Sirotez votre café du matin tout en profitant du magnifique lever de soleil depuis le porche. Ce charmeur nautique de 3 chambres et deux salles de bains a été entièrement rénové avec des planchers de bois franc, des ventilateurs de plafond et des détails d'époque.
Il y a beaucoup de couchage. Les deux lits superposés permettent de dormir pour 4, 2 lits jumeaux, un lit queen, un lit king et un futon. 11 personnes.
Cuisiner de bons repas dans la cuisine entièrement équipée ou griller, et dîner dans la salle à manger séparée avec des sièges pour 8. Le salon a des canapés confortables, télévision par câble et WIFI partout. Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse dans le sous-sol fini.
Juste une courte promenade de l'autre côté de la rue à l'eau, les yeux sur des kilomètres de rivage à North Beach, voté plage la plus propre dans le Wisconsin pour 2004 ***. Les gardes de vie sont en service pendant l'été. La proximité Riverside, Pugh, et Reefpoint Marina rend cet endroit sport nautique convivial. Apportez votre bateau, jet ski ou wave runner. The view of Lake Michigan from the house is spectacular and the location in proximity to the beach could not have been better! We loved having our coffee on the porch in the morning and enjoying the sun rise. It was very helpful for there to be beach chairs and a wagon already at the house. They came in handy for our beach days. The house has plenty of room for everyone and came equipped with everything we needed. Reefpoint restaurant and Chartroom were our two favorite local restaurants we ate at. We spent a day of shopping downtown which we were a little disappointed with how little there really was, but we went about 30min away to the Pleasant Prairie outlet mall which had over 90 stores. Mike, the host, was easy to contact and stayed in touch. Overall, our girls trip was great and I would definitely recommend Mike and his lake house.

Great weekend with family and my daughter’s friends, watching the sunrise and walking on the beach. Mike is very nice and always very attentive to our questions and needs so that we can have a great time.

This was our fourth visit to this property. Great location, Mike has done a terrific job of maintaining and updating the property. Highly recommend if you want to be close to the water, beautiful sunrises right from the front porch. Looking forward to returning soon.

My friends & I loved staying at this house. We spent a lot of time on the front porch admiring the view of Lake Michigan. Short walk to the beach. The beach was clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location to access the beach. Appreciated the beach towels, beach wagon and chairs, made beach days more enjoyable. Well stocked house. Enjoyed walks, bike rides and running on the easily accessed bike trail. Great place for our extended family to stay together.

This house with incredible views of Lake Michigan was the perfect location for my family vacation. We could walk down to the beach or drive down to make unloading for a day at the beach easier. Home owner Mike was helpful when needed in a pinch, but left us to our family time otherwise. House is set up for family meals, movie time, and comfortable lounging and sleeping. We had a great time grilling, chilling, and soaking in the view of the lake.

We rented this house and another one two blocks away from the same owner. It is well located across the street (a quiet street) from Lake Michigan, North Beach, and a wonderful playground for the grandkids. The owner provided everything we needed for a fun vacation: games, toys for indoors and outdoors, beach toys, beach chairs, beach towels and a nice gas grill. And a fresh Kringle was in the refrigerator when we arrived. It was helpful to have laundry facilities in the basement. The house is charming and has many flexible sleeping areas. We loved the covered front porch with fantastic lake views. Central air would have been preferred, but the portable and window AC units did the job. We really enjoyed our stay here!

Having coffee on the porch overlooking the water in the morning was fantastic. Short walk to the beach, volleyball, park, and Main Street. Overall views of beach and sail boats have an ocean vibe that we all enjoyed! Highly recommend this house as Mike was a great communicator, and neighbors were very nice as well.

My wife and I just spent a wonderful few days at the Lake House with our son and his wife, our daughter and her husband and our six month old granddaughter. Coffee on the front porch over looking Lake Michigan. Morning walks on the bluff and down to paved walkway along the beach. Five minute walk to Racine zoo. House accomodations excellent. Large dinning and living room area. Kitchen fully stocked with dishes. Large gas grill in the back yard. Extras for the beach; beach wagon, towels and chairs. Sleep areas worked out great. Plenty of room for 3 cars on driveway. Front yard landscaping well taken care of, looked beachy. Great communication with Mike. Hope to be able to visit again.

