Notre HOA vient de subir une vaste rénovation extérieure de plusieurs millions de dollars de la propriété (nouvelle façade, piscine, bains à remous, salle de fitness) ainsi que la rénovation des couloirs intérieurs. Nous sommes à 5 minutes à pied de la télécabine. Rangez vos skis dans notre casier à ski privé et marchez jusqu'à la télécabine le matin pour une belle journée de ski à Ajax. Notre complexe possède l'une des meilleures grandes piscines extérieures ouvertes toute l'année d'Aspen, deux superbes bains à remous et une salle de remise en forme. Les enfants (et les adultes) adorent les piscines et les baignoires. L'été à Aspen est incroyable.
Notre terrasse surplombe la piscine extérieure toute l'année et les bains à remous et vous pouvez parler à vos amis dans la piscine depuis notre terrasse. La chambre principale avec salle de bain privée a un lit queen. La chambre d'amis avait 2 lits jumeaux. Nous avons également 2 matelas queen gonflables pour les enfants.

4 adults stayed here a couple weekends ago, and loved several aspects - the walkability to downtown Aspen, the pool/hot tub, direct access into the unit, and the fact that we were on the end corner of the building. There is no AC, which was OK as even on during a hot Aspen week, the air cooled down a bit at night. Would be a squeeze with more than 4 adults, and the single beds were a bit stiff, but other than that loved the unit!

My teens and I had a great stay at Tricia's home. She was very helpful during our check-in process; the home is in a prime location for everything in Aspen. We walked up the road and picked up local bikes several times - they are free for the first 30 min! My kids enjoyed being able to walk everywhere and take the buses to more remote locations for hikes and adventure. If you want to paddle board, I highly recommend talking to Sam at Aspen Whitewater Rafting.

We loved our stay in this wonderful condo. Everything was just as advertised, and the location was perfect for us. We were traveling light, so we appreciated and used: some pantry items on hand, supplies for doing laundry, and grocery bags in the closet. The weather was perfect, and we enjoyed hearing the young families playing in the pool in the afternoon. Great setting! We hope to book this condo again!

Accurate description, wonderful location to be able to walk everywhere, and exceptionally clean! Only complaint is that the condo was warm. Some ceiling fans would have helped a ton but overall it was a great price and very pleased!

Cozy Christmas in Aspen
This condo is in a perfect location for us. The 2nd floor end unit offered a feeling of being in the treetops and lots of light. Very convenient to the hot tubs which we enjoyed. We made fires every night and the abundant well seasoned wood was great. It's very cozy but with plenty of space. We ate in every day and appreciated the proximity of City Market. The kitchen could use some updating but had plenty of everything we needed. The bathrooms had been been recently updated and the heated floor in the master bath was very welcome on cold mornings.

This property is a great value, in very good condition and a pedestrian friendly location. Three of us stayed here for a 5 day visit to Aspen. We took Ubers/Taxis to and from the airport, walked to the gondola and buses, and never felt like we needed a car. The Aspent Mtn gondola is about a 10 minute walk, the bus service to Snowmass/Highlands/Buttermilk is also super convenient (also about a 10 minute walk)The exterior of the complex buildings were recently renovated and look fresh and updated. The pool area and hot tubs were working and serviceable, though not quite as spiffy as the buildings. The living room of the unit actually looks better in person than in the photos.The kitchen, while not being super modern, has everything you could imagine needing - it's my favorite kind of vacation rental kitchen, with the cooking love of all previous residents expressed through an overflowing pantry of spices and wine glasses, tumblers, kitchen gadgets, etc. from various bars, restaurants and special dinners gone by.If you're looking for ultra luxury in the center of town, this isn't it, but it is a really great rental at a great price to which we would definitely return.

Worked very well
Very pleasant stay. Instructions for access to unit and amenities very clear and thorough. Kitchen was well equipped. Bathrooms nicely updated.Just be aware that the master bedroom bed is queen size. All and all it fit our needs quite well.

