Cette propriété isolée est une maison individuelle de 3 300 pieds carrés située sur un demi-acre en bordure de la forêt nationale. Une vue imprenable sur les pistes de ski et les terres forestières nationales par la porte arrière. Maison indépendante - pas de voisins bruyants! Récemment rénové avec tout nouveau bain à remous, tapis, nouvelle cuisinière à gaz, réfrigérateur et mobilier de salon. Deux chambres de maître. Parfait pour les réunions de famille.

Quatre grandes chambres, chacune avec salle de bain en suite. Deux foyers (un au gaz, un au bois avec bois fourni).
Les couchages sont les suivants: L'étage principal comprend la chambre principale avec un lit queen-size et une salle de bains. A l'étage, il y a deux grandes chambres; une avec un lit queen et un lit simple et une autre avec deux ensembles de lits superposés. This was 100% the best place to stay. From the beginning, Rita and chris were extremely easy to get in touch with. They answered all of my questions promptly. Check in was a breeze. Location was in a beautiful neighborhood and the hot tub had a view of peak six at Breckenridge. This was a hit with everyone. It was difficult to find somewhere that had both hot tub amenities as well as other entertainment for guests, and this place had it all! They had a pool table that converted to a ping-pong table, and a closet full of board games. Plenty of room and two living spaces, both with fireplaces. Location was perfect. So close to slopes even multiple trips to drop off and pick up skiers was no problem. Would definitely stay here again.

The entire visit was a pleasure. The house was everything the description said. Hosts were more than accommodating, going out of their way to help with children's equipment. Hot tub was wonderful, as was the basement game room. The house was the most well equipped rentals I have ever had, fully equipped kitchens with a lot of extras you hate to go out and purchase, like spices, sugar, flour. Basic necessities.

We had a wonderful stay at this property- 2 families including adults and children. Location was fabulous for skiing, hot tub was great, and the kids enjoyed having their own space upstairs.

Our large family had a wonderful time in Breckenridge and this home was perfect! It is set in a quiet neighborhood in the mountain, with unbelievable views and easy access to Breck. The Mohlers were incredible hosts, easy to reach and quick to help/answer questions. We would love to stay here again!

Perfect for our extended family of ten! All enjoyed the ping pong and hot tub. Very clean and well stocked. All of our needs were met. We all agreed we would return to this rental.

From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The house itself was incredibly spacious and well appointed. There was ample space which is great for larger groups. The surrounding views were truly amazing. Super quick drive to the mountain and many others were just a short drive away. The owners really go above and beyond to ensure every need was met, from providing helpful recommendations to stocking the house with all the amenities we could have wanted. We felt truly welcomed and taken care of and it made all the difference. Can’t recommend it enough!

We stayed here as a group of 10 with plenty of space. Everything was as described in the original listing, if not better! This house is conveniently located about 10 minutes from the gondola parking lot at Breckenridge, and all other happenings on main st in town. Newer heating and hot water mechanicals meant it was very comfortable and even with 10 people, we ran out of hot water. The wood burning fireplace in the first floor living room has been replaced with a gas insert and make it even more convenient to not have to keep up with a wood burner. It was very nice to be on the edge of the residential area overlooking the mountain as there were no neighbors behind leaving great views of peak 6. Very quiet street with only a couple houses on it. Chris and Rita were very responsive with any questions or issues and I would happily rent from them again should we come back to this wonderful town.

This beautiful home is the perfect place for a family vacation in the mountains. It was extremely clean and very comfortable and close to so many winter activities. It had everything we needed, and the hot tub was so enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this home.

Our second visit--such a great home.
After visiting Chris and Rita's home for Thanksgiving in 2020, we immediately booked again for Thanksgiving 2021 and just as much fun the second year. The home has so much space and endless amenities. We love the location on the edge of the Arapahoe Natl Forest because it feels like a real cabin getaway, but with the convenience of being near to downtown. Will visit again and again. Love making memories here. Thank you, Mohlers!

house was very roomy,all kitchen and baths were very well stocked.hot tub was brand new and clean.Saw at least 5 moose on the property,bed were comfy andmy grandson of 4 had many toys there to keep him busy.My daughter in law also took advantage of the perfect office all week.

Beautiful view, neighborhood moose
We loved our stay in this beautiful home with amazing views and a moose and a fox that ambled through the backyard a few of times. Private, quiet, comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the porch and in the hot tub.

The hot tub was a hit for every day use after the slopes, and the game room downstairs was great for some pool table fun.

Amazing house!
We have stayed in many rental homes over the years and this one is by far one of the best - in terms of space, cleanliness, ammenities and how well supplied the house is. It felt more like staying in a hotel than a rental home in that everything we needed was provided. Many items I'm used to packing that normally aren't included such as soap were which was a nice touch. The wood burning fireplace and hot tub were a bonus but the house by itself without these was wonderful, great size, great rooms. As well the owners were very responsive and informative about the town which helped a lot. The New Year's eve decorations and snacks were a nice touch. We will definitely be back if we find ourselves going to Breckenridge again!

Perfect mountain home
We had a fantastic stay at this home. It was spacious, super clean, and had tons of space and amenities. We loved the downstairs game room, the hot tub, and the back yard adjacent to the forest—perfect for sledding and spotting wildlife . Will definitely stay again!

Unbelievable mountain palace
This huge mountain cabin is stocked with everything you could possibly need. Even an office if you need to sneak-in a bit of work. The rooms are large and comfortable and you can not beat the view from the gorgeous porch that is steps away from the forest. We just had one of the best family vacations ever here.

The house was perfect for our two families - loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. So many fun things to do in the house - pool table, ping pong, darts, movies, games! Loved the location - surrounded by woods and beautiful trails!
