Maison privée de 5-6 chambres, grand salon, salle à manger, salles familiales et coin repas. Grande terrasse, terrasse et coin salon extérieur. Idéalement situé sur le côté proche ouest de Madison (juste à côté de l'avenue universitaire) sur un très grand terrain boisé. La maison est à 10, 9 miles de l'EPIC, un coup droit au centre-ville de Madison via University Avenue et un trajet facile vers l'aéroport en faisant le tour du côté nord du lac Mendota.
Idéal pour les réunions de famille, les mariages, les matchs de football, les petites conférences et pour les voyageurs d'affaires.

My extended family and I had a beautiful stay for a family reunion. the house is spacious and has everything you need to enjoy a trip to Madison. Would highly recommend to anyone and especially large groups with kids!

This is a great house for gatherings of friends and family. It is conveniently located near all of Madison's cultural and recreational offerings, while tucked away on a hidden cove that provides for a peaceful environmental retreat. The home is well stocked with anything you need. Our party had seven adults, two children, and a dog. The decks and kitchen table provided ample room for conversation. I was also very taken with the cleanliness of the home. Impeccable.

This house is tucked back on a wooded lot, with a circle drive, making it easy to get in and out of! Lots of little wildlife to watch from all the downstairs windows.
A great place to stay for Ironman Wisconsin, as it was a straight shot drive to parking and the race course! Also close to grocery stores and restaurants.
We’ve stayed in A LOT of VRBOs and this one was one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in! Plenty of towels, and incidentals in case you forget something!

We stayed at the house along with family members. The home was immaculate. Richard was always available by text or email. The bedrooms were beautiful. The kitchen had modern facilities. There were two beautifully decorated dining rooms. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The back porch was supplied with chairs and tables. Our overall experience was terrific. This property was incredible.

We had a girls weekend here with 12 girls, and we all absolutely loved it! Such a beautiful house with tons of original charm, and a beautiful property too! The personal touches and effort they put forward for the guests is amazing. From the cute antiques, fully stocked kitchen, towels in every room, firewood and fire starter, and even spare toiletries in every bathroom, this home was truly a gem to stay at!
We will absolutely be coming back for another fun weekend!

We stayed here over the Christmas holidays. The weather was brutally cold with snow. The house was warm and has a nice wood burning stove to stave off the chills. Although we couldn't use them, there are several fire pits for outdoor fun in the evening. The owner, Richard was very responsive to our messages and a great host.

Our 8 member bridge club stayed here for a 3 night getaway and it was perfect—beds for everyone and lots of space to spread out. We ate breakfast in every morning and there was a large kitchen table that accommodated us all. We found the location so convenient to restaurants and for a trip to the UW campus and patio and also an afternoon boat ride on Lake Mendota. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Madison. Owner was wonderful too!
