The refrigerator

The breakfast, that it was very noisy, there were people outside, smoking weed, there was a lot of construction. I wasn’t aware about, there is no pool only a Jacuzzi that didn’t look clean.

Good location and big parking lot

The room smelt and felt weird. Like definitely needed a shower after staying there. Slept on top of the comforter, it just felt weird in the room. My daughter even made the comment “if you hadn’t already paid, I would rather us just slept in our car at a gas station”. I definitely got taken on this room! Wouldn’t recommend! Felt like a really cheap hotel you would rent for a couple hours…

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was just what we needed. Rooms were comfortable and no excess noise from other rooms or hallways.

No pool - but we knew that when we booked it.

The door wouldn’t close all the way you had to lock it to close it. Staff wasn’t very personable.

Kim, who greeted me and checked us in, was the only redeeming experience we had at this property. She was smart, warm, accommodating, professional and patient. If she isn’t a manager already, I would recommend her for the position. Thank you, Kim!

Many “sketchy” (rough) characters (guests, housekeeping staff) at this hotel. Housekeepers smoking outside our first floor window. Loud guests stomping around above us. Marijuana smell wafting in the halls. Room was reasonably clean but not great overall. I would not return to this hotel.
