Skiez jusqu'à la porte arrière via la piste de ski Four O'Clock, descendez 200 marches jusqu'à la remontée des flocons de neige. Dernier étage et un seul mur commun fait pour un endroit calme (Désolé pas d'ascenseur !!).

Grandes fenêtres avec vue sud-est. Regardez le soleil se lever sur le mont Baldy depuis la table de la cuisine. Une vue fantastique sur le mont Baldy depuis le grand pont. Cuisine entièrement équipée, nouveaux appareils. Nouvelle grande table à manger surélevée, six places, plancher et comptoirs en céramique.
Chambre des maîtres avec lit queen. La fenêtre de la chambre principale s'ouvre sur Sawmill Creek, qui est très relaxante en été / automne.
Foyer (gaz neuf, automne 2013) et salle de bain complète au niveau principal. Loft spacieux avec trois lits doubles et un lit simple. Deuxième salle de bain avec douche en mezzanine. Loft possède également sa propre télévision et lecteur DVD.

The location is beautiful and the unit was very clean. We especially liked having a garage to keep our motorcycle gear since it was three flights of stairs up to the unit. When you come from lower elevations it took a few days to get used to climbing the stairs. :) We enjoyed our time in Colorado very much.

We loved this condo. Close to main street, beautiful view of Bald Mountain, great host, cute place. We would stay here again.

We give it our highest ranking. Your day starts on a balcony with the sun rising over the Rockies. Cook your own breakfast in a fully stockpiled kitchen. Walk to the ski lift or a short, sweet trail along a creek, or hop in your car for several more trails within half an hour. Downtown is also full of fun and less than 10 minutes away. Best of all, Suzanne & Jim are wonderfully responsive hosts!

It was nice having a dedicated garage space, so there were no parking issues. Condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The proximity to the lift (200 steps) was AWESOME!!

We had a great stay for our spring break ski trip. The loft was perfect for our triplet teen boys. The location was great. We walked across the street to the lift and skied right into the parking lot. It was also a quick easy walk to Main Street for shopping and dining. Our hoists were extremely helpful and thoughtful. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a great place and excellent value if you are looking for something to just get you close to the mountain and don't mind "bunking in" a bit. The one bedroom is good for 2 people and the loft is good for 3 people. Having 2 bathrooms is very nice. The lifts are just a couple of minutes away and the place is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. Definitely recommend.

This was perfect location & set up for us! It was also very clean and had everything we needed. Be aware you have to walk up 4 flights of outdoor stairs in case someone in your party has mobility issues but it was absolutely no problem for us!

Two adults and two teens stayed for a quick memory-making trip. This home was so well-appointed; it made our stay 100% relaxing and vacay. We loved the house, the communication, and the location and hope we can stay again ASAP!!

We enjoyed our time at Four O'Clock. For our family of four the location was perfect and was as described. We walked to dinner and to town. The Snowflake lift is close and easy to use. With the Four O'Clock run open we were able to ski right back to the condo for lunch and the end of the day. The communication was good from Jim and Suzanne. We would recommend Four O'Clock and hope to come back in the future.

The condo was perfect, everything we had hoped for. Jim and Suzanne were in communication with us throughout entire trip. The condo was exactly as described in posting. It was clean, warm and fully stocked with everything one could need. The location is great, it is very close to Snowflake lift which takes you to the greens that lead to peak 8 and 9 lifts. The 4 O' clock trail comes right into back of condo. Breckenridge main business district is just about a 4 or 5 minute walk away. there are 3 bus stops just a couple of minutes away. The buses will get you anywhere in town for free and run from 8 am till 11:30 pm.

The condo was located perfectly from walking distance to downtown and the ski lift. There are trails right behind the condo about twenty feet away. Jim was extremely helpful, offering advice on daily activities. They are wonderful hosts and we appreciate their hospitality.

Everything about our stay was amazing, thanks to Suzanne and Jim. They allowed us to check in early, which was really helpful after a long day of traveling. Their check-in instructions were so helpful, they even included restaurant recommendations (all of which were awesome). Their helpfulness didn’t stop at the check-in procedures either. Suzanne made sure to message me after the first day to tell me the best way to get to the lifts and home again after skiing.

First, the views and location of this property are amazing. Ending the day looking off the balcony as the sunset was fantastic. This was a perfect property for my family of 4 - my 15 and 10 year-olds loved the loft. On day 2 they were already talking about how we needed to stay again! Suzanne and Jim were accommodating and proactively reached out to see if we had any questions. They also provided ideas for activities that were on point for my family. Cannot say enough good things about the experience - it was a fantastic family vacation stay.

