Situé à seulement 1 milles (7 pâtés de maisons) de la célèbre jetée et du centre-ville. À distance de marche du Palace Playland et des restaurants et magasins. Il s'agit d'un condo de style maison de ville de 1200 pieds carrés, 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain à l'étage et 1 chambre et salle de bain à l'étage principal. Grande terrasse avec vue directe sur la jetée et peut regarder des feux d'artifice hebdomadaires, ainsi que les plus beaux levers de soleil surplombant Old Orchard Beach. Vue sur l'océan incroyable de chaque fenêtre. 6 personnes, 2 places de parking et une laverie automatique sur place. Draps inclus et chaises de plage fournies. Property is clean and the views are priceless. This was our second stay here and despite the cooler weather, the ocean view in your lap makes up for it!
The 5 a.m. train whistle was new this year though. I’m an early riser, but I could see where that could be an issue for folks! 5 star place and owner!

My husband, daughter and my parents stayed at this property this past week and we loved it! The view and proximity to the beach was perfect. It was everything we expected and more! I fell asleep and woke up to the sound of the ocean every day! It was an easy walk to the pier and the ocean temp was surprisingly warm! My daughter loved the waves! Melanie was super nice and accommodating! I think we will be back!

The condo was perfect for a girls’ getaway—my sister and I. Great location. Super clean. Great view. Perfect spacing. Could not have asked for a better place. It was my sister’s first visit to OOB and she loved it. My 3rd visit; definitely coming back!

our family stayed in this condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. It's a clean and comfortable unit in a great location. It had everything we could need while we were there.
Melanie, the owner is quick to respond to all communications. We had a minor glitch and she was very attentive and responsive when we addressed the issue with her. We can't wait till our next visit to OOB

My husband and I plus our 18 month old daughter stayed at Melanie’s place and had a wonderful time. The proximity to the beach/the view can’t be beat. Our favorite part was enjoying coffee and breakfast on the deck each morning. We even got up early enough to watch the sunrise one day. It is an easy walk downtown to restaurants and Palace Playland. We were also a very short drive from some great restaurants in Scarborough. Melanie’s place was very clean and more than enough space for our family. We would absolutely stay again!

Beach Bliss
This well-equipped condo was perfect for our vacation: spectacular views, comfy beds, plenty of pantry space, and a fabulous deck. The location is fabulous, out the door and on the beach, literally. Super convenient parking onsite. Melanie promptly answered our questions before our visit, so we knew exactly what to bring and what to leave at home.
We loved every minute of our stay, from sunrise to moonrise over the surf!

This condo is lovely and right on the beach with beautiful ocean views. It is spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Only a few blocks to the center of town-so close enough to walk to restaurants and nightlife, but far enough away to be very quiet. We loved our stay!!!

Condo Right on Orchard Beach
ThIs 3-bedroom duplex condo Is located 3-flights up and has a full-size bunkbed on the main level and two queen-size beds each in the two bedroom (an additional flight up) on the 2nd floor. Everything in the condo is nicely proportional and appointed. The terrace overlooking the beach is sublimed. We were a party of six and fit neatly in the space. There’s no ac but you probably won’t miss it with the ocean breeze. We didn’t miss it! Who doesn’t love the sound and sight of lapping ocean??? Owners have a storage unit in the basement filled with boogie boards and beach chairs and games. Total plus!

Relaxing Escape
Enjoyed the relaxing get away, location was great. So close to the beach and also walking distance to pier and restaurants. The view was just perfect. Highly recommend.

The unit was well appointed. The location was amazing with front row sunrise views from the balcony every day. The little extras found in each bathroom and kitchen from shampoo and conditioner to sample make up remover we’re a nice touch (Something I haven’t seen with before with vacation rentals). The space was extremely clean with plenty of cleaning items to keep up with sanitizing. The owner gave great tips on activities and local eateries which was spot on for my 19 and 21 year old kids.
Each bedroom was well furnished and beds comfortable. The kitchen had all essentials for cooking a beach side family dinner and breakfast. It was such a pleasant getaway despite the current events. We truly enjoyed our stay 🙂�. Thank you so much for sharing your property with us!!

Great stay for family of 4
Great location for family with younger children — lots of activity options. Simple, elegant, tidy condo. Plenty of sleeping accommodation among the three bedrooms but could use more living space if planning to spend any real time lounging indoors rather than out on the beach or amusement center. The daytime views from condo were amazing, particularly the sunrise, and stargazing late night on the balcony was a highlight of the stay for our city-dwelling family.

The perfect beach condo
The Dube’s condo is nothing short of perfect! Extremely clean with beautiful furnishings and plenty of room for my family of 6. We loved feeling the ocean breeze blow right through the house and hearing the waves crash just outside the door. Melanie went above and beyond to make us feel welcome with snacks, drinks and even a thoughtful toy for each of my kids. One of my favorite features was the supply of beach items, chairs, tables, umbrella and boogie boards - It was so nice not to have to bring all of our stuff along with us. The proximity to downtown was perfect too, quiet but close and a great view of the fireworks.

Wonderful!
Staying at this property was an amazing experience. The beach was so close and amazing. The condo was super clean and well taken care of. The location was within easy driving distance to Portland, Cape Elizabeth and Kennebunkport. Best of all, Melanie was amazing and thoughtful. Truly the best VRBO experience we’ve had thus far. 5 stars all around and a relaxing and restoring vacation for our family!

Didn't want to leave - just perfect in every way.
Absolutely loved this property! The location is right on the coast with an easy walk to town/the pier/shopping/restaurants. It's also 20 minutes from Portland, so easy to visit or go in for dinner. The house was well equipped, clean and while everything was comfortable the bed was simply the best - I haven't slept that well in a long time! I also appreciated the owner's responsiveness, care and special touches that made the whole process very easy.
I highly recommend and really can't wait to come back and stay longer. I miss my daily walks on the beach and definitely miss the views from almost every window.
The only thing to make others aware of is that the property is on the third floor and 2 of the bedrooms are up another flight of stairs. For many this is no big deal, but if you will be traveling with someone who has mobility problems, or very young or older, you should consider this.
