Confortable et propre! Paisible, privé et très confortable. Cette maison de plage privée et ensoleillée offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin pendant que vous et votre famille et vos amis vous détendez et profitez de tous les sites de St Augustine. Grande maison de vacances au coeur de St Augustine Beach avec 2 chambres, avec lits queen size et TV à écran plat. 2 salles de bain complètes. L'unité est joliment décorée, avec tout le confort de la maison. Belle cuisine lumineuse entièrement meublée avec grand réfrigérateur, cuisinière, lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes. La chambre principale a une salle de bain privée et un lit queen size, également un lit jumeau caché (pour la cinquième personne). La deuxième chambre a un lit queen. This was a cute place within close proximity to the beach.

We enjoyed the grill and being so close to the beach. We also enjoyed being able to walk to get ice cream and the property was in a great location. The house was neat and clean.

Had to find a place to stay for a few days while we are dealing with house issues. I found this place and it looked great for what I needed. The owners were very accommodating as I had nowhere to go, they let us check in early. The house is perfect it’s got three bedrooms two baths an outside shower and a nice fenced in backyard. Beds were very comfortable.
Plenty of room to sit in the living room and a short stroll to the beach. There’s lots of places to go around there as well if you want to get something to eat or drink and also there’s a biking/walkin go trail down the street that is also very nice.

Great house, the location is perfect for beach access and visiting all of the areas around St Augustine. Very comfortable king bed and living area! The fenced yard was perfect for our dogs too. We would definitely recommend and love to stay again!

Second time staying here, some nice updates since our first time here. Melissa is very responsive. House is very clean. So close to restaurants, beach and downtown. Backyard is great for dogs. Nice quiet neighborhood

This is our second stay at this home and it was just as perfect as the first time. One of the best locations beachside (footsteps to the Atlantic) and walking distance to some of our favorite locations for meals, quick bites, and coffee. In minutes you can be at some of the best spots in the area via foot, vehicle, skateboard, etc. The house is as spotless and we LOVE the comfy furniture in the living room that we have easily accommodates a party of five. The gated yard is wonderful for the dog. The hosts are wonderful. Another great stay- we absolutely hope to be back soon.

Everything was great! I just wish the weather would have held out a little longer. It was an easy walk to the beach, and the house was very well stocked. Also, the neighborhood seemed to be very safe, and near several "must try" places. The owners were also very responsive the 1 time I reached out to them. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone staying in the area.

Wonderful property. Well stocked with everything you need for a fun and comfortable stay. They thought of everything. Nice beach chairs, floats, boogie boards. We didn't have to go running to the store upon arrival for basics. They were provided. We would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal. Close to everything but on a quiet street. The house was great with comfortable bed and other furnishings and a nice fenced yard for our fur-baby. We will definitely be back.

This beach house is wonderful. It was very clean and welcoming. It is one block from beach access and near great restaurants and walking distance to two ice cream shops (important for the 11 year old and the adults :) The owner was super responsive and accommodating. If you are looking for a place to stay in St Augustine, I would highly recommend this property!

Location to beach, restaurants and downtown is perfect. We walked to watch the sunrise every morning. Having a fenced in yard for the dogs is a big plus.

This house near the beach was perfect in every way! It was a very short walk to a wonderful beach with great sand and lots of shells. The house provided chairs and towels too. I t was close to stores and attractions like the alligator farm and lighthouse. Only about 10 minutes to old town St Augustine. Fishing is right next door or at the pier a few blocks away. The house was clean and modern and quiet and comfortable. It is well stocked for cooking and cleaning. It is just a great place to stay and when we come back we would stay at this house again.

Perfect house in ideal location
The location of this property can’t be beat. It’s on a quiet street just a short block from the beach and within walking distance to multiple restaurants. The house is true to the pictures with a super comfortable king bed. The grassy fenced in yard was perfect for our pup and Melissa was quick to respond and always helpful.

