Nous avons un pêne dormant à code sur la porte d'entrée, vous n'avez donc pas à vous soucier de jongler / perdre des clés pour la propriété.
Les enfants adoreront faire des anges et des forts de neige dans la cour avant de notre terrain de 0,7 acre. Les chiens apprécieront la porte de chien qui mène à l'immense terrasse en bois rond et à une cour clôturée de 5 pieds de haut.
A l'étage a une chambre principale avec un lit king, une salle de bain complète, cuisine, salle à manger et salon. Au rez-de-chaussée se trouvent 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain complètes. 2 avec lits queen et un avec un lit superposé complet. Tous les lits ont des draps en flanelle et des couettes en duvet. Nous gardons également une alternative à portée de main.
La maison dispose d'une cuisine en hickory entièrement équipée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, une immense cheminée en pierre dans le salon rempli de bois de chauffage, 4 télévisions LCD avec câble et HBO & Cinemax, des centaines de rayons blu et DVD avec son surround, PS3, un barbecue, un sous-sol avec laveuse / sécheuse pleine grandeur et une salle de boue hors du garage avec beaucoup de rangement pour vos skis / planches à neige et équipement de neige.
Nous avons de la place pour les véhicules récréatifs, les motoneiges et vous pouvez garder vos voitures à l'abri des éléments dans le garage pour 2 voitures.

We had a great time at this wonderful home which accommodated all of us. The wifi helped as 2 people had to work. Your dog door was a bigger hit with the grandkids than the dog. We loved the front yard for wiffle ball. We never used the pool but had a great outing to Snow Mountain Ranch YMCA— including the dog.

This property was just what my family needed for a relaxing vacation with our puppers. The house was clean, well stocked with towels and linens and (insert dramatic pause) actually had comfortable beds! The sizable deck was a great spot morning and evening to recline and enjoy the symphony of nature. Will definitely book again!

This stay was great! The owner had great communication and answered any and all questions I had, he was kind and quick to respond.
The location was perfect, it was a quiet road but so close to everything you could need, and the shuttle to Winter Park.
The house itself was wonderful as well, and was perfect for our group. The living and kitchen areas are wonderful for a group to all be together for meals and hanging out. The mud room area was super handy for keeping all our gear safe but not getting the rest of the house full of snow!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this property. It is an easy walk to the bus to Winter Park and a great setup for relaxing. The pool club is a great perk! We had four children under 4, 6 adults and a dog staying with us and it was a perfect spot. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and very clean. We would love to stay again!

We stayed over thanksgiving. The house was perfect for our two dogs, three adults and two kids. Great outdoor space and access to the pool/hottub/club just a couple blocks away was such a bonus. It’s a great facility. The hosts were super communicative and helpful, going the extra mile when I accidentally left something behind at the house. Definitely be staying here again.

Family, friends and pups stayed and enjoyed this home. The bedrooms and bath setups allow for great privacy and sharing. The deck was amazing to relax and enjoy the quiet privacy that the house brings. The fenced in yard was such a relief to let the pups enjoy freedom. The Central location gives you easy access to the nearby towns, the home is stocked with everything you would need. games, toys etc.

We chose this central location for a family vacation. This property was even more than we could have asked for!! We enjoyed some of the area opportunities, but we spent much of our time at the property. There was so much to do right there!! I have never stayed at a property that had the kitchen so well stocked.

I enjoyed our trip and liked the location, home and patio. My only complaint was the place was not clean. There was a odor to the place and we had to clean when we got there. Tubs and bathrooms weren't cleaned well. Carpet didn't look vacuumed. It was very dusty and dishes didn't seem clean. It's unfortunate because everything else was great. Plenty of space for our family of 7.

The house was very comfortable and perfect for our pups and teens. We were able to spread out nicely. Beds were incredibly comfortable. There were a couple things broken and Eric responded and fixed them quickly. He was great to work with. Location was ideal. And the big meadow where the pups could run around was amazing. House has definitely been well-loved and that’s what I’d expect from a dog friendly rental. Highly recommend!

Nice cabin for friends meeting up at a celebration of life. Main floor is upstairs which was not an issue for our group with good mobility. Great fenced in yard area for pets and the deck is nice and sunny. A pass to the clubhouse is a plus.

One of the best attributes of this property is the enormous deck allowing us to enjoy the outdoors, the mountain views, and the the starry night sky. One surprise was that two of the bedrooms had no closets. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, and pots and pans. And if you want to watch a movie, there's an incredible library of DVDs. Some of us needed to work remotely during our stay and the wifi signal was strong and fast. The property could use a little TLC: the outdoor carpet on the deck is falling apart, indoor carpet is well-worn, and a deep clean wouldn't hurt. The location was great: close to Safeway but still able to take walks in the area and feel you're back in nature. Overall we enjoyed our family time in this spacious, mountain home.

For this trip, we had 2 families from Illinois and one from Denver. The Denver family gave us good info about the area and activities. The group did fishing, hiking and boating. We had plenty of sleeping room for our families. The deck was great and we grilled a couple of days also.

Great Family Getaway
We enjoyed spending the 4th of July weekend in Winter Park. The home was as advertised. We had some last minute change in plans and my daughter's boyfriend was able to join us last minute. He works remote, so Eric was gracious to allow us to check in early as it was available. Thanks for sharing your home with our family.

The beds were extremely comfortable - my only suggestion is for the true “master” bedroom to have the huge bed in the upstairs room moved to the master bedroom downstairs but that’s it on suggestions - everything is perfect! It was me and my husband, both of my sons and their girlfriends and our two dogs on the trip and there was more than enough space for everyone! A Great Weekend
Loved the size of the house - enough room to spread out and enjoy card playing, tv watching, dog walking, reading, and eating together. We were quite comfortable. And in the last hour of our visit, a large moose walking across the back of the property!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was really great (layout, deck, garage and back yard were awesome). The location is also great; it was easy to get to the grocery store and Winter Park resort. Would highly recommend and stay here again.

Great home away from home!
We loved our stay here! The location was great and not too far from the resort. It was so nice to have a garage for the vehicles and a warm place to leave the ski boots for the night.
There was plenty of room for our two families to stay and the house had everything we needed and more. The kids had a blast playing in the snow when we returned from the mountain too.
The clubhouse was an added bonus and everyone enjoyed the different activities there - hot tub, heated pool, ping pong and the kids played basketball forever!
This house will definitely be at the top of our list for places to return to!
