The house is very good, clean and comfortable, very close to the center of Budoni and MD supermarket, the nearest beach is located 2 km from the house car use is recommended.

The beach is little far from the house and you must have a car to go and I didn't like the noise from that constrution beside the house.

Everything, plenty room for 4 people( or even 6). Excellent facilities, kitchen, washing machine, fabulous air conditioning, lovely balcony, it even had umbrellas you could bring to the beach. Just a short walk to the Main Street of Budoni.

You would want to have a car as it isn’t within walking distance of the beach really. Too long a walk in the heat.

We had a great vacation! Barabara is a very nice and caring hostess❤️ The apartment is located almost in the center of the city, in a very quiet area. The rooms are well-kept, stylish, very comfortable, everything is thought out. There are many dishes in the kitchen, there is a dishwasher, various kitchen utensils, you can cook anything, there is even a frying pan, grill, coffee machine, toaster, microwave oven. There is a washing machine, which is very convenient! A nice terrace for a family dinner. There are also two toilets and two bathrooms. We were on vacation with the children, and they always argue about who goes to wash first. In R House Budoni there was no reason to argue, and for a large family this is valuable :)) Also in the house there is an umbrella for the beach, toys, books, board games for recreation. It is extremely pleasant ☺️👌 There is a free parking lot, and a supermarket a few hundred meters away. In the evening, the central half of the city is closed to cars, it works only for pedestrians. There is a souvenir market on this street in the evening, very atmospheric. It's good close to R House Budoni, great for a night walking👌 The sea is beautiful! The road to the beach by car takes 5-7 minutes. The sea is warm, the beach is clean and there are not many people. The entrance to the sea is slow, the water is of an amazing color. It was great for us to relax with children! It was a great vacation!

Hosts were available and met me even when I arrived late in the evening. Apartment amenities were well-explained and the apartment itself is clean, nicely outfitted, and very comfortable. Kitchen has plenty of utensils and cookware, plus some much-appreciated seasonings. Elegant apartment finishings inside and out. Great terrace also in a quiet, though centrally located, neighborhood.

The weather! Seriously, the only "wants" are those common to staying throughout Italy. For example, the daily placement of small garbage bins requires monitoring of waste segregation and hoping the garbage pickup occurs. But nothing the hosts can or should do to change that!

Very clean and and perfectly equipped flat with a friendly hosts who are always reachable by WhatsApp! Highly recommended!
