Cette unité a été entièrement remodelée en 2015 avec de nouvelles peintures, moquettes, planchers de bois franc au niveau principal et maître. Nouvelles armoires de cuisine avec comptoirs GRANITE! À deux pas de la piscine communautaire et de la plage, vous avez un accès facile aux deux et pouvez regarder vos enfants jouer depuis l’un de vos trois DECKS OCEANFRONT ou depuis votre propre spa privé. Pour les clients à mobilité réduite, nous avons un accès par ascenseur aux espaces de vie et de couchage du 1er étage.

My family and friends recently had the pleasure of staying at the Villas, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. This stunning beachfront property offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and breathtaking views that create an unforgettable vacation experience.
From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the picturesque setting. The house is beautifully maintained and exudes a welcoming charm. The spacious layout comfortably accommodated our group of 8, providing ample room for relaxation and entertainment. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated, and the beds were super comfy. The beach is just steps away, offering endless opportunities for swimming, sunbathing, and beachcombing. We also enjoyed exploring the charming local shops and restaurants, all conveniently close by.
What truly sets this property apart is the attention to detail and the thoughtful touches that make you feel right at home. From the high-quality linens and towels to the well-stocked beach gear and games, every aspect of our stay was carefully considered.

Great location, house is very comfortable and well stocked. Except that a new blender is needed. Plastic from the cover of the blender got into my smoothie which was unsafe. There was bug in the master bath on the 3rd floor and the deck. Overall we are very satisfied and would highly recommend this place.

My family and I had a wonderful week. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was perfectly equipped, the place was beautifully decorated without too being too much and the owners were a delight and extremely responsive. The location is fantastic being right on the beach and the hot tub was nice to have with it being a little cooler. All in all, a wonderful experience, we would stay here again!

The property is beautiful and even better than the pictures in the listing. Ease of access to the pool and beach were wonderful since we were there with our two small children. The hot tub is awesome! The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need, and the fact that the owners leave spices, coffee filters, hand soap, etc. instead of tossing them/making renters procure them is a bonus. There was a tropical storm while we were there. Communications about the storm were prompt and greatly appreciated; and the indoor amenities (and vast space inside the property) resulted in us actually enjoying our “inside day” - with two little ones at the beach, that’s really saying something. The beds were all extremely comfortable, which can be hit or miss in rentals and we all slept great. The only slight issue we had was that the elevator stopped working one hour before checkout, so we had to carry things down the stairs. This was not a huge issue, but it made move out a little bit more challenging than it would have otherwise been. We did not contact the property manager/owner about this issue since we were headed out and capable of using the stairs; but given our experience with them, I am 100% confident they’d have addressed if we had asked. I would absolutely rebook at this property. It’s hands down the best NC beach rental at which we’ve ever had the pleasure to stay.

The place was awesome,everything was at are fingertips from the pool to the twenty five steps to the ocean.The only issue the ice machine wasn’t working witch the owner brought ice and ordered a new timer for the refrigerator,would definitely STAY there again!!

Outstanding, great location for us being right by the pool. Unit was in great condition, well decorated, gave a warm feeling. Considering the many homes and condos we have rented over the past 50 plus years, this was the one that was best equipped/supplied. More then enough plates, mugs, table wear, pots, pans, cutting boards, sharp knives, coffee makers, etc. Very easy check in and checkout procedures.

Our family of 10 ( 5 adults and 5 kiddos from ages 1-10 ) very much enjoyed our stay at this home. It was a perfect location to the beach and shared pool. The house offered many amenities and was very clean. The owner brought us ice when we needed it bc the ice maker wasn't working properly. We cooked nearly all our meals in the home and had everything we needed including kids items in the kitchen. The beach is great. Close to the pier and busy but not crowded. The house had lots to offer as far as chairs and sand toys go as well. We could go on and on. It was just very nice and perfect for what our family needed. Definitely recommend!!

This property was really perfect for our gang! We found the house very clean and so beautifully decorated! The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked. We cooked most of our meals in and found everything we needed. The pool was directly in from of condo so very easy access to both pool and beach. We were initially a little hesitant because we have only stayed in houses but this gave you plenty of privacy and also an opportunity to meet your neighbors if you desire.

This was our 3rd year staying in your unit. It is perfect for our family. I have been renting as a Christmas gift for my family and we love being right by the pool.

Absolutely pristine rental on the beach with the easiest pool access in the community. We loved our stay and appreciated everything about the house. From the thoughtful kid touches (even outlet protectors!) to the great selection of beach gear- Maggie and Kenneth’s place is tops. If we ever come back to Topsail, we will 100% stay again. Thank you for providing such a great space for our family vacation!

The property fit our group perfectly. It was modern, very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking essentials needed. The location was perfect with direct access to the pool and the beach. It was great to be able to easily go back and forth as needed. Truly beautiful views. Having a private hot tub, a pool right outside the door and easy access to the beach is a huge plus. Also, the home is very well stocked in the kitchen, beach furniture/toys, and roomy enough for a large family. The elevator is a big plus too for unloading and reloading the car. Being close to the Pier allowed kids to walk to get ice cream and quick access for a burger and fries. A nice golf course and Grocery store are less than 10 minutes from the house.

This was a great home. Was disappointed that that the pool wasn’t open, covid related, but we picked this place because of the pool. The website did not say it was closed.
We had a couple of problems while there, but the owner and manager were great about resolving! Great property and well equipped!! Would stay again!

Great stay
Property was very nice. Had everything we needed. The only annoying thing were the little black bugs that got into everything.
Had to do battle with them everyday. Had hundreds of them in our food, cupboards, in our faces. Other than that, it was nice. We understand that bugs can be part of the deal when you are in the south.

Roomy family house!
This home was well equipped. From pots & pans to crock pot, baby booster seats and games. The location on the beach was nice, we could stroll to the pier.
The association pool is right there so super easy access!