Fabulous Condominium
We have been staying here for years and this is a perfect place for family and friends. It is obviously well maintained and improvements have been made that demonstrate a level of care and pride that the owners have in their home. The condo has great amenities that make staying there easy. It is a 5 minute walk in ski boots to the Ajax gondola!!! It is also close to the grocery store and restaurants. The condo complex recently underwent a renovation and it looks amazing. This unit is located close to the pool and hot tub, which is ideal for when it's cold and you want to run from the pool back to a warm location!! The communication with the Victoria and Tricia is perfect!! I look forward to many more great family vacations at this wonderful condominium!!

Cozy Perfect Place
I usually stay at my friend's house in Snowmass, but his son rented it out this week after we had booked our tickets. I was looking for a reasonable priced place for my friend, myself & my teen aged daughter.
The place was perfect, only a 10 minute walk to the mall or Gondola, easy parking, nicely furnished unit. The unit clearly has been redone at some point, nice bathrooms, radiant heat floors, etc. The complex is undergoing a refurb inside and out, looks to be about 80% done, this did not impede us in any way. Great hot tubs & pool.

Main bed needs replacing (super firm). Renovation phase means noise and not being able to access outside things such as balcony, walkways, etc, plus several workers close to unit.

What else could you want?
Comfortable, clean, cozy and tucked into a corner of town - it fit exactly what I wanted. Did the hot tub while snowing, ordered good food for delivery so we didn't have to leave at night and walked around town in a postcard setting-- and we don't even ski ! An economic value, good photo ops and I'd go back in a heartbeat.

Incredible Quiet Place with Great Access and Value
I had a party of 3 that stayed in this condo for 4 days but even more room. Great access to bus route to Aspen Mountain and more convenient than walking even though you could do it. Also an easy walk to town and grocery store even in Winter. Everything worked well. Quiet place away from crowds. Great beds for sleep. Victoria and Tamara were very helpful and made the visit clear and easy. Will go back.

Aspen Family Vacation
This is a nice condo, walking distance to the Gondola and town with a great outdoor pool and hot tub area. We had some issues with the second bathroom and barking dogs next door and below us, but the management company handled our complaints quickly. If you're looking for luxury this is not for you, however this condo gets the job done at a reasonable price (for Aspen). We had a great vacation!

Great base for skiing
This condo worked out really well for us. We had a party of 4 guys. We wanted to be close to skiing and close to good nightlife and restaurants and we did not want to rent a car. This was perfect. Very comfy condo. The wifi, kitchen, beds, TV were all great. Quiet at night when you wanted to get some sleep. Big heated pool and 2 or 3?) hot hot jacuzzis about 100 feet away. A 10 minute 5-6 block easy walk puts you at the base of Aspen Mountain for ski rentals and immediate access to the Aspen Mountain gondola. If you wanted to go ski at Aspen Highlands or Snowmass, then just store your skis at this base, then change into your ski boots there and jump on the free shuttles with your skis to the resort you want. The same walk at night gets you to the restaurants. There is a great market towards town only about 3-4 blocks away which has all types of food and drink if you want to spent the evening at home. We all thought it was a perfect setup. I'd go back in a minute. The only negative, and it has nothing to do with the condo, is that Aspen is relatively isolated with a small high (7800 ft or so) airport surrounded by mountains. Flying in and out is a dice roll; significant snowfall and poor visibility (which is what you pray for at least sometimes on a ski trip) led to cancellations of our, and many other, departing flights, and we had to rebook out of Denver to LAX, and we made the 5 hour drive to Denver Int'l in a one-way rental car for $225. But even that ended up being part of the adventure and it all worked out. Next time I might fly into Eagle (about 1 hr 20 mins away, bigger airport, more reliable but obviously not as convenient. That is the only thing i MIGHT do differently, esp if you HAVE to get back to work and/or you have little kids.

Great place to stay during Aspen Food & Wine Classic!
We were fortunate to stay here during the Aspen Food & Wine Classic. The location was great..we were able to park the car in the lot and walk to all the events. Being able to pick up groceries at City Market, right down the street, was very convenient, as well as getting deli items at the butcher shop next door to the market. The updated bathrooms are so nice and we enjoyed the rain type showers. The kitchen had everything we needed, and it was nice to have all the basic panty supplies available to use. You can hear the neighbors, so if you want extreme quiet, it might not be the place for you. Dave was very accommodating, and available by text, and helped me during the reservation process as well as checking in with us after we arrived. He also saved me with a quick unlocking when I got locked out. You will enjoy staying here.

