Luxurious with Beautiful Ocean View
Trois chambres, deux salles de bain, condominium en bord de mer, situé au 4ème étage de la Station One. Il y a deux balcons (un grand au large de la salle de séjour principale, et une plus petite suite de maître) donnant sur l'océan Atlantique. Carrelage en porcelaine partout avec des salles de bains personnalisées. Wifi, et un mobilier élégant. Cuisine récemment mis à jour, avec de nouvelles armoires et des comptoirs en granit! Cuisine a été mise à jour en 2015, et de nouveaux meubles de salon en 2016. Toutes les nouvelles portes coulissantes en verre installées en 2016. Front de mer, avec piscine sur place, court de tennis, et l'emplacement est pratique pour faire du shopping, des restaurants et des épiceries.

Janet’s condo was cozy, clean and accommodating making our six day stay there very comfortable and homey. Everything you would expect to be naturally provided, was available for us to use. The ocean facing view was breathtaking and the short walk to the beach was not. It was everything I was hoping. Again, well done!

Tho check-in was slow due to problems with the last renters, we were not at all upset and communication with the owner was wonderful and situation was resolved quickly. The property was located right on the beach and the facility was wonderful. We were here to visit our son and his family and everyone enjoyed themselves.

Janet’s condo was perfect for us, it was very clean and the location cannot be neat. It’s walking distance to beach restaurants, coffee, wings, etc. Janet was also very responsive and super sweet! The condo is very secure as well, 24-7 security and keys to get inside pool, building, etc. Will definitely stay again!

The lock to the condominium was damaged. Management promptly replaced the lock and keys.

The only problem we experienced… repeatedly…. was getting the door unlocked. Took several people and several minutes each time. I know beach air does a number on locks but it would be helpful to upgrade this one. Otherwise everything was just perfect!!!!! A great experience for cousins meeting for a family reunion!!! Thanks so much!

My mom, sister and I enjoyed our annual fall beach weekend at WB while staying in this lovely condo. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated, and the beds were very comfortable. The balcony view was absolutely gorgeous and was where my 84 year old mom chose to spend most of her day time. Everything was wonderful, and we hope to return next fall.

My family and grandchildren enjoyed our time at this condo. The condo wasn’t too small. Very nice pool area and easy beach access. Having to use a key to get into different areas got old real fast.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely oceanfront property. The views are stunning from balconies off the living area and master suite. The kitchen is well equipped with newer, very clean appliances and the rest of the property is spacious with well-appointed furniture. It is also centrally located in Wrightsville beach, close to restaurants, yet still a quiet retreat to just relax.

We had a lovely stay for my daughter’s UNCW grad weekend. The condo was immaculate, spacious, and comfortable complete with all amenities! Loved the ocean front view from the family room and the master bedroom. Look forward to our next stay!

We had a great stay! No major complaints. Janet was attentive and reached out about some minor issues that arose from a previous renter and there were a few things that some people may be nitpicky over, but we enjoyed our time here! The condo is in a prime location, near so many shops and restaurants and we loved being able to walk everywhere. Would definitely stay here again!