We had a great stay. Mike was an excellent host, communicating early and giving a lot of information of things to do, see & eat in Racine. The house is a short walk to the beach and we never had a problem finding a place on the sand. The porch was a fantastic place to start the day with a cup of coffee looking at the lake.

Beautiful view from front porch with comfy seating, plenty activities to keep everyone entertained, great restaurants and beautiful beach. We visited some local sites, Windpoint Lighthouse, Zoo, etc and everyone enjoyed them. The house was well equipped with linens, dishes, cookware. We enjoyed grilling and making s’mores on the fire pit. Would definitely return!

Very much enjoyed this house on Lake Michigan. View was great from front porch. Perfect access to Racine North beach, kids playground & adult activities. We went into Milwaukee for a charter fishing trip. House accommodations were perfect for our family size-8 adults & 2 kids. Definitely consider staying again.

Good for families
The property was great for our family vacation. The only thing to note is that there isn’t a dishwasher which wasn’t a problem since we used paper plates. We really loved the beach, zoo and nearby park which was all within walking distance. The host was on site when we arrived and even stopped by to water plants and bring us a breakfast kinkle which is a local pastry that was just lovely.

Perfect spot for a family beach weekend. 3 bedrooms and updated basement would
great for multiple families traveling together. The property owner Mike was very responsive and had good suggestions for local activities. Racine lakefront and wide beach was beautiful and great for swimming.

Awesome Place to Stay!
Our family (two adults, two kids - 8 and 11) stayed the weekend and had a wonderful time! The house is clean and safe and the kids loved the double bunk beds. Plenty of room, nice selection of games, wifi and smart TV, and location, location, location! Such a great spot - great pizza at DeRango’s Pizza Palace and try a coffee from Gypsy Java. Thanks so much for a great stay and we hope to visit again soon!

Perfect Beachfront Getaway
We had the best time as a family at this property! They literally thought of everything we could possibly need! Every time we needed something, we just opened a cabinet and there it was. It felt amazing to be away from home for a few days and still feel like you had all the comforts. Our only issue was some sand within the bedding, but as I discovered, it’s impossible to avoid it after spending one day at the beach. The weather was perfect and the beaches super nice! Spectacular trip for only a few days and few hours drive from home.

Great Stay. Perfect Location for the beach.
Absolutely thrilled with our stay. You wake up in the morning and look out the front door, and boom, there's the beach. You can eat breakfast on the porch hearing the lake. We had 8 in our group from 10 years old to 70s. We all slept comfortably. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could want with a grill and fire pit in the backyard. There is a good clean grocery store within 5 minutes of the house. An expected surprise was that there were some sand toys for the beach already there, complete with a beach wagon to transport them as you walk to the beach several a day. Plenty of golfing in the area and the Zoo is just a few blocks away. Our 14 year old said, Dad lets make this a tradition.

Fun on the beach
Extended family of 6 adults and 6 children thoroughly enjoyed our stay (June 16 - 20), collecting beach glass and rocks, sitting on porch (especially during sunrise), swimming, hiking, and building sand castles. House has everything we needed for sleep, showering, preparing meals, games, campfire, and Prime access for children's videos. Communication and coordination with Mike was excellent.

Amazing view and location, bike paths, marina, Zoo, Restaurants bars All walk or bike away. House has everything we needed and could sleep many families! Owner was very helpful throughout our stay with any questions we had on area...we wanted for nothing. Will be back!

Breathtaking
Our stay was amazing, it was so beautiful! The location was perfect we walked to the beach with our family, it’s so nice to be so close to the lake, it makes it easy and pleasurable for those that have children. We had everything we needed linens towels chairs. I recommend this house it’s perfect! I texted the owner a couple of times to ask questions about things in the house or in the area and the response time was quick.

