Luxurious and modern townhome with a ton of room!
Cette belle et spacieuse maison a quatre chambres et quatre salles de bain complètes. Deux de ces chambres sont des Master Suites avec lits king-size. La troisième chambre comprend une combinaison queen / twin avec une salle de bain complète. La quatrième chambre est la «chambre avec lits superposés» avec un lit superposé plein sur plein, également avec une salle de bain complète. Cette maison de ville a un plan d'étage ouvert avec la cuisine, la salle à manger et les salons tous ouverts les uns aux autres. Ce plan d'étage est idéal pour les familles et les amis à se réunir après avoir profité des activités de la journée. Brillamment situé entre la base des canyons, il n'est qu'à quelques pas de l'ascenseur Cabriolet et du magnifique parcours de golf des canyons. Cette maison de ville a été entièrement rénovée et transformée en une propriété luxueuse décorée dans un décor moderne et rustique. Aucun confort n'était négligé. Ceci est l'un d'une poignée de maisons en rangée à Red Pine avec climatisation centrale. De plus, c'est une unité d'extrémité avec de magnifiques vues panoramiques sur la montagne.

The property is well maintained and stock. The four bedrooms and four baths were convenient to travel with older kids. Excellent location, lift is only a 10 min walk. We enjoyed having dinners on the large breakfast table and plenty of space to hang out. Kitchen is stocked well. Would recommend this Condo for a large gathering.
The skiing in park city is incredible.

Perfect spot for a summer getaway. Pool, tennis, areas for games outside. Golfing and biking access is superb. Lovely condo with great space for a family.

Lots of space. Own parking, plenty of dishes and pots and pans. Having washer and dryer a huge plus. Pool is kept at 97 in the winter. The little one loved it.

Had a great stay. Location was perfect for our family ski trip. Home had more amenities than mentioned in the listing. Hosts were responsive and caring. Great experience.

The best thing about this porperty is the location and ease of getting to the base village (with the use of the complimentary Canyons Village Connect). The interior is a little disjointed. Getting to the two downstairs bedrooms takes a narrow staircase from the front entrance and the kitchen/living room up a flight of stairs from the entrance. The upstairs "master" bedroom takes another flight of stairs from the kitchen. We found the outdoor grill non-functional but was replaced with a brand new Weber the day after we notified management. The dishwasher had a missing lower rack wheel that interfered with the wash spinner but we were still able to wash dishes using the machine (we Jerry-rigged a wire to hold the bottom rack up so the wash wand could clear it). There were no boxes of facial tissue in the townhouse. Otherwise, the house was well supplied, especially the kitchen where there were ample spices and equipment for just about any types of cooking. The front foyer was small and did not have enough room for all of our wet boots and not enough hooks to hang coats. The dining and living areas were comfortable and inviting. Overall a nice place.

We really enjoyed the property. Had lots of space for the group which was nice. Loved the Canyon Valley Shuttle, easy to use. There was a delay one of the mornings and we were standing outside for much longer than anticipated but not the worst thing in the world.
Townhouse with pool/hot tub is not something I'd want to walk too.
Overall a lovely property and we were happy with our stay.

Great location. Cozy, well stocked, and very clean. All the beds were very comfortable, no complaints from anyone. Couches and seating area was great. Shuttle service was door to door. So many great reasons to stay. We would definitely recommend this property. The owners were very easy to work with and accommodating. We will be back!

The property was exactly as advertised. It was lovely. The only hiccup was they were painting the outside of the unit and we couldn’t get in the driveway right away. The crew worked hard to try and finish the next day. The owner was easy to get a hold of and checked on us throughout our stay. The property manager also came and checked on us.

The property was well-appointed, had a lot of space, and was conveniently located to what we wanted to do. Just as a clarification, while the unit does have air conditioning, it’s just in the living room and bedroom on the top floor. The other bedrooms will be hot as half of the windows are glued closed and won’t open IF you are traveling during the heat of summer. I’m sure in milder temps and winter this is not an issue. Also, if you have children who need to go to bed early or light-sensitive sleepers, there are skylights in 2 of the bedrooms that don’t have shades over them. Just helpful things to know when deciding where to stay or what to prepare for.

Great location. Four bed and four bath is great. Nice big kitchen and family room for all to gather. Great location and Canyons connect shuttle service was key in getting around area and to/from slopes.

Had a great time on a week of skiing. Close to the base of canyons, you can ski back to the road, pop your skis off and then cross the street. Owner was very responsive! Used the pool and hot tub as well. Very nice place overall.

Our group appreciated the completely smoke free home. Clean and nicely decorated house. We did not have a car so took advantage of the Canyon Village Connect shuttle for easy access to the mountain and public bus transfer hubs. Nice having a full size kitchen since we cooked most of our meals. Easy communication with owner. We would stay at this house again!

