Steps to the Lake...Ski & Beach Peaceful Retreat...2 Bed + Loft
Le lac Tahoe est l'un des endroits les plus majestueux du monde, alors profitez de votre visite avec toutes les commodités! Nous aimons notre endroit à Lakeland Village avec son cadre paisible et sa proximité de la plage de la station privée ainsi que son emplacement à seulement un mile de la station de ski Heavenly et des casinos de South Lake Tahoe. Jouez au tennis, nagez dans l'une des 2 piscines (1 chauffée toute l'année) ou faites simplement une promenade sur la plage et profitez de la vue. Les équipements comprennent également 2 bains à remous extérieurs, un snack-bar et bien sûr une magnifique plage privée à quelques pas.
Nous dormons 8-10 confortablement - la chambre principale comprend un lit King et la deuxième chambre 2 reines et le loft est livré avec 2 lits doubles - parfait pour tous les enfants! Le maître comprend une salle de bain et une autre salle de bain complète est juste à l'extérieur de la deuxième chambre pour plus de commodité.
Le 2e niveau comprend le salon, la cuisine et la salle à manger. La table à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes, mais il y a beaucoup de place au bar pour 3 personnes supplémentaires pour un mélange facile. Le balcon extérieur permet de se détendre le matin avec un café ou de profiter du soir avec quelque chose d'un peu plus fort. Le niveau 3 comprend le loft avec 2 lits doubles pour les enfants ou parfait pour un couple supplémentaire.
Trois kayaks et une planche à pagaie debout et une planche à pagaie gonflable sont fournis pour votre utilisation sans frais! (2 kayaks simples, 1 kayak double et 1 SUP et 1 SUP gonflable). Les kayaks sont partagés avec une autre unité, mais vous avez la priorité sur l'utilisation. Ils sont stockés sur la plage privée à quelques pas. L'aspect le plus souhaitable de Lakeland Village est son emplacement - ce cadre paisible au bord du lac n'est qu'à quelques pas des pubs et des restaurants et à moins d'un mile de certains des meilleurs pistes de ski du monde!

Loved our stay. Very nice accommodation and responsive host. Felt very welcome and enjoyed everything with my family. Definitly recommend this rental and would come back here as well.

This was a well needed break from reality! The condo was well stocked with living necessities, towels and bedding were soft and comfy, and the extra amenities of kayaks and paddle boards were a nice touch. It is a tad small if you have a large group, but we spent most time outdoors, so it worked for us. Only issues we encountered was one of the paddle boards was missing a part, and a previous guest hadn’t signed out of one of the tv apps so we were unable to log out without knowing the code. Loved that the kitchen had high quality cookware, ample dishes and silverware, and multiple cooking utensils, and laundry soap was provided (or left from previous guests). Location was central to whatever you want to do in South Tahoe, the property was pretty busy, but that’s how summer is up there. Will definitely look at returning!

We spent a week here for a family reunion. Great location! The resort is perfect for a family gathering. It’s important to note that both bathrooms are on the first level with the bedrooms. So you have to go down stairs from the main living area and kitchen to use the bathroom. The main bathroom is extremely small. It fits one person at a time- it may have been converted from a closet. The master bath was a better size. I appreciated that the host responded quickly to all of our many questions before the trip. We had a wonderful stay!

Location was amazing. Loved all the lake toys. Kayak, board ,chairs life vest. Second bathroom very small and loft was so hot. But otherwise place was very nice! Would stay again but with fewer people so we wouldn't have to use the loft

Our stay was wonderful. The home is perfect for large groups and the amenities were awesome. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and using the provided kayaks/SUPs. The host was very responsive when we ran into some small issues with the property and was able to resolve everything quickly!

The condo had everything we needed and met our expectations. Condo was clean. We used the provided kayaks one day. We utilized the beach/pool/firepit areas a couple times. Beautiful sunsets from the beach! Definitely recommend and would stay again.

Cozy but big enough for a group of four to six, this is great, close to the lake, with comfy beds and linens, good lighting and furniture, a well appointed kitchen, lots of extras. Just know that both bathrooms are downstairs from living area and two floors down from beds in loft, and one is tight in size. Decor is cute and fun and welcoming. Hosts communicate well and price is reasonable for all that you get. Do stay here!

Great property, right there in the lake. Close to all restaurants as well! We loved the cabin feel. Great for watching movies, playing games and just being sisters. Very cozy! Definitely would stay again. The host was very responsive as well with my questions!

The location was so convenient for everything we wanted to do, snowbording Heavenly and exploring the lake! We dont have a complaint about the location. Would definitely stay here again in the near future. Thank you again!

My family of 6 had an amazing time. The condo was wonderful and extremely accommodating. Everyone had a bed. Ideal location to Heavenly ski resort and centrally located for everything else. We will absolutely be back.

We loved the location and the house was perfect. Very comfortable with all amenities you’d need. Internet didn’t work due to location but that was no issue for us since we wanted to disconnect and relax! Just plan accordingly if you need access to that. Will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and is only steps from the lake. We visited in early October and we saw TWO bears at separate times during our three-day stay. Stay alert especially with children and pets because the bears are very active at this time of year! I will say the second bathroom is very tiny. This was fine for our stay (my husband and I, my parents, and our infant), but I could see this being a problem with more people. There is no bathtub.

Only downside was no soaps in showers & no grill on the deck. There were two grills out by the beach.
Communication with Lori was excellent. She answered any questions promptly.

Perfect location just yards to the beach and close enough to restaurants and supermarkets. Great facilities on site - gym, pools, shuttle bus, quiet private beach. Kayaks and life jackets provided by the owner for use by guests were brilliant. We had a great time in South Lake Tahoe.

As new California (socal) residents, we’re exploring different parts a few times a year. South Lake Tahoe ended up being an 8 hour drive for us, and that was the only negative! The condo & neighborhood we’re perfect! The condo was exactly as described and I loved the bottle of wine & sweet welcome note from the owners daughter upon our arrival. Parking was simple. So many restaurants and shops within walking distance, and we loved using the provided kayaks. It was my husband, myself, our three teenagers & teenage niece. This was the perfect layout for us. We would def stay here again. The condo was well stocked, plenty of towels and extra sheets & blankets. We enjoyed walking down to the lake to watch the sunrise and set. I wish we would have stayed longer. The big activity we did, was walk to the sun ski boat rental located directly next door at the marina and rented a boat & took the kids tubing & exploring. We saw Emerald Bay, and I’m not sure what else. But it was entirely too much fun, and over too fast. Will make this a yearly visit, and stay longer next year!

Great cozy cabin! Close to the lake/beach and pool area. The owners provide use of kayaks and paddle boards, which was a bonus! Owner is very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

First time in Tahoe with four kids ranging from 7 to 17. Each person had a bed. The location was great for everything we wanted to do. Loved having access to year round heated pool and spa. We also really loved the availability of the paddle board and kayaks. All in all we had a great place to call home.

We came up to enjoy a getaway for our birthdays and take the kids to the snow. The home was clean, comfortable, and I loved the decor! It was perfect for our family of four and we had some other friends/family pop in to hang out. It’s right next to the lake with amazing views and a short drive to the casinos, shopping, and snow parks. We also enjoyed short walks to a local coffee shop and bakery nearby. Would definitely stay again.

This property was amazing and exactly what we were looking for. We stayed here for a few nights while visiting Tahoe, going skiing, snowshoeing etc. Lori was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here for a Tahoe getaway!
