Cette maison en bord de mer a la meilleure vue de toute maison sur le West End, mais proche du plaisir du centre-ville de Galveston. Promenade facile à Galveston State Park. Notre plage a un sentiment privé et est très calme (aucune voiture n'est autorisée à conduire sur la plage donc pas de soucis pour les enfants / chiens). Une fois que vous traversez le pont depuis le continent, vous vivrez une expérience unique. Nous avons l'impression d'entrer dans un monde différent lorsque nous visitons notre maison insulaire en bord de mer! À partir de 2014, la plage a été ratissée d'algues.

Cette maison est en retrait, beaucoup de plage en face et seulement de petites dunes entre vous et la plage. Beautiful property with amazing views!! House was fully stocked with just about everything you could need other than food of course. We had the beach practically to ourselves. I highly recommend this property!!

This was our second stay at this property and it didn’t disappoint. We needed a close by escape from Houston’s heat and humidity… and this home worked. Love being on the water and staying midweek…. No crowds, no noisy neighbors, no hassles!

Our family had a great time at this house. It was so convenient to get on the beach. The views were amazing throughout the whole house. There was plenty of space for our family of 8!!

Beautiful property right on the water. 3 decks were awesome, lower deck shaded during the day which made it even better.

The beach house and its location was beautiful. The beach was just steps away and there were lots of deck chairs to use for watching the waves. Communication regarding our reservation should have been better. When we arrived, we found out that the refrigerator wasn’t working (just the freezer but it needed masking tape for the door to stay closed) and the tv in the bedroom wasn’t working. I notified our host about them and he was already aware of the issue. I appreciate that he offered to send us another tv by the next day but that should have been already done if he already knew the issue. I wish he had told us in advance of our stay so we could have prepared for these inconveniences and focused on our vacation rather than problem solving like where to keep our perishable foods. We left early due to TS Alberto was coming and it was already causing the home to wobble (the hangers in the closet were swinging back and forth on their own). The host was made aware of the house wobbling and he conveyed that it would be addressed.

Our family had a comfortable stay and the house was appointed with everything we needed. The location can’t be beat…literally steps to the ocean!! John was a very thoughtful host and we hope to return in the future!

John's place is fantastic for hosting a group of 8! Everyone had their own beds and enough space. The outdoor decks are AMAZING and its right on the beach. Kitchen is fully loaded. Would stay again!

The house is a dream. If you love to wake up and have coffee on the deck next to the ocean, this is the perfect place. Choice of 2 decks. Almost a 180 degree view of the ocean. Roomy home (we had a family of 5). You can find a place out of the sun at any point in the day with the decks. Or just walk to the beach in 10 seconds.

The property is wonderful. Three levels of decks, wonderful front beach views, and walking distance to beach. Its what we needed to break away from the chaos of the city. Will definitely recommend.

The views from this beach house are incredible and is reason enough to rent this house! It is perfectly situated so the upper deck gets the morning sun but shaded in the afternoon- perfect for reading a good book while enjoying the sound of the waves. The outdoor shower and hose for rinsing sandy paws and feet was perfect. Although there was public beach access by the house, there was no car access so the beach wasn't super crowded. The kitchen was well equipped and there was a rack in the pantry to store groceries so cooking our meals wasn't an issue. Would definitely recommend!

This trip was to celebrate my son-in-law's 40th birthday. The trip included two grandmothers, our adult children and our two granddaughters, ages 8 and 5. What an incredible family trip! We were right on the beach! The four bedrooms worked perfect for our family. We then took a cruise from Galveston to Costa Maya and Cozumel. It was a first cruise for my daughter and granddaughters!

We had a great time and loved being so close to the ocean. It was a very convenient location with the kids. The property manager responded to questions quickly. We spent hours in the ocean, playing on the beach and touring the town. Thanks for a great time!

Myself and my family had an amazing stay over Christmas. The house and location were perfect, and easily fit 5 adults, a 13 year old and 2 small dogs. It will be a Christmas I’ll always cherish and a big part of that was our lovely stay. I can’t recommend this place enough.

This is a simple beach house that has all the comforts you need to enjoy the beach, plus the best view. There is a lot of outdoor seating and even covered decking for fun when it is raining. The only thing missing is beach towels so bring your own.

I love that this house is right on the beach.The multiple decks were nice to sit on and listen to the waves, relax, or eat a meal. There are many beach toys in the shed and the outdoor shower was nice to use after being at the beach. I would stay here again.

Just what we needed. Right on a beautiful beach, comfortable, easy access to Galveston without being in the noise and busyness of Galveston. Great interactions with the manager. Would definitely stay there again.

I started renting this house in 2020. Lots of work refurbishing. I love this house. Never stayed in August before. The ac keeps the house nice and cool. In fact it got too cold for me ☺️. I’ll be back in a couple of months.

There is not a bad view to be found on this property. The multiple decks provide a lot of space to hang out, eat, or watch the sunrise. The house has great air conditioning, which cannot be said for some of our stays in Galveston, and it was really hot when we visited in August. Do not pack any beach toys because there is a shed full! It was just steps to the beach and fun,
