La grande salle ouverte a été conçue pour mettre en valeur ces vues incroyables depuis le salon, la salle à manger et la cuisine. La maison est à quelques pas du sommet de la colline et bénéficie de certaines des meilleures vues que vous pouvez obtenir dans la région. All the details provided with this booking matched what we saw in person. The views were gorgeous waking up and looking out. We had two full families of four each, and we had a great time being together at this home.

The main floor of the house is covered in windows, and for good reason. Being able to glance up and always be greeted by a stunning view of Morro Rock and Morro Strand beach was priceless. Every evening the sunset was delightful. When we were discussing locations for this trip our group titled this house "the views house" and on that front it more than delivered.
The large dining table, open spaces, kitchen bar, breakfast nook, and couch/living area were arranged perfectly for a large group to spend time together. The lower floor where the bedrooms are was a little less open and the rooms were a little more cramped, which worked best for us because we wanted to be spending all our time with each other anyway. The king sized beds were a major value add and very much appreciated.
The host was very communicative and we never felt left in the dark about anything. The house is professionally managed and we always knew exactly what was expected of us as guests.
One thing to be wary of is that the road the house is on is very steep, and the driveway is also very steep. Vehicles that are low to the ground may have difficulty turning into the driveway, and guests with mobility challenges should get out in the garage. The garage can just barely fit two cars side by side, so it is difficult to enter or exit a car if there is another car parked in it. Though the house is nominally close to the beach, the hill and the highway means that walking isn't really an option.

We enjoyed our three day stay. The place was comfortable and had a great view of Morro Rock and the ocean. We are all 70 plus and had to be cautious navigating the stairs to the downstairs bedrooms...fortunately no problems.The roads were steep but parking in the garage off street was not a problem. Fabulous restaurants and ambiance in town. Great trip!

Love this house high above the ocean. Nicely decorated, nicely furnished, reasonably spacious.
If there were downsides, the upstairs can really heat up on a sunny day with so many windows - even in winter. But with opening a few windows it cools off nicely in the evening. It is indeed on a very steep road and driveway too, not a big problem, but might be for someone disabled.

My 4 sisters and I spent 3 amazing nights in this gorgeous home. The view was absolutely beautiful anytime of the day. We did not expect the cows and calves grazing in the hills the next morning. That put an icing on the cake. We live in separate states and do not get to see each other often. All my sisters loved every moment and their husbands have already committed to bringing them back. The hilly location was a challenge, but once you’re inside, the view is more than worth it. We parked both cars in the garage. I will definitely be back for a more intimate stay. Thank yiu!

The house was spacious, well equipped and the views were spectacular! We really enjoyed our stay in Morro Bay. The road is a steep hill and the driveway a bit tricky but since we had use of the garage, not an issue for our 3 cars. Would recommend the house!

Excellent location. Well furnished and comfortable! Be aware that all 3 bedrooms require using a set of steep stairs. It may have been my own fault in overlooking that piece of information. Kitchen is very well furnished.

We had 8 people (including 2 pre-teens), plenty of room for everyone. The view was incredible, the home was very well stocked with everything we needed. A short 5-10 minute drive to the nearest beach. The rental company was very responsive to questions. We had a blast! Highly recommend this house.

The home is as nice as pictured. There was plenty of space to hang out, eat, and sleep for our two families. We knew about the steep driveway so that wasn’t an issue. The view of the coast is lovely (but was obscured by dense fog when we were there), and the access to groceries right down the hill is super convenient. We spent time in the downtown area- cute and unique shops there; and we also strolled along the warf area which was touristy but fun. The drive up route one is great.
Overall- this is a nice place to stay in Morro Bay especially if you are looking for space and need a place to hang out before/after the daily adventures in the area.

This home was more than we expected. It was gorgeous with a great view. There are other homes nearby and it’s up in the hills of Morro so the view of the beach is far away but we absolutely loved it. It was extremely clean and spacious. I highly recommend this home.