Coming in for a family wedding
We we’re family gathering to attend a wedding in St Augustine and this was the perfect location to bring our family together for the weekend. The beach is easily accessible and the house has everything you need to have a great time there. Having three bedrooms with beds for adults (without bunkbeds) meant that we could all sleep
comfortably. The house is spacious, has comfortable seating, a functional kitchen (with Keurig) and tvs in all rooms for those
needing space. It is within walking distance of restaurants and Mayday ice cream. We will stay here again!

Retirement celebration
We rented the house to celebrate my fathers in laws retirement. We had 6 adults and 1 infant fit comfortably in the house. Short walk to the beach. Beach equipment was quality and great to use! Outdoor shower was used many times throughout the day by everyone. Neighborhood was very nice for walking the dogs and going for bike rides. Location is fantastic, just a walk away from the coffee shop, ice cream, and restaurants. The owners were very sweet and accommodating! They even had a pack n play at the house for our baby to use. We enjoyed the backyard and we ate all our dinners outside. The beds were comfortable and the linens were luxury. Everything in the house worked great and didn’t find anything broken (can’t say that about many rentals). We would love to stay at this house again next time we visit St Augustine. Staying at this house added many great memories! Thank you David and Melissa!

My family loved staying at the rental home it was clean and had all the kitchen, bath items you need. Plus use of washer and dryer. The place was a short distance to beach. We were allowed to bring our dog. We each had own bedroom . Our family had a great time renting this beautiful home.

Amazing Christmas Trip
We came from Panama City Beach with the entire family and the accommodations were amazing! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, even for making Christmas dinner and the location cannot be beat. We were within walking distance to many local restaurants and even the beach. We had a few questions and Melissa was super quick to answer them, even during the week of Christmas. There was plenty of space for all of us and the fenced in backyard was perfect for our dogs. Thank you so much!

Great little cottage
This small house packs in a lot of perks, not the least of which is 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths so we could spread out. House is very well appointed and there were ample supplies of everything from beach chairs to shampoo. Kitchen nicely equipped. Loved the fenced back yard for our pups. Fantastic location just across the street from the beach. Neighborhood nice and quiet. We loved it and will happily return. Thank you!

Awesome Beach House
My family and I had an awesome stay. The owner/hosts are so responsive and easy to work with. The property is clean as can be and has one of the best locations along the beach. The living room has plenty of furniture for family to spread out. The beds were clean and comfortable. The fenced in yard is a great bonus for the dogs. There’s plenty of space for the fur children to run around. In less than 5 minutes you can take a very easy and pleasant walk to the beach. The pier is also very close along with local coffee shops. Cafe Eleven is right on the corner so you can grab great food in minutes. Highly recommend checking this property out. We will surely be back again soon.

They had everything you could ever ask for in a beach rental. Beds were so nice, like sleeping in oir own bed. Walking distance to food and be the beach. Once you get there you never have to drive again until it is time to leave.

It was extremely well stocked with everything from cork screws to huge coffee mugs. The home is very clean and tidy and the back yard was great for my pups! I was afraid it would be too small but it ended up being perfect for the 4 to 5 guests that were in and out daily! The beds were super comfy too. Our wedding guests were staying at Beach Blvd area hotels which made this home the PERFECT hub spot in between them all. It is so easy to walk to lunch, breakfast and dinner from this house, too! Melissa was a perfect host and made us feel right at home and answered my questions promptly which really helped during the very high stress situation of finding a new venue and new chauffeurs at the very last minute to pull off my baby girls wedding! I am forever grateful Would stay again in a heart beat!

Our wedding guests were staying at Beach Blvd area hotels which made this home the PERFECT hub spot in between them all. It is so easy to walk to lunch, breakfast and dinner from this house, too! Melissa was a perfect host and made us feel right at home and answered my questions promptly which really helped during the very high stress situation of finding a new venue and new chauffeurs at the very last minute to pull off my baby girls wedding!
