Beautiful Location For The Whole Family Including The Pets
Le salon ouvert avec de grandes fenêtres au bord du lac donnant sur la terrasse couverte améliore la belle vue sur le lac. Quatre chambres spacieuses, deux avec lits queen et deux avec lit king dont une suite parentale avec une salle de bain séparée et une porte donnant sur le pont. Le loft au-dessus du salon a deux canapés futon dépliants pour un couchage supplémentaire et le salon en a un. Le linge de maison et le matériel de cuisine sont fournis. Le Wi-Fi est disponible et il y a trois téléviseurs - un dans la suite principale, un dans le salon et un troisième qui peut être déplacé du roi invité vers le porche couvert - parfait pour les jours de match. Le quai a de l'eau profonde pour la baignade et un ascenseur à bateaux (il n'y a pas de rampe de mise à l'eau privée - les bateaux peuvent être lancés à partir des marinas voisines, la plus proche étant `` Real Island ''). D'autres éléments incluent une cheminée dans le salon pour les locations d'hiver et un barbecue au charbon sur le pont. La meilleure caractéristique est que les animaux domestiques sont les bienvenus à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur!

We love the lake house! We have stayed here several years in a row for the fourth! Everything is perfect from the dock, added baby gates, room to spread out, and the location! The views are pretty amazing as well! We love coming back each year and making memories!

House was clean and very functional for our multi family vacation. The extra refrigerator was such a great help for drinks. The deck was perfect for sunset viewing. Plenty of rooms and bed for our group and the dock was absolutely perfect for storing boat and kids to swim and jump from. We were very pleased with our vacation use of this home and being able to bring our dog was a necessity, so the pet friendly option made it a perfect choice! Hope we get back again in near future!

Great property
The owner Angela was very quick to respond when I had a question. The property was very nice and very clean. Had everything we needed, including an extra fridge which was a nice surprise. 😊 We had 4 families stay and we all enjoyed it very much. It was nice sitting out on the deck every morning and evening. This was our second trip to Lake Martin. Very nice!!

Family vacation
We came for a family vacation and this cabin was perfect. It was set up perfect with everything we needed. We brought a boat so the boat lift worked perfectly and the boat ramp was only about 17 min away. Goat island and chimney rock where fairly close to the house. The view from the house is amazing. We liked the privacy of the lott and the fact that you are allowed to bring your dogs. We will definitely be back.

Relaxing Celebration
We rented the property to celebrate our daughter's graduation and birthday. The property was large enough to accomodate a decent amount of people. Trees lined both sides of the property making you feel like you had privacy from neighbors. We had friends and family who also visited with us during the day. Plenty of great space for people to gather in the inside living area, on the back deck overlooking the lake, and down on the dock. The kids spent most of the time swimming, kayaking, and fishing. The location of the property in the slough made it a great place to swim because of limited boat traffic and very little wake. The water was also very clean in the area and the owner has a nice set of steps at the dock for easy entry and exit into the water for swimmers. The owner was amazing to work with and made the whole experience pleasant for us. Would definitely stay again and recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing weekend at the lake!

Excellent Relaxing Getaway.
Enjoyed our stay, unit is in a very good place on the lake. Boat house was enough for our boats and had a nice swimming area. Excellent view from back porch, hardly any steps to traverse, would recommend to anyone that is planning a getaway for 8-14 people. Would go again.

Second year
This was our second year to stay at little Kowaliga! Everything is perfect and we’ve already booked our third stay for next year! Mrs Angela is wonderful to work with! The house has everything one may need to enjoy their stay! We have little ones each trip and the deck is perfect for them to swim after a long day on the boat! The rooms are great size and the loft has plenty of extra room when needed! We look forward to our trip each year!

This is my happy place! We had a great long weekend and I can't wait to go back! So peaceful and relaxing! The house is beautiful and has all the comforts of home! The owner was very helpful with any questions I had. Loved being able to sit on the porch and watch my daughter play in the water. Just a short boat ride to our favorite restaurant..Kowaliga. So ready to go back!!

DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE!
Stop looking! You WANT to stay here, I promise! We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and had the absolute best time! The pictures don't do it justice! The home is newly remodeled, tastefully decorated, and GORGEOUS! There is a loft that our daughter had a blast in and the deck was the perfect place for grilling and hanging out while watching the sun set on the water. The lot is private but we did speak briefly with friendly neighbors and we were able to rent and dock a pontoon boat. Owner was super helpful and friendly! I can't recommend this home highly enough and we plan to make this a yearly trip!

Exceeding the expectations!
We stayed here last year before it was remodeled .. (July 4th week 2013)It was awesome then and we can't wait to visit now! The owners were awesome and I can't say enough wonderful things about them or this place!!! It is very close to the water and the boat dock was a huge plus... Large pier for laying out .. The only negative I have is, it isn't mine!
