Six laissez-passer quotidiens gratuits pour le parc aquatique intérieur situé sur la station sont également inclus dans votre séjour !! Vous et vos invités aurez également accès à plusieurs piscines extérieures, au bar swim-up, au Crazy Parrot Cantina, au Waterfront Grill et au Island Bar de Bracco, aux quais pour la baignade, la pêche et la navigation de plaisance. Le complexe dispose également d'une salle de remise en forme (nouvelle en 2015), d'une arcade et d'un étang de pêche privé bien approvisionné.
La cabine de style ranch (zéro entrée et pas d'escalier!) de plus de 1400 pieds carrés, dispose d'une chambre principale avec un lit king size, une salle de bain attenante et un grand dressing. La chambre 2 dispose d'un autre lit king-size. La chambre 3 est la chambre avec lits superposés pour 6 personnes.

Tous les lits et salles de bain sont équipés de draps / literie. Les salles de bain ont des serviettes, des essuie-mains et des débarbouillettes. La cuisine est équipée de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour préparer vos repas pendant votre séjour.
Le salon dispose d'un écran plat, d'une télévision intelligente qui a la possibilité de diffuser Netflix et Hulu avec la connexion de votre compte. Comprend également 2 canapés pleine taille, et l'un d'eux étant un canapé-lit pouvant accueillir 2 personnes. Toutes les fenêtres sont traitées avec des rideaux assombrissants pour un excellent sommeil.

Owners were so easy to communicate with! Place was lovely and perfect for the kids to enjoy as well.

We enjoyed this property. It met our needs perfectly. Spacious and open, very comfortable.
We did notify owners of lawn chairs in garage that were in poor condition and could not be used and a bottom veggie drawer in fridge that should be looked at. Pools in complex were clean and neat. Entire complex was in good condition.

My brothers and I and our families had a wonderful stay at this cabin. The cabin was clean, spacious, and had everything you need, it really was a home away from home. It is close walking distance to bridges bay resort and we also utilized an additional outdoor pool that is in close proximity. Along with all the fun things to do in Okoboji, we really enjoyed the ping pong table and had several ping pong tournaments among our family members. We also played some bags and enjoyed the firepit. I would highly recommend this property.

We were very pleased with our stay. The home was beautiful, clean and well stocked. We enjoyed everything being on one level and having an additional space in the garage for the kids to enjoy. We would definitely rent again. Thank you for sharing your home!

It was an overall amazing trip. If you have more than 3 vehicles you do have to park elsewhere since you can’t on the street. (Which was nothing owners could do) The property owner communicated with us well. It was overall a perfect set up and couldn’t have asked for a better location.

Liked the floor plan of the house but would have have liked more explanations on what was available in house And some more explanation on how to operate tv. Wasn’t able to use community pool because of big groups staying in houses surrounding it.

The home was better than listed! Showed two baths but thought 2nd one was not a full bath but it was, and we were thankful! Also, it did not list a fire pit but there is one on the back patio. All in all it was a nice open format in the living areas so we could all congregate when we were not sleeping or napping. Plenty of room for my husband and I with our five adult children and all grandchildren. An extra bonus was free passes to the water park (walking distance), the ping pong table, and the free community swimming pool! Great hosts.

While we were very pleased with the cabin, we were very disappointed with Bridges Bay. Certainly we understand COVID but we pay for the extra amenities and they were not there. Daily we waited to find out if we would have access to the big pool and the cabin pools were all closed. Instead of our typical relaxing time it was a daily grind to locate entertainment. Indoor stores were closed due to heat, and we waited at the Waterfront for an hour and a half for our reservation, before they called my husbands cell phone (while we were standing in front of the hostess) to cancel our reservations because of the heat and they decided to close early. These things by no means were the fault of you as owners of the cabin just an FYI I guess. At the end of the day your home provided us a place to be with family and make memories. Thank you!

The house was clean, cute and cozy! It was definitely a home away from home. Loved the layout and style of the house. It’s decorated beautifully. The beds are super comfortable. The open concept is great to be able to enjoy your company. The hidden gem of a game room in the garage with a tv is fun and a fabulous idea!! This property is exceptional. The hosts respond quickly and very accommodating!! I would stay here again!! Thank you for a great weekend away from home~

The home was comfortable and roomy for family to gather. The additional space is the garage a nice bonus! We thought everything was decorated so nicely and the place was very clean. The guest room with the master bed was a bit uncomfortable, but other than that everything was perfect!

Best place ever!
We are wanted to be together for the Fourth and we haven’t done a staycation before. This was such a great experience as the layout of this place was perfect for all 7 of us. The huge walk in closet in master suite was perfect for the port of crib. The decor and garage as a family room was a huge bonus. I will stay here again and highly recommend!

Spacious Cabin
This is our 4th place we've stayed at Bridges Bays Condos and Cabins. This one had great afternoon shade and large living quarters. Very nicely decorated, just like home. The owners were very responsive on the one text sent. Great place.

June 2019 Vacation
Nice open floor plan with very comfortable beds and roomy bedrooms. It rained most of the time we were there, but the garage with the Wii game, TV, corn hole game, and ping pong table helped to save the day. We didn't use the water park as much as we thought we would, but the kids loved it. Large building (maybe condo garages?) behind the patio and back yard offers more privacy than most of the homes. If you like to fish, try Spirit Lake. There is a nice parking area within the neighborhood to keep your boat. If you like to eat out on Friday or Saturday, make reservations way ahead of time. The Ritz is a great place to eat pizza and sandwiches with a great view of the lake. Don't forget the Arnolds Park amusement rides and all of the unique, small gift shops around town. Home was nicely decorated and I would definitely come back for another vacation. The only thing I recommend is new shower liners due to the mildew in the bottom hem. I would also have a company check out the dryer (maybe the dryer vent leading to outside needs cleaned?) as it took a long time for clothes to dry. Very nice washing machine with an ample supply of detergent and dryer sheets. Thank you for sharing your home with us! You are so fortunate!

Beautiful house close to amenities!
We all enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated house. A real bonus was the 6 free daily waterpark passes, which the grandkids thought was awesome. The house has spacious storage, and the attached garage was great for our grandkids to play in. The back patio with grill is a great place to sit outside. Close to lots of attractions, this is a wonderful place to stay!

OUTSTANDING PROPERTY!!!!!
We booked on short notice for Labor Day weekend, the house was all new with a ton of nice added touches. We've rented other units in the Bridges Bay area and this is by far the best we've ever stayed at. Owner was very responsive on email and cell phone. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking to enjoy the Okoboji experience!

New, clean and plenty of room
We (5 adults and 2 kids) really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is new, clean, and nicely decorated. There was plenty of room for everyone, and it was all on one level. Free passes to the pools and water park were a plus! The owner (Nathan) responded to e-mail inquiries promptly. We would stay there again if we vacationed in the area.

Excellent Home & Owners
We recently enjoyed a vacation to Lake Okoboji and couldn't be happier with our decision to stay at this new cabin. The owners were excellent to communicate with and made sure that we enjoyed our stay in their home away from home. The cabin was a perfect fit for us and is gorgeous. We look forward to returning to this cabin next year!
