We had a truly fabulous stay at your property. We were visiting family so sadly we were only there to sleep and have breakfast but our time there was the easiest and very relaxing with everything we needed!!! Thank you so.very much!!!

Beautiful home in a wonderful neighborhood. Back of home faces east looking onto a golf course. Enjoyed the morning sun & lounging on the patio. It was also a shady retreat to enjoy the afternoons & evenings. Great neighborhood for walking. Close to all kinds of restaurants/entertainment/sports. Home is super comfortable & well furnished for your every need. Our host was easy to contact if needed. We would certainly stay again! Thank you for your hospitality!

This property exceeded our expectations in every way. Fully stocked kitchen, with spices and extras in the pantry, very comfy beds, wonderful relaxing patio with BBQ and firepit. We had breakfast watching the golfers every morning. Host was fabulous too and everything was well thought out like they anticipated your every need.

We had an excellent experience renting this property. Camille is awesome, easy to work with and very responsive to our concerns. The house is beautifully remodeled and had all the amenities as advertised. For our needs, the location was great. I will recommend this house to anyone traveling to Sun City. Our favorite activity was sitting on the patio in the morning, having coffee and watching the golfers go by. We hope to be back soon.

Clean and comfortable we all had a relaxing experience in a quiet neighborhood

The house was clean, cozy, and it had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The communication with the property owner was excellent. The check in process was simple.

AMAZING home! Absolutely all the necessary amenities and more! Beautiful patio! Board games provide a new favorite for the family! Can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was!!

My husband and I have been renting homes in Phoenix (mostly Sun City) for many years as our three grown children and grandson live there. This home was by far the best equipped of any we’ve stayed at. It was clean, cozy and very inviting.

Loved staying at this home away from home! Did a week but would have gone way longer. Location was great with easy access to the high way and close to many things, also had all the amenities needed for just about anything a home would have!

Nicely updated home for easy living

We enjoyed our stay and will be back! We were two couples who came to Sun City to golf. The house was centrally located, in a nice neighborhood and was fully stocked. It had several personal touches and was very clean. The owners were very easy to communicate with and go out of their way to make you feel at home.

Our family stayed here for a week, over the holidays. There were 5 of us, and the house fit us all very comfortably in the 3 bedrooms. The house was updated and well appointed. What really stood out was all of the details that were taken care of in the house that made it just like living at home. Unlike many houses, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook in every day. Little touches like having Keurig coffee pods available for our use and wine glasses as gifts were unnecessary, but appreciated. We also grilled out a couple nights. The owners provided a lot of communication before our rental week and were very responsive when we had a couple questions during the week. They really cared that we had a comfortable stay. It was a great stay and we would highly recommend it.

My dad and I visited the area to watch my son play in college prospect showcase baseball tournament. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to make it a comfortable trip. There was internet issues, however Camille and Byron we very attentive and worked with the local internet company until it got resolved. It was an issue out of their control so the attentiveness was greatly appreciated as I needed to do some work on your trip. This was the first trip my dad has taken since my mom passed away a year half ago. This was his first experience with VRBO and all he kept saying was “I feel like the rich and famous staying here”. Thank you for making the first trip without mom an enjoyable one.

By far the best experience we’ve had in our 6 years of visiting Phoenix. The house is spacious, lovely, welcoming, and extremely well supplied with everything we could have desired. Communication with our host was superb. They were sincerely concerned that our stay should be the best possible. Thank you so much!!!

This was our second stay at this property. This year I discovered the amazing sunrise view. Once I saw the first one , I could not resist. My journal, a good cup of coffee and the view of the sunrise. I admit I am a morning person! So worth getting up for this morning show on the east patio. A little chilly? Just turn on the fire pit table. So cozy. Camille is pleasant and eager to do whatever will make our visit perfect. Loved our time in Sun City again this year!

Property was well decorated and well supplied. Is was a good experience.

This is a beautifully appointed home in Sun City. Lots and lots of thoughtful details. We held a family Thanksgiving for 14 - chose the property specifically because the kitchen looked (and was spacious and well laid out with an oven large enough to handle the crowd. We did have to bring in an extra table and chairs from a relative who lives in the area, but other than that we had everything we needed. The patio and propane fire table were a nice treat on a surprisingly chilly Thanksgiving evening. We would rent this house again in a heartbeat!

We rented this home last minute due to a sudden death in the family. Usually, we do a lot of research due to the fact that one of us is confined to a wheelchair. Our apprehension disappeared as soon as we walked in. If you forgot something, you’ll find it’s already there. The location is perfect for whatever you need or want to do. Everything in the house is user-friendly. No wondering if you messed something up. You can sit out in the patio and watch golfers as they play the 9th hole-very friendly atmosphere. Even though we were not there on a pleasure trip, we found many amenities that we had not found in other rentals who advertise as wheelchair-accessible and come up very short. We can only hope that this house is available on our next trip.

Loved this place.. a real attention to detail. It was just as described, the patio is awesome and the golf so convenient. It couldn’t have been better.
