room has an odd odor

Easy communication. Easy check in. Everything there was as described in listing. Location is great. I would stay again.

Condo didn’t appear very clean and there were a couple thing wrong with condo which we informed the host right away. Towels were wet when we arrived not sure if they were clean. Shower handle fell off shower. Hard time making sure the condo locked. Door handle appeared loose.

Great condo! We loved that there was so much space to spread out. The communication with the host was amazing. He sent detailed info that was easy to follow and accurate. Great gated community that was very close to Disney.

The good parts of the stay: easy communication with the host, amazing pool area- my almost 3 year old LOVED the splash pad! The lunch at poolside was reasonably priced and good. There was a DJ at the pool which was a lot of fun. The location was ok- not too far from the parks. The apartment was spacious. Priced well for the amount of people you can sleep there. No resort fee and free parking. The not so great parts of the stay- The check-in process at the front gate was insane- it took us about 30 mins to go through the line in a ride share, but the next day the line was easily double and I imagine would have taken an hour to get in the property. The apartment itself was very worn- you can tell it sees a lot of traffic (chipped paint, peeling flooring, etc.) The cleaning could also have been a bit better- there were stray hairs around the bathroom from the previous tenets and dried up fruit loops in the bedroom. All in all- if you want to sleep a lot of people, hang out at a nice pool, and not spend much time in the actual apartment, I’d recommend it for the price. If you are planning on coming and going a lot or spending significant time inside of a vacation rental, I’d probably look elsewhere.

We had a family of six. The property was everything we had hoped for. The pool and waterpark area was wonderful. We didn't spend a lot of time in the condo but it had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

The location of the condo to the club house was amazing! It was a quick walk that we didn’t mind taking. The condo was specious for the six of us. My parents stayed in the king room with the private bath, which my husband and I took the king room closest to the kids room. My kids loves the kids room and the two of them claimed a bunk each calling it their fort. We really enjoyed having the full kitchen. Lyft and Walmart delivery were super easy to use! Definitely would stay again! The drive to Universal Resorts was about 30 minutes, which wasn’t bad. Disney was closer. Overall, really liked our stay.

Upon arrival we walked in the condo had a weird odor. The floors were really slippery like the wrong cleaner was used. The wall in the living room was COVERED in dust. Mixed matched paint across the whole condo. Towels stunk so bad (they really need to be replaced). In children's room missing half of the outlet which is very dangerous for the children's room. Water pressure out of the ALL sinks was horrible. Kids bathroom shower- there was no water pressure and started making a very loud noise. The bunkbeds were held together with duct tape and the top bunk spindles are being bent in like there's too much weight up top, afraid anyone would fall through. We had to move the couch to retrieve a toy. We found socks, shirts, candy and dirt like it hasn't been cleaned ever. This booking needs a complete update. I could go on, but I think this sums it up.

Our stay was fantastic. The property owner was very responsive to questions and had everything set for us to arrive. The rental was clean and very homey. We had a great week! We were close to theme parks and enjoyed the amenities that the rental offered. I highly recommend staying at this property.

Great location and complex. Lots to do.

I live in Vegas, so it’s not easy to bet the entertainment capital of the US. Just walking into this home made you want to relax and forget about the parks that are so close. We bought annual passes to Universal Studios but only spent one day there. Cause there seamed to be more stress free things to do here. Spent hours by the pool with the kids, enjoyed the thunderstorms and light show from the balcony. Even the kids wanted to lay around the house and the pool all day. Love this place so much I might have to buy a property like this. Thanks Fang you have a beautiful house.

This was an amazing place to stay. It had everything we needed and was just a short trip to Disney. It even had entertainment for the kids in our rest days (we used the pool and splash pad that never seemed too crowded).

We had picked Windsor because of the accommodations for our large family. Communication was amazing. For the amount of time we spent In the room it suited all of our needs. The kitchen was full with every option needed for cooking (we made very meal breakfast lunch and dinner for 8 days) the only thing I would have liked to seem was a large casserole dish but we made the one work. The master bathroom was perfect however the other shower water pressure seemed to be non existent or broken. So everyone just showered in the master. The only real complain I had was the club house manager, was cussing at my children one evening and other kids in a group of families we knew who all chose to stay at Windsor together. There was an issue with ANOTHER group and the club house manager took out on us and more notably our kids. This was reported. I will stay again, but hopefully that woman has found a job more suitable for her.

Our stay was great. There was a few issues with cleanliness, but I decided to take care of that on my own. When I mesaged Fang, he was very responsive and offered to bring in new bedding. Which arrived while we were not there, so that was a bit concerning. The size and location of the condo was perfect! Beds were comfy enough (the bunk room was a bit squeaky, and not super comfy, but a great size), overall our stay was rather comfortable. There was a brand new coffee maker and toaster and the condo had all the necessary things for day-to-day life, including enough towles for all 8 of us! The washer and dryer worked well and we only used the stand up shower, but didnt have an issue with water pressure in there. The pool area was top notch! Everyone had a great time. Would definitely stay at this resort again!