Our sibling get-together in Racine
We loved this house. It has a fantastic location on a quiet, non-busy street right across from Lake Michigan, so beautiful unobstructed views. There is a walking path on the other side of the street where you can walk along the lake for a long ways.
The house was in a very quiet, older, beautifully maintained neighborhood in a quaint older part of Racine (lots of funky neighborhood bars.) Not a lot of commercial stuff right in the neighborhood but easy drive to shopping and eating.
The house was older so the rooms weren't huge, but we had plenty of space and beds for us 5 adults. Three bedrooms and bath upstairs and a bedroom and bath downstairs. And a very nicely stocked kitchen with all the utensils and appliances we could possibly need, and a smaller breakfast table, which got a lot of use. Spices, and sugar, and coffee and tea, salt and pepper, etc were provided so we didn't have to worry about buying any of that. There was also a large dining room with a huge table--could have sat 10- and a cozy living room with seating for 5 and a ginormous flatscreen smart TV.
It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, lots of bedding and towels. Plus it was very nicely decorated with nautical-themed decor that we just really liked.
There is a large front porch with comfortable patio furniture (and the great view) and a small back yard. There were even folding outdoor chairs and coolers available if you wanted to have a picnic off-site.
We really enjoyed staying here. And would definitely recommend it.

Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful family get together at this property overlooking Lake Michigan. Older home, but well maintained and clean. Abundant sleeping space. Well equipped kitchen and beach supplies. Great vacation for kids. Right across from the public beach. Short walk to the playground and the Racine Zoo (very impressive zoo for a small town, and affordable). If we return to this area we would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation
The very best thing about this house is its location and view...absolutely nothing like waking up to Lake Michigan every morning.
Also, being able to walk to and from the beach is awesome. No sand in our vehicles and by mid week we hardly took any beach towels.
We crammed 8 adults and 8 kids in this house and we would definitely do it again.
From this location we were also able to walk to the zoo and a playground by The Oasis. There is also a lot of activities nearby, but we spent a lot of time at the beach.

November family wedding house
We truly enjoyed the bright clean space and the welcoming energy we felt when we first walked in-at first I was concerned about the kitchen but it was truly perfect. The bride and groom came and spent an afternoon, everyone felt relaxed and there was enough space for games and chats and the porch was awesome too. The beautiful view of the lake was soul feeding and the convenience to downstown was perfect. it was wonderful comfortably sleeping and not being concerned about the beds being clean etc the house was lovely and clean and comfortable for all 8 of us and then we had 8 more in for the afternoon before we left for sliders and snacks it was perfect for a crowd too. Mike(owner) was gracious and very available if we needed him. All in all it was a great experience everyone loved it a perfect place for a little mini vacation, and/or a great less expensive way to get together for a weekend family wedding. The basement has a great bathroom, parts of the basement needs alittle more finishing but felt comfortable.100% thanks so much

A great family vacation - 4.5 stars out of five!
We spent 5 days at Mike's place for a family reunion and used it as a way for our extended family to have some extra bonding time. Mike was great to work with and answered all the questions I had in a timely manner both before and during our stay.
With 5 adults, 4 kids (ages 2-6) and a well-behaved dog, the house suited our needs just fine. It has some size limitations which were well compensated for by our host. The kitchen was small, but that was not unexpected, and we did just fine with the space. We loved the large table in the dining room as we were able to seat everyone together which made for great times at lunches and dinners. The location couldn't have been any better. Morning walks and morning "coffee time" were spent on the path along the bluff, and it was easy to head to the beach, walk the pier, head to the playground or walk to the zoo. Having a working hose on the side of the house was perfect as a way to get the sand off before heading inside to wash up.
The house doesn't have central A/C, but the window A/C units worked surprisingly well to cool the house. The center bedroom was a warmer (it doesn't have a separate unit), but it was fine for an adult in our party who prefers warmer temps. Having two full bathrooms was essential for the number of guests in our party. The shower in the basement bathroom is small, but definitely functional. Our only recommendation was to upgrade the bathtub in the upstairs bathroom.
The bedroom with the twin beds was perfect for the older kids in our group, and they loved it! There was good discussion about who had the privilege of the upper bunks.
We would certainly consider staying with Mike again. Oh, did I mention that there is an O & H Bakery location within walking distance?!
