Overall property is great. Right on the beach and close to shopping and restaurants. Everything was very clean except doors and cabinets had quite a bit of stain on from use. Plenty of room for a big group to eat and sit comfortably. A little dated but a great place to stay. Plenty of parking also. It was very quiet during our stay….no rowdy people or parties. Would definitely stay there again.

Air conditioner went out twice. Grill was so nasty we could not use it. Since we were staying two weeks we had planned to grill a lot. Cooktop and oven need replacing. You had to run the dryer three cycles for clothes to get dry. Lots and lots of sand in carport and driveway. We tracked it in all week. Just need some TLC. In hindsight I would not have paid this much money for this house

The house was beautiful and as expected. The inside was spotless. I rated the cleanliness a 4 as the outside of the home needs attention. When we arrived the pool area had two broken chairs and a black garbage back with trash in it laying on the pool deck. The back deck that leads to the beach had cigarette butts everywhere and broken glass on one set of stairs, beer cans in the area between house and beach. We called the rental company and they sent someone to pick up the butts and glass. she said they couldn't help what blew up from the beach (talking about beer cans) but didn't pick them up. As for broken chairs at the pool she advised the owner had been notified they needed replacing. I moved them to the corner of the pool so no one would hurt themselves trying to sit in. I also threw away the black garbage bag of trash myself. Overall the house and setting were beautiful and what we needed to accommodate our family.

Everything was great except the pool. The pool had not been cleaned at all. When the pool man came to service the pool there was an extreme exaggeration on his part as to how many vehicles were parked there but he never came to the door to speak with us about moving. You are allowed 8 vehicles (we had 7). Eight vehicles will not fit, go with 6. The house itself is older, but great for young adults and families with small children. Great access to the beach! I also recommend a beach service for chairs and umbrellas (we used Ed’s).

This house is perfect for a large group. Spectacular views! House had it all. Sunrise and sunset fabulous views. Close to everything!

House had lots of room/bathrooms and the beach was right out the back door. And everything we wanted to do was easily gotten too! The rental process was super easy! Will be booking with Vrbo again!

The location of this property is perfect. The beach is beautiful. We spent most of our time on the deck and beach. Overall the house and furniture need some attention. It is getting dated and worn out. It would have been great if the house included beach chairs for renters to use. The tubs and floors needed some deep cleaning. All that said, we would rent this property again.

The house was a great size! Rooms were big, appliances appeared upgraded from original pictures and view was amazing! The property management company was also very easy to work with and had a great response time. I would stay in this house again or one managed by this management company.

The OK... bathrooms were dated and several faucets leaked. The commodes would sometimes get jammed and have the fix it (not a problem for adults but kids would just leave them that way and I know it would cause septic issues< get to that in the bad...) there were not 8 parking spots. 6 full size SUVs or trucks yes but unless you drive 8 Smart Cars there you can not fit 8...

Property is good but the house keeping personal did a poor job of cleaning it toilet had urine all over it. It was not properly clean the kids didn't get a chance to use pool because it was filthy.

We stayed here over spring break and it was great! The house is in good shape and right near anything you need. The beach seemed private as we were never even close to crowded. Many restaurants right nearby and a couple within walking distance. We will stay here again for sure!

Great Experience!

The reason you rent this home is location. You can't get a better spot to access the beach or enjoy the view from the balcony. It is in the middle of a stretch of private homes which really reduced the number of people on the beach. The pool was nice: 10 x 16 with steps at one end and ladder exit at the other. It is only accessible from the front door. It can't be seen from anywhere else. There were 13 of us, including 5 kids, 4 seperate families. The living space and bedroom area was good, but I don't believe the house is 4500 square. Maybe that includes decks and driveways. The kitchen appliances were good and fridge lots of room. There was a crock pot, hand mixer and blender. We took an electric skillet. We did not have any problems with washer/dryer. There was a DVD player in living area and But overall the house just seemed neglected. Doors didn't latch, lots of rust outside, railings poorly reinforced, missing rungs. Depending on price and availability we would stay again with eyes wide open.

