Yosemite's Suite Retreat's "Gingerbread Tiny House" Perfect for 2!
La 'Gingerbread House' est un chalet A-Frame ou une "Tiny House" avec un loft. Absolument adorable, plein de charme et de caractère mais cela peut ne pas convenir à certains clients. Le grenier est accessible par une échelle avec une limite de poids de 250 lb. Il n'y a pas de salle de bain ni d'eau dans le loft, néanmoins ce sont probablement les plus belles chambres de la propriété. Installé dans les arbres offrant la sensation d'être dans une cabane dans les arbres. Un endroit fantastique pour se détendre, peut-être lire un livre, faire une sieste sur le lit queen size (draps propres fournis) ou même simplement méditer. Le niveau principal offre une petite kitchenette bien équipée avec un petit réfrigérateur, un micro-ondes (veuillez ne pas apporter vos propres plaques de cuisson, plaques de cuisson ou plaques de cuisson), un grand évier de cuisine et une table de ferme avec des sièges pour 2. Il y a un barbecue sur la terrasse pour votre usage.
Le salon / salon a un canapé futon qui fait un lit pleine taille parfait pour ceux qui préfèrent ne pas dormir dans le loft ou peut-être une 3ème personne. We loved our stay at this cottage! Everything was clean and well kept. The sleeping loft was a fun addition and made us feel like kids again. We highly recommend!

House was just like the pictures. There was good communication. The host was available and responsive. The house was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. This was a great location for us as we were headed to Yosemite for hiking and we enjoyed our stay!

The “tiny cabin” was the perfect place for our visit to Yosemite! The cabin itself had everything we could have needed and was so charming! The location was convenient as well. Downtown Oakhurst has grocery stores, cute shops, breweries, and wineries. Not to mention we were ~ 25 minutes fr South Gate of Yosemite and about 10 minutes from Bass Lake. Both were amazing! We are thrilled with our 2 night stay and wish we had longer.

We had an amazing stay at the gingerbread house. It was the perfect, quiet, romantic place for us to unwind after adventure packed days in Yosemite! There is a ladder up to the loft which was fine for us (and a cute addition!) but I can see how this may be troublesome for others.

We would stay there again. The host was very accommodating and made sure the cabin was cool when we arrived. Especially since the temperature outside was very hot . The location was a short drive to Bass
Lake. We used the bbq for delicious steak dinners.
We totally enjoyed our 30th anniversary there. It was nice to be in such a cute & unique cabin!!

The Tiny cottage was "PERFECT!" It was beautiful and the hostess thought of "EVERYTHING!" to make it feel like home! My Wife and I spent our 30th anniversary there! We Loved it. The Hostess even helped me surprise my Wife with flowers in the cottage when we arrived.
I would not only recommend this to everyone, but I would stay there if possible the next time we head out that way. Perfect experience! Would highly recommend if visiting Yosemite National park. It is close to the south entrance to the Park and close to Bass lake.

Great find!
This cute A-frame was a great find. It was actually more spacious then the pictures made it seem, and the small hot water tank still allowed for my partner and I to each take 10 min showers. The only downside is not having an oven or stovetop, but we made do with the microwave and outdoor grill.
As a note for anyone looking to explore Yosemite, this cottage is a 30 minute winding drive from the park, however once you get into the park you have to drive another hour to get to the valley floor.

My husband and I came here for a quick getaway to Yosemite National Park and this place was absolutely perfect. It’s pretty small so I would recommend having more than 2 people stay here. But it’s super cute, off the beaten path and very private. The owners were friendly and responsive as well!

Perfect for our Yosemite Stay
My husband and I stayed at the charming gingerbread house during our trip to Yosemite last year. The cabin is exactly as advertised and an easy 60-90 minutes from Yosemite, depending where in the park you’re going. It was great to come back to this comfy and quiet spot after a long day of hiking.

Our First Tiny House Experience
Great little cabin situated close to Yosemite National Park. When we arrived we were greeted by Mike who pointed us in the direction of the cabin. Once we got inside there was multiple pamphlets with hiking information as well as a personalized pamphlet with great local information. We used this as our home base while exploring Yosemite. It’s about a half hour from the south entrance to the park which provides quick access to the Mariposa Grove and about 75 minutes or so to Yosemite Valley. Two grocery stores a few minutes away from the cabin and multiple gas stations to fill up after your trek into the park. If your looking for a change of pace from hotel rooms I highly recommend staying here, great place for a couple to stay to enjoy the National Park.

Adorable little cabin in a private setting
This is a charming cabin in a fantastic location; just the few days "get-away" I needed. It's exceptionally clean and well-maintained with lots of personalized touches. The managers are quite lovely and communicative.
