Contactless key pickup, good amenities, quiet place, and the jacuzzi was great.

The list is too long, I will try to summarize the problems chronologically: 1- the key pickup was supposed to work with a key combination, but the code was not right. It took me almost 10 minutes to figure out that the backup code should be entered! 2- There are many amenities in the villa, without any consumable materials. No soap, no dishwasher tablets, no sponge, no shampoo, and the list goes on. Interestingly, it was expected from the guests to clean the house upon leaving. I had never been to a hotel or an airbnb without such basic amenities. 3- The house was not cleared out properly when we arrived. There were still laundry from the previous guests piling in front of the house when we got there, and during the 3 day stay that we had there, it was not picked up. 4- The customer service is terrible. Very long waiting time on the phone, and no answer on the emails and booking messages. 5- Worst of all, after 1 month from our departure, I still have not received my deposit back. I already contacted Belvilla through email and phone, and I got the answer that the financial department has been notified and it will be rectified soon. But it's been a month now, and my deposit has not been refunded yet. I have to effectively chase them and spend a lot of time to get this deposit back. Very poor management and service.