The view is exceptional - we absolutely loved the location! The size was fantastic, and just as described. The pool was small but perfect for the size of our kids. It was not dirty, but could use a cleaning when we arrived on Saturday, however, the pool guys showed up promptly on Monday morning, and it was sparkling clean for the rest of the week, so we appreciated that! The house does need some maintenance before they lose it to the elements. There were 17 houses in a row that I counted from the water, and this one was definitely the most run-down. It needs a fresh coat of paint - there is lots of rust from metal, etc. Stairs inside & out are steep, so would not recommend for people who have problems with climbing stairs. Downstairs, there is one king bedroom, the double beds room, and the bunkroom. Two more kings upstairs. The "master" bathroom has no door! Only a curtain, so that is very weird and zero privacy. You have to lock the bedroom door to get full privacy. There were a couple of dining room chairs broken when we arrived, but we made do by using some of the patio chairs. The patio furniture is completely different than those in the photos. There is only one table and two lounge chairs (different than pictured) and no umbrellas for shade. It's a great place to sit as long as there is shade available. Some deck railing broken-& gas grill on the deck. The kitchen is not very well appointed. We struggled to find enough items to cook with. Needs more cooking dishes/pots/bakeware. We located ONE measuring cup and it was plastic & cracked so if you were measuring liquid, it would leak. The decor is outdated, but for a beach house, that may not be important to renters. There is some sheetrock peeling away at the ceiling below where I think the jacuzzi bathtub is, so it makes me nervous that there is a weakness there. The washer and dryer are nice, but the dryer will not completely dry a load of towels in one load-takes 2-3. The house obviously needs work. I hope the owners take that into account and remodel it before they lose it because it's got such potential and it is in such a fantastic location! For the amount of money we paid for a week, I would have expected it to be a little more well-maintained. We would DEFINITELY rent again if it undergoes a renovation because we absolutely loved the house/location. If not, sadly, we'll look at a different house along that row. The manager was great to work with beforehand & check-in/out was easy!

Our kids and grandkids just had a blast. The house was perfect for our family and the beach was right out the door for all of us to enjoy.

The accommodations were excellent and the customer service was great as well. Loved the beach view! My family will return next year.

The location was amazing and the beach access is unbeatable. House has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms which is ideal for a group trip. Everything was clean and in working order and host was super responsive and reachable.

The location was perfect. I was extremely happy and will rent this property again. There were a few broken items in the house i.e. sinks and cabinets but it did not bother us just want to make sure owner k ow it wasn't us who broke them. We had an amazing time.

The house was decent. Definitely had some Problems. The sink wouldn’t stay filled up because the drainer was messed up, the pool was filthy when we arrived & it took until Monday for someone to come clean it right before we left for mandatory evacuation. The stairs leading down to the beach are definitely in desperate need of repair! They’re awful. Also, the owner should invest in some darker curtains for their guest. No one wants up at 5:30 every morning on vacation and you can’t sleep once the sun comes up. Also, when we left the house was cleaner than when we arrived. I don’t think the cleaning service even cleaned the closets to be honest & we had to pay a very steap cleaning fee!!!

The house was well laid out and right on the beach. But upon arrival noticed the pool first and it was not clean nor usable. Called right away and again on occasions (and was told someone would be out) but never saw anyone and we could not use it the whole week as it was too dirty! Hated paying for a pool we could not use. Also the oven was not working until someone came out on Wednesday to fix it. That was 4 days that we could not cook the food we had purchased and had to add go out for additional dinners. When they came to fix it they told us they were sorry the parts took so long to get there. They had come out the previous Friday so everyone knew it didn't work but no one bothered to share that information with us. After cooking a birthday cake for 8 hours and it was still runny needless to say it was obvious. It would have been nice if someone had informed us before we went shopping. The master bed was not comfortable but the bed in the other room upstairs was comfortable. Did like the bunk bed room for the kids. Just wish we could have used pool and stove or for someone to offer some kind of compensation for us paying for these and not being able to use them.

The house was very roomy. We had 4 generations staying for a week, and all enjoyed it. The house was right on the beach, which was wonderful. We didn't have far to take our chairs and beach toys. Even though the overall experience was good, there were some draw backs. Two lots down was vacant and even with a no trespass sign, people used it as a public access to the beach. We ended up with the beach being very crowded. The house could use a good cleaning. We didn't dare to go barefoot because the tile was so dirty. The kitchen cabinets needed cleaning out and washing off. It looked like some dishes were put up dirty. Several bathroom sinks had cracks in them. Overall, the house was beginning to be run down and could use a major up dating.
