J'ai eu une partie du meilleur sommeil de ma vie ici même! C'est tellement calme et paisible. La chambre donne sur un marais de marée qui est très tranquille et agréable à réveiller.
Seabrook a très peu de pollution lumineuse, donc l'obscurité est sombre, mais pour ces nuits éclairées par la lune ou les jours de sommeil, nous avons des rideaux occultants. Le lit est un lit king-size de sommeil! Choisissez votre propre niveau de confort!
À mon avis, le meilleur divertissement est de regarder la faune du marais de la véranda ou juste devant vos fenêtres. Il y a tellement de choses à voir et à faire, (ou se détendre - et pas), vous n'avez probablement pas besoin de cela - mais juste au cas où; Nous avons un téléviseur LED dans la chambre et une télévision intelligente dans le salon avec accès à tout abonnement que vous utilisez (Netflix, etc.) tout connecté via Comcast X-1 TV avec chaînes musicales et HBO et 75Mo sans fil ultra-rapide l'Internet! Nous fournissons des vélos adultes pour visiter les îles, un pot de crabe afin que vous puissiez prendre votre dîner, et des chaises longues pour se détendre.
La cuisine est bien équipée avec une cafetière, vaisselle, casseroles, poêles, théière électrique, micro-ondes, etc ...
Le canapé est un lit queen gigogne donc l'endroit va dormir confortablement 4.
Les Bay Point Villas sont idéalement situées à l'entrée de Seabrook, ce qui les rend facilement accessibles depuis les nombreux bars, restaurants et boutiques du port de plaisance de Bohicket et du village de Freshfields. Les plages et tous les équipements de Seabrook sont facilement accessibles en vélo ou en voiture (environ 4 miles) et le centre-ville de Charleston est à environ 45 minutes.

My husband and I enjoyed our week at Charlie’s condo. This is our fourth year vacationing here! It is a peaceful spot overlooking the marsh, where you can watch the tides change while you drink your coffee or sip your wine. The condo is very clean and has everything you need. The beach is expansive and only a 10 minute drive away where you can walk to see the dolphins strand or just set up your chair and enjoy the sun. Charleston is just 40 minutes away. This is a great spot to relax!

Very clean and quiet condo. Away from the hustle and bustle but, close to everything you want to see. Had everything we needed. The only thing we didn't like was the$225/ person/ week extra to use amenities of Seabrook. We didn't do that.

The condo was very spacious for 2. Very clean which is at the top of my list. Charlie was very quick to respond. The whole area was high end. Take a day to explore the area there is so much.
A short drive away there is a huge resort pool by the beach that you have to pay extra for. To pricey for us.
So we used the smaller pool just steps from our condo. Only complaint is the pool is warm because of the high 90 heat. So although nice i was looking for refreshing. Still used it.
I didnt think of marshes as a view but I was wrong it was really beautiful.
Only suggestion is maybe a floor fan for the living room. Air works great but a fan would circulate the air. We will be back for sure.

We only had a short stay at this beautiful property, and are already checking to see when we can return. Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the condo and the care that is poured into this space is evident. The natural beauty of the surrounding scenery creates a relaxing atmosphere that entices both a sense of adventure and kicking up your heels. Beautiful marsh view in an exceptionally well-appointed townhome. The kitchen is perfect for cooking in and enjoying local produce and catch. Everything you need is included in the stay - bikes, pool access, beach towels, boogie boards, kayaks, and more! A simple 10-minute bike ride to Seabrook beaches. We'll definitely be back!!

We have spent a lot of time on Seabrook island and this condo is now our favorite place to stay! The marsh views are amazing any time of day but especially in the evenings. There is a dock right by the condo that is perfect to view the sunset with a glass of wine. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and spotless. We cooked several nights and found everything we needed was provided. I can not say enough good things about our host. There was a problem with one of the bikes and Charlie had it replaced first thing the next morning. Excellent communication. We will book this condo again and again!

We recently stayed here to attend a wedding at Kiawah. The condo was perfect! It was very clean, the marsh views were spectacular and the long dock a treat at sunset. The bikes were perfect, in good working order, which isn’t always the case at rentals. The location was perfect for us, being near tennis, the fitness center, the French bakery and the beautiful equestrian center.
The only thing that we had an issue with and is no reflection of the property is the amenity fee structure. When you go to a resort and pay a resort fee, it always includes certain things. Here the amenity fee is more of an opportunity for access and to pay more. There is an additional charge for tennis, the fitness center and even for a towel at the pool! The golf club restaurant was wonderful and so was the informal beach restaurant, which you are not permitted to eat at unless you purchase an amenity card.

Seabrook Island is the perfect place to enjoy nature and peace. This property has gorgeous marsh views, is super clean and newly decorated. The decor is gorgeous and modern, with a well-stocked kitchen. Very close to Freshfield Village restaurants and shops, with great biking and walking paths. We would definitely return.

This is a great spot for a weekend trip to the coast. The marsh view from the screened in porch is great! The provided bikes are a bonus- it’s an easy bike ride to explore both Seabrook & Kiawah.

First off, you can't go wrong with Seabrook. My husband and I discovered this serene paradise several summers ago and have been coming back ever since. That being said, we've stayed all over the island and we must say that this place has been our favorite. It was pristine, well stocked, and had a very comfortable bed. The condo is exactly as listed. Everything was spotless upon arrival. Several suggestions 1) is that there be some serving utensils. A spatula was the only serving utensil available. 2) is that there would be more than 2 teaspoons. Two very minor items.
We loved walking the island and the beach! It’s a very quiet, peaceful place. The dolphins were stranding one of the days at the inlet, which were told is a rare experience. Totally awesome!
I definitely recommend this island and condo for any couple wanting a peaceful getaway!

Gem of a property. My husband and I loved every minute of our stay on our getaway from the winter cold. The screened in porch overlooking the stunning tidal marsh provided hours of relaxation starting with our morning coffee and wine each evening. The pier was amazing to watch the sunset. Winter Reprieve
We really enjoy taking a break from our SD winter’s. Seabrook Island is a great spot to do so. We can walk outside without fear of falling due to ice and snow. Hearing the birds in January and February is a big plus.

Quiet retreat in the low country
A tranquil, relaxing retreat- the pool was practically private most of the time we were there which was nice. Loved all the birds and wildlife on the island. It was quite a trek to and from Charleston proper- and we went practically every day of our 12 day stay- but Bohicket Road with its beautiful oaks practically made up for it. We didn't make use of the amenities due to the rampant Delta varient, but regardless, the property and this condo were amazing! Charlie is a great host who has thought of just about everything!

This condo was so nice and clean. The property was in a nice gated condo community just outside of the Seabrook Island main gate. It fully met our needs and you could tell the owner takes pride in his condo. We would stay here again if it was availabile.