Property could have been a little cleaner. Lights in dining area didn’t work. 15 min drive to Disney. Overall enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was amazing and the kids loved the main area. The confo itself was much more spacious than a hotel would be and half the cost. The only thing thar i would say it that the condo needs to be fixed and maintained a little better. Things like, chipping paint on the walls, images peeling off the walls, holes in the screen outside, makeshift bed frame, broken blinds, and floss be used as a fan pull were things that we were not impressed with. Would stay on the property again but would probably stay in a different unit.

Communication with owner was excellent. Location of property was perfect. 15 min from all the parks and Disney Springs. Set up was nice and clean. Just a heads up, Very low water pressure in both showers, and the shower with the minion shower curtain had a very loud noise while in use, Other than that, everything was as expected! Would definitely book again!

Easy access to all Disney properties! Loved having washer and dryer.

Clean, full stocked with everything you could need. Close to Disney which was why we went. Would definitely stay there again

Room for all 8 of us.

The place was clean, nice and easy to get to. The only down side was the bunk beds is not comfortable for adults. The kids didn’t mind them.. the washer sounded like it was going to take off no matter what was in it and the dryer took longer then you would expect. But other then that it was was great place I would differently stay here again

Some amenities were better than others, but overall a good property. Smaller than I thought, but that is not necessarily a bad thing. Good condo with minor cleanliness/ maintenance issues. Would recommend.

Here is the breakdown of my review of my stay. Let's start with all the positives. 1. Check-in: To my relief, this was a breeze. Fang sent me the necessary information several days before our stay, including the unit address. When we arrived at the gate of Windsor Hills, we provided the needed printed documents, address, etc, and were given our pass to enter. We found the condo unit easily and got parked right away. This was smooth and flawless. We were able to get our pool wrist bands the next day early in the morning and had access to the amenities at Windsor Hill the rest of our trip. 2. Communication: I was able to message back and forth with Fang prior to our trip to get the information we needed to arrive to our condo. I was given the property manager phone number and email if we had any problems during our stay. We did not need to reach out to anyone while we were at the property. 3. Location and Neighborhood: Wow! Windsor Hills in an AWESOME community. We were very impressed with pool, waterpark area, and slides. We spent 3 full days there and loved it. We arrived early each morning and settled into our lounge chairs. There is a grill at the property to grab a quick lunch. We used the workout area twice. Although there are no free weights, there are a few weight machines and several cardio machines. The kids played in the game room a few times. Windsor Hills has tons of amenities and I would recommend this community to anyone traveling to Orlando. 4. Cleanliness of Property: We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the unit. We found there were a lot of deficiencies in the unit as well. We had 7 individuals staying at the property, but were only provide 5 bath towels. The towels and washcloths were very worn and stained. We had to share towels at shower/bath time, which is gross. There were 2 beach towels, but a few more would've been nice for taking to the pool. The dryer did not work well. Each small load of laundry required 120 minutes to dry. The bunk beds were very squeaky with the slightest movement. The middle bedroom doesn't have a lot of storage other than the nightstand, and I found what appeared to be a large dried booger on the mattress cover. There was no toaster. The master BR had a dried food/liquid splash covering the wall that was never cleaned. The pillows were flat- I had to stack 3 to get to sleep. It would be beneficial to restock and freshen everything with new paint/decor/furniture and deeper cleaning.

The stay was great apartment was clean it just had a smell when you walked in of mildew but everything else was fine.

Enjoyed staying. Unit was close to pool area.

We absolutely loved our stay. The entire property was totally up to par. My kids really enjoyed being there and all the amenities!

We came down for the weekend and what a fun time! Lots of beds for the kids, great pool and watermark, playgrounds, movie theater, and more! It is close to Disney Springs too--which the kids enjoyed. Definitely recommend!

Amazing place I would stay again It was a beautiful place it was exactly what I thought and what it said it would be the only thing it would’ve been nice to know was that we had to go to the welcome center to get the wristbands to get into the pool none of that was ever mentioned but got it taken care of and that was the only issue thanks again loved it five stars all the way

This condo was clean, had comfortable beds, and a pretty nice pool/water area for both adults and kids to enjoy. Its very close to Disney and took around 20 minutes or less depending on traffic to get to Universal. It also has plenty of restaraunts near by and had a walmart thats very close.

The condo was safe and secure! Convenient proximity to parks and attractions around Orlando! A Walmart Supercenter is 2 minutes away for just about all basic needs!

Overall good. No tiki bar on premises bad for grown ups
