Great location. The house is large, great layout for groups or families, plenty of bathrooms, and has everything you might need. The upper deck has a great view of the ocean, and when the sun was setting and/or it was too windy or cold for the front, we sat on the back deck which was hot and sunny. Decorated nicely. However, the house could use a deep cleaning (insides of drawers, mop floors, wash bedspreads) and could definitely use some new towels and pillows. Overall though, we had a pleasant stay. Lots to do in St. Augustine.

Located in the pleasant community of Flagler Beach, just across A1A from a nice beach.
Very well-equipped beach house for our 10 person family ages 2 to 65.
Nice small front deck, spacious and furnished ocean view deck.
Minutes from many restaurants and a short drive to groceries.
Cons:
Only 2 - late getting into cottage as cleaners were still (thoroughly) at work, and no child gate available as listed on the amenities list.
Overall an enjoyable stay and no hesitation in recommending to others looking for a beach front vacation.

Three old friends met in Flagler Beach to spend a few days together catching up. This was the perfect place -- size, location, condition, etc. We enjoyed the deck overlooking the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked. And so many restaurants nearby. Plenty to do and see. Had everything we needed!

Our family, ranging in ages from 75 to 3, had another excellent stay in this beautiful, well furnished, extremely clean home. All beds were so comfortable, complete with extra blankets and linens. The 3 large showers were state of the art. Towels for our large family were plentiful.
The kitchen was completely furnished with every item that we needed.
The large deck, which overlooked the Atlantic, had comfortable chairs and lounges to accommodate all of us. The sound of the waves were constant and so relaxing. We love this location due to the old Florida way of life. No high rise condos blocking our views. The walk to the ocean is a very short walkable distance.
The neighborhood is quiet, but all the memory making fun is close by.
We will definitely be returning to this well maintained, beautiful home.

Laid back beach town. Several casual but good restaurants close to this property. Home is very nice, well maitained and has plenty of upgraded accessories. Would definately recommend. Host was quite informative.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house is so big with plenty of room for everyone! We have never stayed in a beach house that had so much comfortable furniture to relax in. The bedrooms were spacious and everyone was happy. There is a highway between the house and the ocean which we knew but we didn’t realize we would have to walk down the street a little bit to get to the boardwalk crossing to the ocean. It is still close but we were a little surprised when we got there. We loved Flagler Beach and the house and made so many forever memories!

My family and I love Flagler Beach. The beach house was beautiful. We loved the ocean view and the balconies. The house was close the all our favorite places the eat, like walking distance from the Turtle Shack.

From start to finish, this was an amazing experience and Randy's care and attention to detail through the entire process made this a very rewarding vacation for my family. The property is beautiful and perfectly fit the needs for a group that included a 3 yr old, teenagers, adults, and me the 60 year old. The homes layout was perfect. No one got on anyone's nerves!!! I cannot speak highly enough about Randy, the property or the Flagler Beach area. It was all wonderful and we all were sad to leave.

We planned this get together last August. Truly enjoyed the view, space, and amenities this home offered. We were able to enjoy meals together and spent much of the time reconnecting with family members and yet there adequate space for privacy. Randy was immediately available via phone call if we had any questions. Highly recommend this place for family gatherings and making treasured memories!

This house was perfect for our family. Very clean, loved the decor, and all amenities! The beds are super comfy!
Beautiful view, I could have sat on the back deck forever! Watched many sunrises with my morning coffee. Saw dolfins swimming by! On most days we had the beach to ourself, very relaxing. Shops and restaurants very close by. This house won't disappoint you!

Great ocean front house(A1a) is between the house and the ocean. House has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and a full deck to watch the morning sunrise. We had access to one side of a garage to put our Harley’s in, but there was too much of the owners stuff in there to have much room. Overall a great house and location (a block away from the Turtle Shack restaurant) but disappointed in the garage space. But would definitely stay there again.

Randall was a wonderful host! The house is lovely and is equipped with everything you need for indoor or beach fun. We highly recommend and would stay again...but next time for a longer stay. 3 nights wasn't long enough!

Fantastic Beach House in a great location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were 7 of us ranging from 70+ years old to 13 years old and we had plenty of room. The house is very clean and bright and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again.

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary at this wonderful house and couldn't have had a better time. The house was spotless, extremely well stocked, had an excellent view and we were very, very comfortable for the whole two weeks we were there. Thank you Randy for sharing your house with us. There were nine of us (5 adults and 4 teenagers) for Thanksgiving week. We had a great time. There was plenty of room for all of us to be together some of the time and plenty of privacy for quiet time. The kitchen was well equipped and we prepared Thanksgiving dinner without any problems. TV and Wi-Fi were good even for the teens.

Perfect!
This was our first Vrbo as a family larger group. 7 adults 2 kids. The walk to the beach was less than a minute. The ocean view from the large deck was phenomenal. Cute shops and restaurants just down the street! Enjoyed this house so much! Thank you for sharing it w others!!

Great Spring Break Location
We had a fantastic vacation! The house was more than we needed for our family of 5 and could easily accommodate two smaller families with 3 queen/king rooms and another with bunk bed and a futon. Kitchen had everything we needed and the open living area was great for gathering with friends.
The deck on the ocean side was a pleasant place to watch the sunrise and have dinner.
Our weather was gorgeous and Flagler Beach is a quiet town without all of the high-rise development of other communities. Beach access is just a few hundred feet down the road and the fishing is great from the shore. The coquina sand beach in Flagler is different than other area beaches - coarser and not as flat as others - but a 20 min drive north or south gets you to flat, hard packed beaches like Daytona without the crowds.

Perfect beach house
We had a fantastic time and the house was perfect. The location was perfect, close enough to the nite life but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. The deck was probably my favorite part of the house, absolutely perfect, just like being at the beach without the sand. We will definitely be coming back again! Thanks Randy!

Great location
Great location. We had a lovely time despite having chosen the one week Florida has frozen temperatures for a beach vacation. The location is excellent. Restaurants in the area are very good and the house was very comfortable. I would definitely go back

Great place for a Girl Weekend
There were 4 of us and we had a great time. Unfortunately, it was very cold, so we were not able to use the patio, balcony or outdoor stuff. Randy was very easy to deal with during the reservation process.
There were only a few minor issues, which we just left a note about - nothing that bothered us for our stay. Most significant was a burned out light bulb!
The location is fabulous. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. The couch was nice for a gathering place. Bathrooms were nice.
The only reason I gave a 4 for cleanliness was because the balcony furniture didn't look in shape. But, it is winter, and it was way too cold for us to be out there anyway. I'm sure everything will be cleaned up in time for nicer weather.
It was a tad over-decorated for my taste, but it was fun to look at all the unusual beach-y decor. Nothing weird that would offend the easily-offended or the kiddos (IMO).

Amazing location to inspire one’s soul!
The most incredible views to wake up too, as well as end your day with! The ambient sounds of the waves dancing along the beach, the seagulls singing overhead and if your timing is right you can even catch a glimpse of some dolphins frolicking about… The property was well stocked, cozy, comfortable and accommodating for our family of 9. We not only celebrated a 50th birthday milestone but also a special marriage proposal. Great location to all the local attractions, dining and especially the beach! The owner was very communicative and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommended!!!
