We absolutely enjoyed our stay. A beautiful home, water view, manatees feeding in the inlet, and we were minutes away from fishing, pool, beach area etc. We will be back!

This was such a hidden treasure! Watching the manatees off the deck was my favorite, but the private beach, pool/hot tub (also where you watch the dolphins!), appetizers from Hooks (in the complex at the pool), and watching the sunset while eating at Sunset Grill (in the complex at the beach) were close seconds. The kids also enjoyed the game room and basketball court. Everything I mentioned is in the complex and an easy walk if you don't want to drive. The location is also about an hour from other great places to check out. For those of you with kids, it's good to know that there is a first-floor bedroom next to a common bathroom, thenthe next floor has another bedroom (with its own bathroom), and the master (also its own bathroom). Each room has its own deck (the master looks over the Manatee's grove) and spacious closet and drawer space. If you're looking for a peaceful location--look no further. You are surrounded by peace here! Side note: The owners checked in on Day 1 to ensure everything was all set. This was very much appreciated (just in case), and I was happy to say that everything met our expectations (exceeded, really!).

The unit is very nice. We sat on the balcony to watch the manatees in the lagoon. I made a mistake with our reservation, and Julie, the host, noticed it before me. She contacted me and resolved the issue with efficiency, grace and respect. We then continued to enjoy our stay as I had originally intended. Seamless. Thanks, Julie. We would recommend and stay again ourselves.

The townhome was beautiful and located a short walk away from a beach and marina. We saw manatees every day from the balcony!

Property exactly as described. The host was very easy to contact. When I wasn’t sure about something I messaged her and she got right back to me. Everything you need was there. It was amazing to sit on the porch and see the wildlife.

Wonderful place and location. This unit was one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed. We will definitely put this place on our list to visit again. Plenty of room. Plenty of linens/cooking items. We watched manatees playing outside on the patio every day.

We had a great time and the property exceeded our expectations! Was clean and very well stocked. The host, Julie, checked in with me the first day to make sure we had everything that we needed. We liked the central location between Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Sarasota. Enjoyed seeing the manatees from our windows and the private pool. We ended up dining every night at The Sunset Bar and Grill, which is within the complex. They have live entertainment every night, amazing calamari, and the best key lime pie I ever had! Also great outdoor seating and sunsets! We will definitely book again!

Family of 5, plenty of room, beautifully decorated, kitchen has everything you'd need, she thought of everything through and through. House took a long while to cool down, but in all fairness it was 100 degrees out! Two broken things in master but we worked around them easily. The complex needs to do a better job of signage, but that is zero reflection on the homeowner. Would definitely stay again!! Thank you!

This home was perfect for families. The owner provided bath and beach towels, pack n plays, and an extra blow up mattress. Every room was clean. The home instructions were thorough, and the property manager responded very promptly. There was one broken item, but nothing that inhibited our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking tools a big family might need including a slow cooker. Very nice place.

Very nice, parking can be an issue unless you drive a compact car. Other than that it was great.

The owner was very responsive to our issues before and during our stay. The house was wonderful, having a terrace for each bedroom and living room was perfect for privacy and to relax. Stayed in this location for the Southshore Bay Lagoon which is a must visit! Saw manatees in the morning off of the terrace which was so nice. The amentities associated with the house were a 15 minute walk and in the Florida heat was not great. The beach was very small and not worth paying to park. The Sunset grill was nice for the sunset but pricey. The fishing pier was choppy and windy and not condusive to fishing but the pool and gym located at the Inn at Little Harbor was very nice. Overall it was exactly what we needed to relax.

We absolutely loved the area and have already planned another trip out. The place was very clean and had everying we needed. The only bad thing is the bugs at night. Be sure to wear bug spray.