AMAZING CONDO CLOSE TO TOWN
I have stayed at this condo a number of times and each time it gets better. Dave and Tricia are wonderful owners and they do everything they can to make your stay be amazing. It is obvious that they put a lot of hard work into upkeeping their home and making it comfortable for guests. They recently updated both bathrooms and they turned out great. They also have everything you would need to entertain and cook at the condo. The condo is clean and well maintained. It is in a great location and easily accesible to downtown Aspen. A quick 5-6 minute walk will get you to where you need to go. You also have a great pool and hot tub right on the property.

Everything we were looking for!
Being assigned the task of finding a great condo for 4 girls with different tastes can sometimes be a bit of a chore, but once I connected with Dave at Chateau Roaring Fork, the process was smooth sailing! In town to enjoy Jazz Aspen Snowmass, this condo offered everything we were looking for: 1) walking distance to the epi-center of town, including easy shuttle/bus access to the concert and to Snowmass, 2) close to all the great restaurants and nightlife, yet quiet enough to enjoy some relaxing time by the pool, and 3) a great kitchen for making delicious dinners, fully equipped and stocked with all the basic spices and oils one would need. (Trust me, this is a huge convenience!). The condo is spacious, comfortable, and kept impeccably clean. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Aspen.

Great location, layout and pool
Went to Aspen with two girl friends for a ski week. The location of the condo is perfect. Walked to Gondola and/or bus stop every morning and into town for dinner every night. The condo is clean, comfortable and has the perfect open plan layout. The owner, Dave, was super accomodating and very easy to deal with. There were lots of towels, kitchen supplies and even a basket full of toiletries in each bathroom.
The two hot tubs and outdoor heated pool were wonderful.
The common area/staircase is a bit worn, unlike the well-mainted interior of the condo. I would stay there again.

comfy and cosy apartment in Aspen
The previous reviews of this apartment are accurate. The furnishings , bedding and facilities are all first class and the convenience to town makes it good value. Walking the 6-9 minutes to the bus terminal or gondola saves a lot of $$$ compared with staying on the snow. We didnt catch a bus once as the town is walking distance and the Supermarket and some restaurants are only 2-3 blocks away. We enjoyed the various cooking items left in the pantry, and we left some booze and breakfast items for the next tenant ! I would not hesitate in booking this next time we come to Aspen.

Affordable Gem in Aspen
Our group was six mid-twenty year old friends looking for an affordable place close to downtown- this condo was way more than we expected! Dave was an excellent host - helping us every step of the way and even being on call for our four night stay. To our surprise the X Games were this weekend too! This condo is right by a bus stop that takes you anywhere you want to go and you can definitely walk ten minutes to downtown Aspen too! The condo has plenty of room for six - more may be pushing it but with a fireplace, jacuzzis and heated pool outside you feel just at home. TV works great, kitchen is fully stocked and Dave's area guide gives you great pointers - Definitely visit Pine Creek Coohouse for the sleigh ride too. Thank you Dave for making our trip easy - we had a great time!

My husband and I and an adult daughter stayed in this condo for a week while visiting our son who lives in Aspen. This 2nd floor condo was very comfortable, and had every item you could need already there ex. all kitchen staples, toiletries, games, pamphlets and magazines on things to do in & around Aspen, etc. It seemed like staying at a friend's home, not a rental unit actually, which we liked. It is a corner unit, so you have more windows and extra outside covered porch area. The large fireplace was great for the very cold nights , and firewood was available on the property for guests to use. The 2 humidifiers were much appreciated, since we are from Georgia & not used to the dryness, and we kept them running 24/7.
This property is close enough to town to walk everywhere, with City Market grocery a couple of blocks away. If you don't want to walk, a free city bus stops across the street from the entrance to the complex very frequently. The location is in a quiet residential area near a creek/river behind the complex. There is a heated pool and hot tub beside this building which we used & enjoyed.
The owners have put lots of pegs on the hallway walls very handy for hanging the many layers we had to wear, and have an inner foyer area to keep wet boots & ski apparel to dry.
Overall, we found this condo to be perfectly comfortable & met all of our needs during our stay. We spoke with Dave,the owner a couple of times with questions & he was very helpful, also gave recommendations of things to do.
We would definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Aspen.
