This was a perfect stay for us. The house had everything we needed. The grill and the screened in back porch definitely rate 5 stars!. The house was clean and just as described, and was close to local restaurants, grocery stores, Dollar General, and Family Dollar. It was also close to the public beaches.

Unfortunately, due to family illness, we needed to cancel our trip to BSL and missed our chance to stay at this charming cottage. The owner was very understanding about our situation. We hope to try again sometime in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage has everything furnished that you could need. It was very clean and in a good neighborhood and close to the beach and restaurants. If back in the area would definitely stay here.

Our experience was phenomenal. The property was clean and even had a pack and play available for use for our toddler. We reached out to the ow er several times and he got back to us right away. I highly recommend this property. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and will definitely book there in the future.

This property was gorgeous and perfectly stationed for our trip. We loved the neighborhood, the short walk to the water, and most of all the southern hospitality and kindness. We will be visiting again and possibly retiring there.

Everything about this experience was easy. The cottage was stocked with anything you could ever need. It was quiet and peaceful. Just wonderful.

An exquisite home! So many things are handmade, reclaimed, and salvaged from historic properties, I really appreciated the art and craftsmanship that went into it. The property is shaded with oak trees just a bit off the beach. Generous supply of linens and kitchen items. Truly a special place.

This sweet cottage has so much charm. It has a New Orleans vibe throughout the home. Super clean and well stocked. We already tried to book for our 2 week trip next summer but unfortunately it’s not available. We will definitely recommend to family and friends !

This house had the neatest decor and was in a great location. It was clean and cozy and the kitchen was well stocked. We had everything we could possibly need including beach chairs and an umbrella. We will definitely be staying here again!

The home was so nice, comfortable and clean. The area was absolutely beautiful! This is a place that I would highly recommend and visit again.

We really enjoyed our time in Bay St. Louis. The house was very nice and comfy with all the amenities we needed. Checking in and checking out was very easy. Mr. Boesch was quick to respond to any questions we had. We had such a great time that we all want to go back. I will definitely check into renting this house again.

Arrived beginning of March. After a few days of balmy upper 50s/ low 60s things warmed up. Huge Azaleas blooming followed by Wisteria. Trees on fast forward budding into green. Live oaks draped with Spanish Moss. A super relaxing and active month at a charming cottage where pretty much everything is just right. Bike to the beach where water is warming up, shallow, and pale umber. Faint train whistling. Dog park 4 blocks. Dunbar fishing pier and boat launch just a few blocks. Kayaker’s dream. Comfy medium plush queen in front four poster. Firmer queen in simpler back bedroom. With pets, children, or clumsy adults you may want to put away some tchotchkes. And don’t wash the red tablecloth with the towels. Lots of options for activities: BSL antique shopping ($$); Asian (Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, Thai) food; happy beach scene and delicious fresh seafood; history; architecture lost and renewed. Had a great time! Sun-loving Michiganders.

Truely an artist's cottage! I'm not just talking about the art on the walls. It's about the overall homey feel and antique furniture and architectural details form front door to back porch. As a person with issues getting up and down stairs, I was pleased with the few steps onto the porches (very solid railings) and my shower was walkin. This place is a 10 out of 10 in every way. Everything we could possibly need for our stay was either in the cottage or within a mile or two. Thanks to Bill and Gigi for sharing their home with us. We will definately be back.

Such a charming and well-appointed cottage! It had everything needed to make our week long stay comfortable, even when overnight temperatures were in the low 20's. The use of reclaimed architectural materials was exceedingly well done and complimented the decor without being cluttered. The neighborhood was perfect, not far from downtown and beaches while being quiet and peaceful. Communication with Mr. B was quick and check-in effortless. I truly think this has to be the best rental in Bay St. Louis. We also appreciate being able to bring our dog. We hope to be able to return and stay longer. It could not have been more perfect!

This very neat 2BR cottage is located in a residential neighborhood north of Hwy 90 in Bay St.Louis. It is very quiet and peaceful. The cottage has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen. The kitchen is very well equipped, with large cabinets and countertops. The beds and furniture are very comfortable and the cottage is furnished with period appropriate furniture. Local eclectic art is found throughout. We were able to contact the owner quickly and smoothly. We highly recommend staying here.

The pictures don’t do this lovely house justice, and the owner was very responsive to my texts. We actually was able to extend our trip 2 more days. I personally didn’t want to leave. You won’t be disappointed I promise!!! We will be back 💕

Very easy check-in. This home was beautiful and well appointed. The original artwork from local artists was a treat. Also the hosts have pamphlets available with local restaurants and nearby activities. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this home to friends.

Our stay was great! The cottage was awesome! Plenty of room and amenities. The neighborhood was nice for walking our dogs!

My wife and I stayed with our 2 dogs for a weekend getaway from the city. The neighborhood is so quiet and at a perfect distance from all the food and nightlife. We particularly enjoyed the relaxing back patio and walking the dogs along the bay. If you stay here take the bikes or rent a golf cart and ride out to the bay for sunrise or sunset; you won't be disappointed. We will be back for sure!

Clean, comfortable home, easy to get to, all the amenities anyone could want!

The house was very clean and well appointed. It had everything you need. Toiletries, kitchen and laundry items were supplied. I've never stayed at a condo/house that had so many items supplied. The location was perfect as well. The neighborhood was quiet and the water was at the end of the street a few blocks away. If we return to the area, we will definitely be staying here.