The stay was great. Instructions were well written but we had trouble with both TVsand unable to watch. With 6 people staying I was sure if we could obtain additional towels especially for the pool . We bought pool towels and left for the next tenants

We stayed for four days three nights to celebrate my sisters 30th birthday with a Breckenridge trip. Suzanne and Jim were so accommodating and answered quickly whenever we needed anything. They also came to help us work the shower too haha. The property was very clean and had everything we needed (towels in the bathroom, extra blankets, fans, and a fully stocked kitchen with spices). We had a great time and slept wonderfully! We also enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi! As four ladies staying alone we did wish there was a curtain on the front door window as we felt a bit uncomfortable walking around with that long window and felt it wasn’t very private. Also we couldn’t work the dish/tv (said we needed a smart card) but we enjoyed the dvds placed there!! Also, for those that want to stay here, you’ll absolutely love it however it is up three flights of stairs and the pool is about a 7-10 minute walk. For the short people looking for the parking passes, they’re on top of the wooden shelf on the left (they’re a bit hidden). The board games were a fun touch and we had a blast playing them at night. Thanks again Suzanne and Jim!! We had beautiful memories here!

My husband and our 3 young grandchildren had a wonderful summer getaway in this beautiful condo. There are a few stairs to climb, but at the top you’ll be rewarded with a beautiful view and a perfectly appointed condo. The kids loved having their own loft with their own tv and bathroom.
The owners were gracious and very helpful as well.

We, especially the kids, loved this condo! It's got a great location, adorable and cozy decor, and the staircase and loft was perfect for our 11 and 6 year old kids! We stayed in three different locations during our trip to CO and this was our kids favorite condo! We loved it too! We evidently were visiting Breckenridge in an off-time so there were many things that were not going on like the gondolas, etc. It was nice and relaxing though because there weren't very many people out and about so we honestly got to feel a bit like a local and just take a few days of relaxing! This condo definitely helped with that! Just a few things that I would recommend to the owners for the next guests the main bed needs new pillows and one of the fans we pulled out to use in the loft for the kids was pretty thick with dust. So I think if the cleaning crew could just check those every so often, that shouldn't be a thing for future guests. The condo is on the top floor and only available via stairs which makes it a little hard for getting luggage up to the condo if you are older or have a handicap, but if you want the view of the mountains, it's a sacrifice you need to consider! We overall loved the condo, it's location, and would definitely stay again! The owners are super on communication which is a great plus too!

This place was so cute and perfect for our family of 5! Kids loved the loft, had everything we needed, and a great location for walking to the chairlift, ending the ski day on 4 o’clock run, and walking into town. The heated garage was perfect to not have to carry all our gear up 3 flights of stairs. We will definitely be back!

Jim and Suzanne’s place was excellent for our group of 6. There was plenty of space, it was very clean, and the location was perfect. The fireplace was our favorite feature! They were also very easy to work with and quick to respond. Would highly recommend and hope to return in the future!

Went with my wife and sister, her husband and my two nieces...we had a wonderful time. Close to Snowflake lift, ski right back to the condo steps off 4 O'clock run. Condo had everything we needed. Plenty of space, all the dishes and appliances one could want (air fryer would be a nice addition). Will definitely stay again at this property. Reasonably priced during peak season. Just had a wonderful time and the hosts communicate great. No issues while there. Will be back again.

The place was cozy and beautiful. The fireplace was amazing kept downstairs warm during movie nights. The place was stocked with essentials. Temperature setting was ideal and it never got cold . Very good location to snowflake ski lift and Beaver run. We found everything we need in the kitchen to cook breakfast, and couple of dinners. The hot tub was not in the same complex, we used it once and it was wonderful. The heated garage was amazing to put our ski rental before going to the condo. We have no complaints. Suzanne answered all of my questions, such as where the garbage dumpster is, the nearest grocery shopping and transportation from/to the airport, how to get it around town and where is the nearest grocery stores. Many thanks to Suzanne and Jim. We definitely consider coming back.

Great condo with an easy walk to downtown Breck, the gondola, and some chair lifts (during ski season). Very clean and well appointed. Our daughter enjoyed the loft! Close to some nice hiking trails. Nice sized garage for all your gear. We enjoyed the pool too which is a short walk from the condo. Would stay here again!

Clean, comfortable condo in a great location on Four O-Clock road in Breckenridge. 1 Queen bed downstairs and several double/single beds in a loft up some fairly steep stairs. Loft got a little warm during the day, so we opened up the windows which made it very comfortable. The floor plan worked great for our small family. Beautiful views of Boreas Mountain from the balcony. The unit is on the 3rd floor, so the climb up the stairs was initially a bit difficult until we got used to the altitude. Short walk to Main St but you do have to cross Park Avenue at the traffic circle. Overall a great property. We would definitely stay here again.
