Christopher II was a great house for our extended family trip. There are beds for everyone. A great kitchen and a wonderful outdoor space. Plenty of room for everyone without ever feeling cramped. The house as clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need.

We had an amazing family trip to this beautiful home. The house was the perfect layout for our family with 2 large downstairs bedrooms. The kitchen is so well stocked with cooking supplies and multiple refrigerators allowed for storage of everything. The pool and lake are beautiful and we enjoyed being outside all weekend. It is easy to get to with super convenient boat ramp. We will definitely be staying here again.

Its hard to put into words what an amazing spot this is. The house was immaculate inside, the grounds and pool were well cared for, and the boat house and dock looked brand new. We were an extended family, four couples and 5 kids and everyone had room to spread out, relax and enjoy the space. From late night fishing off the dock to coffee by the pool in the morning, to family movies in the living room to karaoke by the pool in the afternoon to just admiring the view of the Lake (the other side of the Lake is completely wild, no development at all-really special). As a family we are already planning a return trip next summer!

This Kingsland, Texas property exceeded expectations. We had a multi generation family gathering of 13 people. There is ample indoor and outdoor gathering space. We spent a lot of time outdoors in the pool and hot tub and just sipping drinks on the patio--great views! The house is well stocked with kitchen and bar ware--we cooked each day and every pot/pan/dish/utensil was provided. Beds and baths are well appointed; the master suite is luxurious and the bunk room boasts lights and charging stations for each bed. The entire house was spotless when we arrived. This is a good location with lots to do within driving distance. We enjoyed Luckenbach, local vineyards and hiking. Several restaurants are within walking distance from BBQ to Mexican to fresh donuts. The management company was very communicative and answered questions promptly. Any minor issue we had was resolved very quickly--which is rare. We would definitely stay here again!

This beautifully appointed house is set up for the perfect getaway for big families. The view is amazing and the owners have thought of everything to make your stay extremely comfortable! The kitchen is very well appointed but would recommend stopping off at the very close by H-E-B (2 minutes away) to pick up a couple bags of ice because there is not an ice maker. What a wonderful luxury having King beds in all 4 bedrooms (5th bedroom is an awesome bunk room). We loved the open floor plan and the great seating arrangement so everyone can relax together. The pool was a huge bonus to have as well. The water trampoline and kayaks were fun amenities enjoyed by all. The garage is full of indoor and outdoor games.....more toys to play with than time! The propane grill made dinners so easy! Casey at Front Desk kept us updated on a new pier ladder and a pool light being replaced early on in our stay. Both done quickly and most efficiently! An excellent property management team! There is something for everyone to enjoy at this house. We have already recommended this house to several friends and our family can’t wait to visit here again!

We had a great time at this house for our girls weekend. The views are amazing. The pool is perfect! The house is big, roomy and clean. We were a group of 12 girls with more than enough room to spread out and enjoy ourselves.

Long weekend family vacation
Christopher II was a great place for our family vacation. The property was ideal for all ages. Location on the river was awesome; definitely already considering a return stay at this property!!

Went a night and half of a day without HVAC on a day when temps were in the 90’s without any consideration from the owners on the rate for the day. There were flies everywhere which is a nuisance but expected on a lake.

Perfection
Absolutely amazing! We had the best time in this whimsical property. Everything you can possibly need for a perfect lake house vacation was available. Fully loaded kitchen, grill, smoker, games, tv, pool, hot tub and breathtaking views! We heated the pool and were able to enjoy the outdoors despite the weather (it rained during our stay). The grocery store is conveniently located 5 minutes away. The property was pristine and absolutely gorgeous. This is the perfect place to make long lasting memories.

First time that I’ve ever rented from Vrbo and i had an absolutely great experience. The house was incredibly beautiful and Jon/Casey were very prompt to respond with any questions & concerns i had. I was shocked at how many kitchen supplies they offered as well as towels/trash bags/toilet paper. We brought extra and didn’t have to use any. You could tell the house was deep cleaned as well. The washer had a DR error code on Saturday & Casey responded to my call immediately. She was polite, helpful &!reassured me I wouldn’t be charged for the unexpected error. Overall I had a positive experience with these renters & would rent from them again in the future. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to anyone who stays in the area!
