Nous sommes situés dans le quartier historique et charmant Ocean Park de Santa Monica, quartier sûr et propre, juste blocs forment la plage et de voisinage parcs. Cette propriété unique offre une, grande chambre propre et confortable, cuisine entièrement équipée et coin canapé, salle de bain complète avec une baignoire sur pattes antique et douche, dressing, et une entrée privée, même si une partie de la maison principale.
Ce privée 1 chambre propre et spacieuse, et 1bath, est situé dans la région de Ocean Park de Santa Monica.

Cette vieille maison de 100 ans est l'une des 2 maisons de plage existants qui ont été déplacés de Ocean Ave.
Il y a un permis de stationnement pour les visiteurs qui permet de stationnement dans la rue juste en face.
Le lit de la Reine peut accueillir 2 adultes, et le canapé futon ouvre plat et va dormir un enfant ou un adulte très petite.
Avec 10 1/2 pieds de plafonds, la maison est calme, lumineux et aéré, très privé.
Propre et confortable avec une attention aux détails ... blancs draps en coton égyptien, grandes serviettes moelleuses, serviettes de plage, cafetière Keurig, Britta eau filtrée, grande télévision à écran plat avec câble, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth haut-parleur, lotions organiques et des potions, salle de bain sels et un écran solaire tous pour votre usage. Il ya des feuilles supplémentaires pour le futon et lit dans le placard de la chambre ainsi que les balais et les vadrouilles.
Une blanchisserie est à quelques pâtés de maisons.
(Pour plus location à long terme, je vais laver les draps et les serviettes pour la maison)
Nous vivons dans la plus grande partie de la maison, et nous serons ici pour la plupart des arrivées et toujours disponible si nécessaire.

Cute and clean property. In a nice neighborhood away from the busier part of Santa Monica and close (10-15 min walk) to Main Street with restaurants and beach (better beach than near Pier). Communication with host excellent. Perfect for up to 3 people. Teen slept in couch futon; fine for a couple of nights but perhaps small for taller teens/adults. Window AC in bedroom and window fan in main space (kitchen/futon).

Lorna was especially responsive to any additional requests. Her place is fantastic, fabulous home in great walkable neighborhood with all very nice amenities and yet cool things like old tub bathtub to maintain history of the home. Very nice kitchen, extremely clean and well organized with thoughtful touches like beach chairs, towels, beach bag. We will stay here again and again. Thank you Lorna!

Beautiful one-bedroom apartment, not on the beach but close enough to walk, very well-kept property. Owners live in the same building, and were very friendly, personable, and helpful. All instructions were clear and the apartment was available exactly as listed in Vrbo.

Our stay at this VRBO was amazing! Check in was so convenient, and our host was flexible when my flight landed early and I was able to head right over and check in! The unit itself was so cozy, extremely clean, and well stocked with some books, a very nice kitchen area, a bedroom with plenty of space and storage, and a bathroom with cabinets full of things we were welcome to use and the most gorgeous clawfooted tub! It was the perfect size for the two of us and the location couldn’t have been more of a pleasant surprise for our first trip to SoCal. Easily accessible from/to so many places, very walkable, loads of parking (and a parking pass!)

Loved Lorna’s apartment! It is so cute and welcoming! We loved the front porch and had our breakfasts out there every morning. We appreciated the full kitchen. It met our needs perfectly. Also appreciated the large closet and dresser as I like to unpack our suitcases when we are on a vacation. The location was ideal for us. Very walkable to the beach and close to our favorite restaurants. Thank you Lorna for a wonderful stay!

Easy location to visit UCLA, USC, and other universities in the area. Quick walk to the beach and to good restaurants. The kitchen and bathroom are well-equipped. We enjoyed breakfasts and dinners on the porch nearly every day of our six day stay. Parking is free and plentiful. Highly recommend running on the ocean strand. Lorna was pleasant and easy to communicate with. We didn’t really need anything, but having her so close by was nice in case of emergency. If our teen chooses a So Cal school this could be our visiting base.

We had a nice stay at the apartment in Santa Monica. It met our expectations. With a little ambition you could walk to Venice Beach, downtown Santa Monica and the ocean. Parking was convenient and easy. The owner told us of a nice laundromat nearby (we stayed 10 days). She was also helpful with restaurant and sight-seeing advice. My wife found a park nearby to play pickleball. Our main lesson-learned involved local weather issues which the owner cannot control. It's a bit cool near the ocean in Santa Monica in April. This can be amplified if the "marine layer" does not burn off during the day. If it's a higher probability of warm, sunny weather you're looking for while still being in the LA area in April, suggest you stay east of downtown LA in a place like Pasadena.

Great little guest quarters in a charming, historic home on a quiet street. The place is small (think studio size) but perfect for a couple or someone with children. My pre-teen daughter was very cozy on the little fold down futon (we used the mattress topper provided for extra comfort!).
The kitchen is also small but well stocked and just enough space for my kids and I to snack and make a couple simple, small meals.
Beach was in walking distance for me but a bit far for the kids to make the trek back and forth so we mostly drove. It’s about five minutes to the beach and five or so to the pier and promenade.
Would definitely recommend a stay here!