The view was lovely and the home, comfortable for the most part. The oven did not work which was unfortunate for a large family of 7. It was quickly replaced with a small convection oven which was not adequate but helpful. There was not enough soap for a family of 7 for a week stay -- this should be considered when renting based on size of party and days of rental. The driveway was definitely a challenge on the left side -- pulling into the driveway was very steep and not ideal. The road to the home is also very steep. Make sure you have excellent tires! The kitchen was well equipped except tupperware/storage containers are very old and lids did not fit (kind of a hodge-podge of containers and lids). Beds were not very comfortable and very creaky & noisy. We do not feel it was worth the $$ we paid but understand it was graduation week at Cal Poly so prices more than double during that week. It would be nice if the manager considered this higher cost and made sure all appliances worked appropriately and the proeprty was well-equipped. Overall, we made do and enjoyed the view and puzzles provided.

Although the views were amazing the heater was located downstairs next to the bedrooms and was very noisy. The house itself was nice but lacked the details of what you would expect from this kind of rental. The property manager wouldn’t work with us in moving rental dates 2 days later that were open so we could better enjoy the weather. We felt they could have worked with us better on this issue. The only response we received was that any changes must be made 60 days in advance. The initial rental agreement was completed less than 60 days before we arrived, so be prepared for the property manager not budging on anything.

Perfect house for a family of 6 adults with awe-inspiring views of the ocean, Morro Rock, and surrounding hills. Well-supplied kitchen allowed us to cook holiday meals which we enjoyed around the comfortable dining table overlooking the ocean. The house was spotlessly clean and commuications with the rental agency very helpful and responsive. We feel lucky to have found this lovely property!

We had a great trip and we loved the home where we stayed by the ocean. The view is phenomenal and very peaceful when we view the sunset. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. It was a huge home for two people, but worth our time. We hope to return someday and stay the same house.

The view from this house cannot be beat, a panoramic view of the beach and Morro Rock from the north side, which you don't see when you're in downtown Morro Bay. The kitchen was well-appointed and the seating and bedrooms were comfortable--bedrooms downstairs and living space upstairs. The only thing that's a bit of detraction is the hill on which the house sits. While it gives the home its incredible view, coming up the hill, turning into the driveway and navigating into the garage can be a bit of a white-knuckle experience. But overall a wonderful home to stay in.

The home is located up on a hill overlooking the Morro Bay and rock. There is an awesome view. We were there for a wedding and the location is within minutes of all of our activities. There are many restaurants, bars, shopping and things to see in the area. We hiked trails on the south side of the bay and drove north to see the elephant seals.

My family and I enjoyed our week long stay at this property. The views were fantastic and it was nice to sit out on the balcony and feel the ocean breeze. Overall, the home was as advertised. Nicely stocked kitchen with all the things you need and a great living room area. The only thing that really needs some updating are the bathrooms - they are a little musty/moldy.

Yes, the steep incline of the Street will quiet the entire car. Yes, the sloped driveway will keep the elderly from exiting until you’re ready for them. Parking in the garage is so nice and made grocery shopping much easier since the door leads to the kitchen.
The views are amazing, The kitchen well-stocked with what you need to cook and serve, The dimmable dining room light helps create the ambience you desire. The Samsung TV is the exact size that you would want for the wall it is hung on. The indoor patio bar table and chairs allows for an extra place to hang out and having a washer and dryer is such a benefit.
Plenty of towels of different sizes and plenty of pillows. We had to use one of our own blankets so the place could use more blankets. As far as cleanliness, housekeeping does a good job at sweeping and dusting but mopping should include all areas of the house.
The neighborhood is quiet and everything we did seemed located within 10 minutes of the house.
While I will get credit for choosing the house, the real credit goes to the homeowners! We look forward to coming back.

It was a perfect house for three families. It had everything we needed. The hill is steep and the driveway is slopes so it can be hard for some folks. My only complaint is that the floors were filthy. All of our feet were black after walking around for an hour.
