Hale Ko Cottage - 2 Master Suite Cottage with AC in Poipu
Hale Ko est un cottage indépendant d'un étage récemment rénové situé au cœur du complexe de Poipu Kai. Il comprend deux suites climatisées avec une chambre principale. Internet a été mis à niveau au débit le plus rapide, 300 Mbps, proposé par notre fournisseur de services. Il existe également un nouveau routeur haute vitesse qui prend en charge la vitesse du câble et augmente la portée bien au-delà de la piscine. La cour a un barbecue, une table à manger, une vue sur la montagne et la production de bananiers et est clôturée avec un beau mur de pierre de lave. En dehors de la porte de Hale Ko se trouve la passerelle tropicale de la ceinture de verdure. Dirigez-vous vers l'ouest jusqu'à Poipu & Brennecke's Beach ou vers l'est pour Shipwreck's Beach en face du Grand Hyatt Resort, à 10 minutes à pied dans un sens ou dans l'autre. Great location, easy directions, short walking distance to beach, restaurants close by, nice pool plus the athletic club, nice layout of the cottage. Did reach out to property manager regarding air filters in all air conditioners were all dirty. All the air conditioners looked like they had black mold. We do have pictures. Management said it was mildew still have a hard time accepting that it was mildew. Management was quick to respond and did have someone come out and clean all three of them. The air conditioner in the kitchen is rusted on the outside. All the air conditioners are very loud and it was very hard to sleep. Owners might want to consider upgrading to something else. One of the bathrooms was not cleaned, 2 light bulbs were out in the bathroom. There was cigarette butts in the drink holders of the beach chairs. Need a more sturdier umbrella to use at the beach and a couple of the beach chairs need to be replaced.

The house was lovely and had everything we needed and more. It was close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants. And the kids loved the swimming pool! Thank you for sharing your house with us. We hope to be back!

We loved our stay at Hale Ko Cottage. The location and the cottage were perfect! Mele, the manager of the cottage, was so kind, helpful and very responsive with her communication. Poipu Beach is about a 10" walk from the beautiful cottage. We would definitely stay there again!

The Hale Ko Cottage location is perfect for enjoying the Poipu Beach area and the greenway walking path. Vicki and her Poipu 365 staff responded to all issues efficiently and in a timely manner. My wife and I are picky people and properties could always be cleaner and have more updated furniture in the living areas. The beds were comfortable and we had no problem sleeping. Hale Ko cottage is a great value and you definitely get a nice cottage for the money.

The layout of the cottage is perfect, with a master suite on either side of the living, dining, and kitchen areas running the length of the house. This allows for privacy and staggered sleeping schedules.
Vicki and team were easy to reach, gracious, and considerate; we’d be glad to rent from them again.
Indoor and outdoor spaces are spacious, and we found all the small kitchen appliances we needed. We much appreciated the beach equipment, laundry area with soap, and many more thoughtful details in the construction and preparation of the house, such as sliding doors for more breeze and slanted window blinds for less breeze, and an ice-maker in the freezer. The walking distances noted in the listing are correct. We spent more time than expected in the house (due to rain) and felt comfortable throughout.

Da place was good, but da tv/cable gotta be fixed…because hard for figure out… and da beds is anodda story… ho da ting too soft, time fo buy new ones…we all goin home wit sore backs…and da pillows were hauna…we had to wash em with Clorox! Odda den dat, we give dis place a 2 tums up! Aloha!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. It was super convenient being so close to Poipu Beach and the shops around the area. It was a perfect place to stay with friends because each couple had their own room and space, and the living room was a nice area to hang out.
The one negative was that the place smelled pretty strongly like cigarette smoke when we arrived. The property management was responsive and dropped off some spray to get rid of the smell. It helped, but did not get rid of the lingering smoke smell completely. The property management was nice when responding, however, I received automated messages intermittently throughout the conversation. Not sure if it's just a problem with their system, but it was hard to tell if I was talking to an actual person when trying to resolve the problem.

We had four generations on a family vacation. We rented this house and the second house available on the street. We were able to walk to the beach. We had family dinner and BBQ most nights. The house was clean, the kitchen was great, the garage was stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. Having laundry made a huge difference. The property texted when we arrived and was responsive to anything we needed, including questions about recycling and even where to get a pedicure! We will stay here again and highly recommend!

We stayed with our adult children. the split Master Bedrooms were perfect for privacy. we really loved being able take a short to restaurants and beaches. the house is well equipped. We suggest you take an inventory of spices and such before shopping.

The cottage is beautifully decorated with two master suites thoughtfully laid out for convenience and privacy. The washer and dryer are large capacity and a nice, convenient addition.
If you want to cook your own meals, the kitchen is well stocked including spices. All the amenities of home are included such as blow dryers, laundry soap , beach towels, beach chairs, coolers and water toys!
An air conditioning unit is located inside each room, along with ceiling fans and keeps the cottage comfortable. Note: the AC units are noisy and some people may find this disruptive to their sleep.
You cannot beat the location, beautiful landscaping and backyard (and the colorful, curious geckos). We hope to return again soon.

The condo was exactly as listed, with everything you could possibly need for your vacation. We missed having a quiet area to sit outside and enjoy coffee in the mornings as the road traffic could sometimes be a lot. However, the walking path was only a few feet away and directly between Poipu beach and Shipwreck beach, which was great. We walked to both beaches daily. We did not use the grill or back area at all due to massive spidar webs. This is no fault to the owners, just what you get with fruit trees in Hawaii! All in all a nice, affordable place to spend your time on southern Kauai.

Everything about my stay here was perfect. The layout of the cottage was ideal for two couples. The beds was super comfortable. The location was ideal for the beach, food and multiple adventures. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The home was nice, comfortable and as listed. However, there was a pungent sour smell in the drawers and cupboards that made the dishes smell. We were disappointed that one of the showers didn't have a shower curtain for the first 2 or 3 days because there was no pole to hang it on. One of the caretakers came and dropped a pole at the door and expected us to put it on; however it was too big and took them another day or two to bring one that, although it didn't fit properly it sufficed. Up until we had the shower curtain, every time we showered, we had to clean up water off the floor. It would have been appreciated to have this remedied before our arrival. It would have been nice to be made aware that there would also be others using the laundry in the cottage that we rented. Overall, we appreciated our stay, but a few tweaks would have made it a 5/5.

Hale Ko cottage is a great property, close to beaches and restaurants. The only downside would be the road noise, but there is nothing the owners can do about that. Already booked for next year. Thanks Vicki!

There’s a a great coffee shop down the road (Little Fish) but the only downside for longer stays is there isn’t a grocery store super close. There were 2 couples and we felt very we had a lot of privacy with the master suites.

Beautiful Island, Super Fun House
This property was everything it said it would be and more! It was very comfortable and had all the amenities needed to make our stay extra fun. We enjoyed the location and restaurants in the area. The beach was great with the local turtles hanging out with us on the beach. It was a great time and we hope to be back.

The Cottage was great as it had two master suites. This allowed both couples to have their own space. It was close enough to town and also allowed us easy travel to the East and Canyons.
