Nous vous invitons à vous détendre et à profiter de notre luxueuse villa de golf qui est parfaite pour deux personnes qui désirent un endroit hautement amélioré pour séjourner à Maui. Notre spacieuse villa a une vue imprenable sur l'océan de l'île de Lanai à l'île de Molokai. Notre villa a été entièrement rénovée et décorée professionnellement pour répondre aux «normes d'or».

Notre villa de golf est nettoyée et entretenue par des professionnels pour assurer votre confort et votre propreté. Notre gestionnaire sur l'île peut vous aider si vous avez des besoins. Notre villa est située au sommet des villas de golf. Il est facile d'accès et se situe au niveau de la rue. Notre parking couvert réservé est à seulement 35 pas de notre porte d'entrée. Il est paisible et calme et est loin du bruit matinal des tondeuses à gazon sur le terrain de golf.
Le salon est joliment meublé et décoré. Il y a un téléviseur à écran large et des lecteurs Blu-ray pour votre plaisir. La cuisine est équipée de comptoirs en granit. Les appareils incluent; cuisinière, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, cafetière, mixeur, grille-pain et cuiseur à riz. La grande chambre a un NOUVEAU lit king-size très confortable. Le salon et la chambre ont des portes coulissantes sur notre véranda privée double large qui offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Les sols sont carrelés et recouverts de moquette dans le salon et la chambre. La Villa est d'environ 1338 pieds carrés qui comprend la véranda privée Extra Large. Notre villa a une entrée de niveau et est sur un seul niveau. Il n'y a pas d'escaliers à monter. Nous avons fourni un «Calendrier de disponibilité» pour votre commodité. The condo was very close to a lot of beaches and restaurants. My wife and I enjoyed our stay!

We had an amazing stay at Eddie and Melissa's place. This was our second time staying here and we were really impressed with the updates that had been done to the kitchen and how clean the unit felt. Fantastic location with great views from the lanai - perfect for whale watching. Small touches like the box of chocolates don't go unnoticed :) If you manage to find this place available for your dates, you can't go wrong with booking here. We can't wait to come back!

The villa was fabulous and true to descriptions and pictures. The kitchen is well appointed with pans and utensils for any needs. We loved the large lanai and views. We would love to stay here again!

The villa is centrally located in Kapalua with beautiful views and everything you could need. It’s nicely furnished and kitchen is stocked through the roof. Melissa is quick to respond and easy to communicate with. We had a blast and will definitely look for an opportunity to book this again, two thumbs up from us

Beautiful one bedroom, with an almost unbeatable sunset view. Has two bathrooms which makes getting ready easier for two. Has laundry in unit. Kapuli beach is a short walk away (although walking back is straight up hill). Can’t recommend this place enough.

We loved staying at Melissa's place in the Kapalua golf villas. Lots of space and very well stocked with the necessities. Easy to walk to all the local restaurants and beaches. We will definitely be back!

Great property with a beautiful view and manicured location. Property was well furnished with all you would need for your vacation. Bed was very comfortable and we loved having two bathrooms. Convenient parking as well. We would definitely book again.

This is the best little treasure tucked into the quiet & peaceful location on west Maui. The kitchen has everything you could ever need, the views are stunning, the condo is beyond clean, there isn’t anything you should need or want. The lani allows the tranquility of the place to settle you in for a great relaxing time. It has many seating options in the spacious area to watch every sunrise & sunset. Thank you for sharing your gem with us!

The property is so beautiful, private and provided us with everything we needed during our stay on Maui. We spent a good portion of our stay on the balcony overlooking the golf course and the ocean. We’ve always stayed down in Wailea but wanted to try Lahaina area. Found this condo for a week and fell in love with Kapalua. Overall, the condo, area, and manager are wonderful. Views are amazing. Bed is comfortable. We had trouble with the stove and called the manager right away. She was so helpful and responsive. Emailed them as well with a couple of questions and they are very responsive to questions. The appliances are older but they work. They were planning on replacing them after we left. Despite the older appliances, this was a wonderful place to stay. We look forward to coming back again and staying longer next time.

Beautiful location, views are lovely and nice and quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped but does need updating. Host has everything you need to visit the beach. Plenty of towels too!

Great location and a good complex. Buildings are naturally starting to show their age, but the property itself is in decent condition. Great view from the deck and quite spacious. Unit has all the necessities, but does not have the fully stocked kitchen that you would find in some other units. Some minor issues around one of the stove burners not working and the shower curtain. However, for the price it's a good stay.
There was a water leak in the bedroom ceiling from the unit above during our stay (could have happened anywhere and out of the control of our unit). Yes it was a bit of a pain at the time, but the owner was very quick to respond and generously compensated us for the small inconvenience.

I cannot quite describe in words how much we loved staying at Melissa's beautiful condo/villa. You have to experience it for yourself! Staying in Kapalua was the best decision we made. You get to enjoy the luxury, quiet, well-maintained golf villas away from all of the tourist congestion, yet only minutes away from the activities in Kaanapali and Lahaina etc. I loved the beautiful walk through the community to my favorite spot in Napili Bay past the Sea House Restaurant where I walk along the rocks towards the point and Kapalua Coastal Trail. At first, I had trepidation that we weren't staying directly on the ocean... but when you sit on the huge terrace with your glass of wine and experience the breathtaking view of the pool, golf course, birds, trees and ocean, you won't regret it. My favorite evening was sitting on the terrace when a full rainbow went from one side of the ocean to the other. It was literally breathtaking and "Heaven on Earth." I will be back!

This was our 4th trip to Maui and our best, in part, because of the lovely condo we had. Very comfortable and clean. Great location where we celebrated our 31st wedding anniversary.

Beautiful property with a great view. Very clean, well stocked with everything. We also loved that there were 4 pools within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again.

The pictures don't do this place justice. The view from the balcony is amazing. Location is very convenient to Kapalua Bay, and about a 10 minute drive to anything else on the west side of Maui. Inside was very clean. Located in a really quiet villa right off the Kapalua golf course. The host responds quickly and was accommodating to our questions and early arrival.

Great Kapalua Villa!
Where to start, a wonderful stay in a one bedroom two bath golf Villa, everything you can ask for…I loved my time in and out of this well maintained community. My fiancé and I enjoyed the views from the spacious patio, fully functional kitchen, comfortable king size bed, pool and BBQ. Not to mention the beautiful beaches within walking distance. The host was responsive and very pleasant! I will consider staying here again when I’m back in Maui! ALOHA :)
