. We really enjoyed the convenience of leaving our kayaks and exploring the beach area across from the neighborhood. The home is large and can easily accommodate two families with room to spread out. The yard is not well maintained and does not have an area to eat or sit outside. The house was " beach " clean but would not appeal to those looking for spic and span clean. The central air was faulty but the owners were very diligent about having it repaired.
