Assistez aux courses pendant la journée et revenez au chalet romantique pour profiter d'un magnifique coucher de soleil sur le lac sur le pont! Vous pouvez attacher votre bateau sur le quai et vous détendre sur le pont surplombant le lac. Grande pêche au large du quai et une zone fabuleuse pour aménager et prendre un peu de soleil.

Hubby and I celebrated our anniversary here, we had such a wonderful stay! Location is perfect, quick to get to most restaurants, miniature golf and not far from downtown.
Within a quick walk, we sat by the waterfront and enjoyed the views.

We overall liked the stay, however, the communication with the owner was a much longer delay than we typically receive with other owners. While the place was spacious, the layout was odd and easily could've fit a second bedroom. We did find socks from a previous stay too.

The cottage was very cozy & cute! My 16-year-old slept on the couch bed in the living room and said it was very comfortable. I loved the main bedroom; it was so bright and comfy as well. This cottage was perfect for trip.

It provided me a safe place to stay. Coffee was not suitable for morning coffee (pods were salty and sweet).
House is close to all of the places I wanted to go.

I scheduled this visit to attend the Hot Springs Spyder Rally but, I wanted the quiet a house would provide over a hotel. This place is just that. It is conveniently located near everything I needed yet gave me the quiet and privacy I prefer. I was hoping for a better view of the lake from the house but that is the only thing that wasn’t perfect for me.

This place was cozy. The kingsize bed was soft that my partner had the best sleep in ages. There’s two TVs. One in the living room and one in the bedroom. I wish both of these had accounts logged in from the host on them so we can stream whatever. The one in the living room was logged into Netflix luckily and the one in the bedroom was logged into Prime.
The view from the bedroom was amazing! It stormed the first night we got there.
One thing I disliked was the orange blanket on the bed seemed to be used outside prior to our arrival and had leaves/nature on there that got all over the bed. Also, my partner found strands of hair that wasn’t mine on the bed.
Aside from this, this was a great stay!
Note: The door in the picture was orange but the one we had was black.

Great stay overall! Housr was the perfect size for the 2 of us. Just 5-10 minute drive to town. Kitchen was fully stocked if you want to cook or grill. It was a great visit!

This cute cabin was perfect for our family of three. Plenty of space to spread out and the house had everything we needed. The patio was a great place to hang out and enjoy the beautiful view and lovely weather. The location was close to anything we wanted to do which was a plus. Loved the comfort of staying in a home versus a hotel 😊 also really liked having the privacy/quiet of a freestanding home over a condo. We would definitely book again!

The place was very cute and cozy and quiet. Tons of room. Perfect location as far as close to all the main restaurants. Right down the road from the casino and everything else in Hot Springs.

Great house. Loved the deck and grill. Sitting on the dock in the evening was lovely.
Communication was so easy and we even requested fuel for the grill (was empty upon arrival) and a replacement was changed out quickly.
We had no problems and really enjoyed our stay. Do not hesitate to book this property.

Very comfortable house. It was extremely clean and well furnished. The bed was very comfortable. The location could NOT have been better! Close to everything, but yet out of the “main drag” traffic. Right on the lake, with a lake view. We stayed in cabin #4. The other 3 are even closer to the water. I very much recommend the property! Probably the most comfortable cabin we have ever stayed at.

Communication with the host was very easy. We thought the location was just perfect, able to get into downtown Hot Springs in under 10 minutes. The home was just off the main road, Central, so getting places was quite easy.
The description of the home was very accurate. The one thing I would update, however, was the swimability and lake access. The deck they have for the 4 homes on the property is nice. But the ladder to get into the lake is not bolted to the deck so easily can come off. Also, the home is right at the back of the cove/finger so the water wasn't moving much and looked a bit unappealing to swim in. So, we did not end up swimming at all as we had planned.
The home itself was very nice. The furniture that was in there was also nice. The price was great too. While we knew what to expect at the home, I think a few things could be added so guests have a slightly better experience at the house.
A few suggestions: there is only one couch for seating; another large chair or loveseat with be nice. In the bathoom there is no towel bar to actually hang any towels once you have used them and want to hang up to dry; an upgrade to the single ply toilet paper would also be welcomed. While the fridge has a built in icemaker it is broken so you have to make your own icecubes. In the bedroom there is no available closet (I think it is the locked door) so there is no way to hang up clothes; a garment rack would be a nice addition; larger nightstands would also be good.

The rooms were large enough to accommodate over 20 people for dinner. We took some extra folding chairs and a couple of card tables. Even though it rained for a while, we all enjoyed our visits inside. After the rain several people enjoyed the large deck. This place is phenomenal, and the hosts were very accommodating. You wanted for nothing because they thought of everything—even two soap pods for the washing machine. I would have liked to be able to see the lake more clearly. I think some of the lower tree branches could be trimmed back. The perfect place for our family gathering!

This place was great for us. It was nice and clean, check in and check out was a breeze and the location was perfect.
We came in for the weekend for just a little get away and spent a day at the track and hit a couple of restaurants and everything we were interested in, was within 5-10 minutes.
We loved it and I'm sure we'll be back.

Great spot, just as listed. We stayed a weekend to enjoy the Arkansas Derby. Easy to get in and out, quiet, simple comfort. We enjoyed sleeping with the windows open, listening to birds, fresh air.
Bed is comfortable, large king size pillows. No closet to hang garments but bathroom/laundry room combo has adequate space & hangers.
Kitchen is stocked with drip coffee maker and single serve coffee maker but no coffee so bring your own. Plenty of pans, baking sheets, grill utensils, dishes and assortment of fun glassware.
Patio was great for star gazing, too! Very nice outdoor space.

This is my 2nd stay. I live close, but still need a quick reset to push through whatever is going on in life. I extended my stay this time. Total of 5 nights. I turned 40 on the 4th and didn't celebrate. I'm doing my own.. relaxing and binge watching. Peaceful ✌️

This cabin is located in a great neighborhood and very conveniently located near town. I did think the listening made it seem as though the property was directly on the water, but it’s a little farther than what the listing/pictures make it seem. Overall, we had a great trip, and enjoyed our stay.

Area was perfect and close to everything. The only thing I was disappointed in was I felt the pictures were a little misleading and it is not a private dock area- but a common area shared by the 4 cottages that are on the lot. We were not able to enjoy due to #3 tenants and their dogs. Dogs would bark anytime we were outside and down by the area (they were kept on the cabin deck). We would often hear them in the mornings running around barking and being chased by their owner. We are dog lovers (we have 3-at home) but this was just not the relaxing getaway we were looking for to celebrate our 20th anniversary.

I honestly can't even explain the level of relaxation that my family experienced. My husband loved the scenery. My daughter loved the lake and I loved the hot springs and hikes. We will be back for sure.

The pictures are deceiving, the lake part is not behind the house as pictured it’s actually a shared space between 4 houses. That’s why we decided on this one so if you wanting that this is definitely not the spot for you. When we got there it wasn’t very clean and there were so many ants! The cottage definitely needs work and the bed was horrible. Overall we had a great time as a family but for what we paid we might as well have went to a hotel. The owners are there constantly and it makes you feel watched. There were random people on the property and the kids couldn’t play out back as they had cars parked there. For two days in a row we woke up to people mowing and while on vacation we didn’t want to be woke up to that. Also they control the temperature and that was not ok.
