The property was lovely and exactly as described. It was clean and the 2 bathrooms were a real bonus. Our dog loved exploring the backyard and our 10 yo daughter spent plenty of time relaxing in the hammock. It was the perfect place for an Easter getaway and we'd happily stay here again!

Very nice home with secure backyard for our dog. Clean and spacious with very comfortable main bed with ensuite. It was just two of us but nice to know we could have had our adult children there as well. Not far from the beach and lots of restaurants. Great communication from our host.

We had a lovely stay in a very comfortable property. The property had everything we needed for some BBQs, some home cooking, a dog friendly yard, walking dustace from the beach (about 15 minutes by walk or three minutes by car), shops, op shops, restaurants, Park Run and an easy drive to surrounding holiday spots like Sorrento. The surrounding neighbours were quiet, and the lovely host offered us early check in and late check out. We stayed for a week and would be happy to stay again.

We loved our time in this Rosebud house. So easy, everything we needed there, great backyard, comfortable beds, so quiet, close to everything. We could have stayed for days and days, 2 nights was just a taster!

Comfortable place & great location. Prompt maintenance was done on the property once the host was contacted. Wasn't the most cleanest place we have stayed at, but we dealt with it. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay here over the weekend. An ideal location to stay with your dogs. The house was very clean with all amenities inside and out. Monika the owner was always available with any questions, very helpful and friendly lady.
In a very peaceful setting, only minutes to the beaches and enclosed dog parks, this is a must for all dog lovers.

Whilst only a short drive to cafes, supermarkets, restaurants andà beach this cottage is peaceful and relaxing. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, the backyard is secure and grassed, plus the furnished verandah ensures humans and pooches can rest and enjoy sunshine and shade. Inside the property is clean, comfy and equipped with all you need. Ideal for 2 nights or 2 weeks. We'll definitely be visiting again.

We have stayed at this property a couple of times. It has a great location - 15mins gentle walk down to the beach and shops. It is very well maintained and has an enclosed yard safe for pets.

Was great to arrive to a warm and clean house. Location was perfect to the Peninsula Hot Springs and great local restaurants.

Warm with great supply of everything we needed.
Just a couple of minor things. The DVD player was not working and the tv in the main bedroom was not turned in to all channels. I tried to do it but was not successful.

Quick Drive To Rosebud Pier, Very Family & Pet Friendly
We had a lovely stay! The house was perfect for our family - girls (10 & 12) loved the bunk beds and the yard was very dog friendly. We just wished we could have stayed longer :o)
The photos of the property showed exactly what we found on arrival (with a brand new fridge!).
The heaters in the bedrooms and lounge room worked really well, as it was very cold on our first night and arrived around dinner time. Bedrooms were very cozy by bed time.
Hopefully we will able to get down to the Mornington Peninsula and stay again!

The owner Monica is nice, when she saw my message which was we were already in front of her house, but she didnt get the system that we're book in today. She drive an hour to clean the house. I'm appreciated what she did.
Unfortunately the my son's bed was full of sand and there's a big insect climbed on my bedroom.
We enjoyed the Wii games there and the beautiful beach not far away the house.

Pleasant property.
Good basic little property for a quick beach getaway for us and the pooches. Monika was very quick to respond to our questions. Good size yard for the dogs, just a shame the lawn really needed a mow so we could all spend more time outside.