We had 4 retired doctors stay. We “priced up” so that each had separate beds , rooms, and bathrooms. Did little cooking though was stocked with pots etc. to do so. Nice fireplace idea: clicked on and off according to temp setting. Beds were great. Best part was the Uber like service of door to lift area, shops etc. We needed more trash bags but couldn’t find them. Kitchen chairs could use padding.

The entire process from booking to checking out was seamless. Chris was excellent to work with and always responded quickly to my questions (excellent communication).
We came in the summer (July) with my wife, our two kids age 16 ,15 and one of my sons best friend. The five of us each had our own rooms which were all very comfortable. The townhouse is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy as if you were at your own home.
The location and entire property are perfect for any family, we will be sure to come back and hope this property is available for our next trip. Thank you Chris!!

Great townhome
The townhome was in a great location as we were close to grocery store, activities and many wonderful hikes. We stayed with our 3 children and the layout was perfect as everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, while the master on the top floor gave us a little privacy. The kitchen was well stocked for any cooking you may want to do and lots of spices available. The place was very clean and the property was great as one day the kids just enjoyed the pool, volleyball and playing frisbee in the open field. The owner was very responsive and I would highly recommend this property.

Great location in Canyons Village
This is a very nice property at a great location. It is well maintained. The owners communicate quickly about any question. You are within walking distance of the Cabriolet lift and the free Park City / Canyons shuttle. This is a very efficient and transportation timely service.

There were five of us and we had a great time. Great location and would definitely stay here again. Plenty of room for each couple to have their own space. Property was clean and enjoyable.

Best Trip Ever!
We had a great week in this condo. The location cannot be beat. The shuttle picked us up at our door every morning and took us to the Cabriolet lift. We skied home at the end of the day. The trail takes you to the bottom of the street and it's a very short walk home. The views from the condo are spectacular. There's lots of light and lots of space. I was all about the bathrooms and every bedroom has a full bath. The beds are comfortable and the linens are high quality as are the towels in the bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked. We ate in most nights and had all the utinsels and equipment we needed. The clubhouse was available for us to use. We did not use the pool or hot tub but we did hang out there with our luggage on the last day because we had a late flight. We were very happy here. Thank you to the hosts who have thought of everything for a comfortable stay.

My only gripe was locating the condo. I did have a house number of 2149, but in the instructions that I was sent by the owner, it had the address as 2147. So we did laps around trying to locate the correct until. I even called the owner & said 2147, but he didn’t correct me so I kept looking for that non existent house number!

Incredible Place
Except for a blip with check-in (which Chris fixed right away), this place and location were amazing. The townhome is exactly as pictured and was perfect for our family of 6 (all adults). There was plenty of room to spread out as well as spend time together. The kitchen was well supplied and the location near Canyons Village was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Family Christmas vacation
Chris was absolutely amazing…answered every question I had and was always available. Amazing unit….perfect location. Had everything you could want and then some. Loved using the connect ride service…made it great to travel within the village and to the slopes, especially with a larger group going at all different times. Would highly recommend

Fantastic family gathering place!!
This property was the perfect setup for our family gathering. The kitchen was stocked with all of the supplies we needed to prep and serve family meals around the large table. The bedrooms with adjoining baths gave each of our groups a bit of privacy. Our host was immediately responsive with a minor issue related to the outside lighting. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Labor Day Fun!
For us, it was a great location! Close to great walking paths and biking trails, and a short easy drive to groceries. The shuttle stop is a short walk from the condo, so it was easy to get into town and back when we wanted to, very convenient! The gondola was also very close by - and Saturday night we caught the free concert at the top. The condo is really cute and comfortable and removed from the crowds that were in town for Labor Day - which was very appealing to us. Our children are all adults, so we had 3 mid-sized vehicles and a truck which made parking tight at the condo, but lots of extra space by the clubhouse.

4 Days in Park City, UT
This was the finale of our 2 week family vacation in Park City. The VRBO had room for two couples and our 10 year old grandson. Each bedroom had an ensuite bathroom. The living room was where we watched movies and listened to a book on tape with plenty of room to stretch out. When we first checked in there was a glitch, which Chris promptly resolved with a solution that was so ideal, it made all of us happy. Thank you, Chris.

Family reunion
Great place to host our family reunion. Very clean, conveniently located home. Beds were comfortable. Home nicely decorated and well stocked with everything needed (we prepared most all of our meals here for the week). Owner checked in with us. Would definitely stay again if we are back in the area.

Great location
Really enjoyed this 4 bedroom 4 bath comfortable condo. The location was perfect. Very close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Nice to have free public transportation and electric bike rental within short walk from condo. Would encourage others to stay here if want to have beautiful outdoor views while having a very relaxing vacation. The clubhouse with several pools a great perk.