We had a wonderful stay. The kitchen is small but well stocked. We had 5 stay plus a local visitor who used the pullout one night. Each room having its own lanai was perfect for having a variety of sleeping schedules. We had everything we needed for a great week. Julie made suggestions for local sites, restaurants, and stores. The beach at the condo is small but has a beautiful view of sunsets over St. Petersburg. We spent a whole day there and enjoyed the proximity to our kitchen. We took our paddleboard and had a great time paddling around the calm bay. One day we went to Anna Marie Island, which was gorgeous water and sand. Only an hour drive so a wonderful day trip. We also went to St. Pete’s for the Dali Museum and delicious tapas. Since our daughter lives in Tampa, we hope to be back!! We didn’t want to crank the a/c down too low and freeze out the downstairs, so The upstairs rooms stay warm at night and it is too warm outside at night to open the doors for air so if you sleep hot, we’d suggest bringing a fan. That was the only not perfect aspect!

This condo was so nice and peaceful. Check-in was a breeze ! Our family had such an enjoyable stay. Manatees in the canal every morning. Communication with the owner was very quick and accomodating. We LOVE this rental! Cant wait to go back! Thanks for sharing your home. The Caverly's

We enjoyed our visit tremendously. The location was good and was easy to get to our activities. The condo was well kept and maintained. We updated definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful few days at this lovely condo. All 3 rooms have their own balcony and there is a balcony off the living room as well. Very nicely appointed rooms with plenty of amenities. Would stay here again. We loved it.

We enjoyed our stay at this home and were very impressed with how convenient it was to get to the beach and all the amenities in the neighborhood. The people we ran into were all so friendly and it was a great experience for our whole family!

We really enjoyed our stay. There were a few items that would make us give our stay a five. The towels and dryer had an unpleasant smell from not being dried fast enough/completely. Furniture is older and could be cleaned or replaced. The Wi-Fi is slower. Thank you for sharing your home.

Lovely townhome that makes a perfect place to stay while visiting friends and family in Sun City Center. The home is clean, fully equipped and well located to enjoy both restaurants and the pool at Little Harbor as well as close enough to shopping and restaurants. The owners are very responsive.

I was really impressed with the appearance, cleanliness, price, and beach. Usually things look better in photos, but not in this case. Tastefully decorated and if you forgot anything at home, the condo probably has it!!! I am a germ freak and I had no complaints! Enjoy!

We have been staying at Little Harbor for years. As usual, we had a great stay. Owners were very responsive and have equipped the condo with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend this unit!! Thank you Julie for providing the perfect condo!!

I really struggled with this review. There are a lot of pros but the cleanliness is a big con. First the pros: Julie was awesome to work with, sent very detailed information, let us check in early, just really easy to deal with. The set up of this unit is great. The beds were super comfy, I slept great every night! Good seating for at least 6 people in the living room and kitchen (we only had 3 but plenty of seating) The property itself, while a little run down, is nice that you have access to 2 pools, a small harbor beach with chair service (for $5 each for chairs and umbrellas) and 2 restaurants. And yes everything looks a little past it's prime but the guys working the equipment, the restaurant staff, everyone was very nice and the food at both restaurants was great. Loved having those options to pop into for a snack, lunch, drink, etc. The kitchen and unit are really well stocked. Plenty of toilet paper, kitchen stuff, laundry soap, beach towels, etc. As promised we saw manatees everyday right out the window! The Con - unfortunately the unit just was not very clean. It was obvious that none of the carpets/rugs had been vacuumed. The tub on the main floor was pretty dirty with a ring around it. The master shower was very dirty. I did not send Julie any complaints while we were there and didn't request a remedy and having dealt with the ups and downs of cleaning people for years I know that it can be challenging. I will share pictures that I took so she can take it up with her cleaning people (or really fire them and find new ones). I did see that someone else in a previous/recent review also said it wasn't clean so hopefully she'll be able to get better help because without the cleaning issue I would have given 4 stars.

Much of the Tampa area is really busy and overly touristy. Not Ruskin. If you wanna get away, stay here. 5 min walk to the beach, easy access to fishing, 2 bar/restaurants on property. The condo is awesome! 3 bedrooms and baths. Each room has a balcony. Really well appointed. Cooking was easy with all the pans/utensils you could need. Close to a grocery store and shopping. Don’t miss the Ruskin Drive In! Definitely recommend staying here
