Magnifique condo de luxe dans la communauté privée Port Oaks fermée située dans le cœur de l'île de Saint-Simon. Pier Village, accès à la plage, plusieurs parcs et toutes sortes d'activités sont seulement une courte distance de marche. Profitez de votre séjour sans se soucier avec parking ou le trafic.
La communauté Port Oaks se propose h extérieure, piscine pour enfants, une lagune scénique, lac, centre de fitness, des courts de tennis et un parking privé couvert. Le condo a un emplacement idéal avec vue sur le lagon et la piscine depuis le balcon. Accès à la piscine est proche, mais assez loin que le bruit de la piscine ne sera pas un problème.
Le condo a été nommé avec de nombreuses pièces d'art originale de la collection du propriétaire. L'unité vient d'être rafraîchie avec de nouveaux téléviseurs, nouvelle gamme inoxydable et lave-vaisselle et beaucoup d'autres mises à jour de nouvelles modifications. Notre personnel de nettoyage est à nulle autre pareille et certifiée pour nettoyer les installations médicales et, en fait, fait cliniques propres et les bureaux du Dr dans la région.
Le salon dispose d'une télévision 51 pouces avec lecteur DVD La chambre principale et la chambre double à la fois nouvelle fonctionnalité de télévision à écran LCD ainsi. La chambre double dispose également d'un lecteur de DVD pour divertir les enfants.

We stayed with our three kids (10, 8, &. 3). The condo was set up nicely for a family to stay. It was very nicely renovated. It was easy to access and a good location. Only thing I would have liked was a lock on the master bedroom door or bathroom door. It can be hard to get privacy from a toddler without it.

Not even a Tropical Storm could put a damper on our Island getaway! This is a beautifully updated condo with a large tabke and pleny of comfortable seating to play cards on the rainy days and just steps from the pool or short drive to the beach for the hot sunny days. Our communications with the host were prompt and courteous, and we would have no problem returning to this location. Thank you for the wonderful memories- until next time!

This second-floor condo is beautiful and spacious. The pictures and description are accurate. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the main Pier Village and a short drive to the beach.
The only negative I would say is that the check-out asked you to wash towels if you can, but laundry detergent was not provided. There was also only one kitchen trash bag, so we had to purchase these two items in order to comply with check-out requests. Most VRBO owners have extras of such things if they wish renters to deal with them before they leave.

We were immensely impressed with the condo and the ease of communicating with the owner. The condo was VERY clean, neat, organized, and decorated beautifully. This is the perfect place to stay-it was so close to the pier and village that we walked most of the time we were there. The neighbors were very friendly too! We will return!!

Five ladies stayed in this lovely condo. We loved the design and comfort! The beds were comfy! The views overlooking the pond and pool were spectacular. The goose laying on her eggs was delightful to watch. I highly recommend this condo. ❤️

They should highlight the fact that the unit is on the second floor and there is no elevator. Secondly, someone needs to take some brass and clean the door numbers and the key pad buttons. Lastly, we loved the unit and the agent was fast to reply and worked hard to accommodate our request(s). See you next year!

This place was awesome, and it was just like most of the reviews said very, very clean! My hats off to whom ever does the cleaning!! Close to everything. We walked several times a day to the little town to eat and shop and to the pier. Went there to rest & relax and that was just what we did! I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Was well supplied with all that you needed. Beautifully decorated. Probably one of the Best places we have ever stayed!

My family stayed at this property for a wedding weekend. It was just my parents, and my husband and I. Biggest intrigue for us was the two king size beds! Unfortunately that’s not common in this size vrbo.. We absolutely loved it! Beds were comfy. Plenty of space in the apartment to spread out! The apartment itself was better than the pictures! The weather was perfect so we left the doors open (there are screen doors too). That way we could hear both fountains. Such a peaceful aspect of this property! Would 100% stay here again!

We really liked this condo in SSI. The pool is right across from the property and it doesn’t get loud. The beach is a 7 minutes drive (East Beach)
You are walking distance from the Pier Village, restaurants and shops.
This condo is equipped with everything you need to cook. Bring your own beach towels, chairs and umbrella, and toiletries.
I would suggest to the owner leaving more trash bags. As a family that does cook, 2 we’re not enough for a week.
Overall, I do recommend this condo, and it’s owner.
