We loved how private and secluded this property was. Meticulously cared for grounds. We took advantage of all the lovely sitting areas and read for hours by the pool. So helpful to have central laundry. we stayed in the upstairs 2 bedroom apartment. it was the best! Also, It says fits 4 but only if it were Mom Dad and kids. Not ideal for two couples. Bring your own food as this is a place you won’t want to leave once you arrive. We walked the olive groves too. Rent a car and get up the hill on your own. The dirt path was well marked on the way up. loves our time here! Riccardo was an excellent host.

Some might find the mattress a little stiff but we are used to that.

The most of all super clean, well organized and the host was so kind and helpful. it also contained swimming pool, washing machine so very useful. it was located on mountain therefore the road was narrow and no lights after sunset. But it’s worth to stay here. The view and air was perfect itself. I will stay here by the next vacation.

House and garden are perfect. The panoramic view of the Arezzo from the garden, where are many possibilities to rest, is amazing. The apartment was nice and spacious.

The small apartments (for 2-4 persons) don't have direct access to the garden, they have only windows, no terrace or balcony. We stayed on the first floor, so there are several stairs, which is not comfortable if you want to eat or just have a coffee outside. The road to the house is unpaved, quite long /about 2 km/, not a problem, but it takes patience to climb it.

Great location, pool was superb! Plenty outdoor seating and very quiet, host was amazing and couldn’t do enough to help, would definitely recommend and come again.
